I am so proud to work for Chime Solutions, and I have worked for a number of great companies over the years. We are bringing 1000s of jobs to under-resourced communities in the midst of a pandemic. We're providing opportunities for some really great people. It's exciting to be a part of a company that is growing. It is exciting to be a part of a company that is truly making a difference and potentially impacting generations. I love working with those individuals who have a growth-mindset. You might not be able to connect with everyone, but when you make a real connection, it's all worth it. I love that at Chime my ideas are valued and appreciated. I love that I can take an idea and run with it. I love that I have a seat at the table. It can be very hard to get a seat at the table in other environments. There are always ways to improve, but that's a part of growth (personal and professional). I love when my colleagues come together to problem-solve. That's a part of building something great.
