I have worked at Chime for the past four(4)years and within that time, I have had the opportunity to grow from a Service Delivery Consultant to a Service Delivery Specialist and currently Service Delivery Manager. The opportunity is there for you to grow. They do invest in their employees and the community through a variety of programs (to name a few) Feed the Homeless, Yearly 5K Walk/Run, Backpacks for School, Women's Shelters, Chime University, Wellness Programs and other programs such as Credit Repair, Home Buying Seminars and have recently partnered with Wilberforce University to assist employees seeking their Undergraduate Degree, all of which I have had to opportunity to be a part of which is very rewarding. Even during this pandemic Chime has stepped up and has offered a lot of employees the opportunity to work from Home, myself included. Keep up the Good work Chime
