I accepted a position with Chime Solution as a Customer Service Representative ( working from home) at the Morrow GA location. There is no Organizational Structure. No clear direction as to who to contact for what, communication left a lot to be desired and there is no transparency in regards to pay rate.

There is total lack of professionalism and the whole process was disorganized, and chaotic. I had a written offer for $13 hourly training and $15 after training if I clock at least 36 hours weekly.

For the first two weeks I could not clock into ADP due to no fault of mine. I was constantly told just let your instructors know in training, they will keep a track of your attendance and you will be paid. The third week I finally got my log in set up!

I was in training 3 pay period before I actually got my first check! I was paid only for the week that was recorded. Throughout all this time I had been back and forth with managers trying to get paid, but to no avail. I finally quit after I realize I might never get paid for the two previous pay periods.

It has been over two weeks since I have return their equipments and still haven't gotten paid! I'm in the process of contacting the Department of Labour to assist me with this issue.

I know we're in a pandemic and things are very though right now but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR CHIME SOLUTIONS!
