Come here often for the happy hour. Great prices on food and drinks and a really good selection of items on the happy hour menu. Happy hour is only in the bar though.

Really disappointed, I been here for like an hour and never got my meal, they serve the other people in my table but my girlfriend and I have to leave with empty stomach, the waitress was kind and all but we came for food and leave hungry and without it, really disappointed, what a bad service, how you can forget some customers food, but no the other in the same table?

Not good. We were all dissappointed with our meals. The service was ok. But even the ribs was a dissappointment.

Thank God we never have to stay at Quality Inn in Grand Junction! Chillin at Chilli's thinking of how rude Rick the manager is at Quality Inn Grand Junction and how nobody should ever ever stay at the flea bag hotel. Chili's staff and food was fantastic. The Quality Inn Grand Junction has rhe worst hospitality on earth!!!

Service was fast, food was great and no mistakes at all.

I celebrated my PhD last night in this fine place. Well we passed a magnificent evening and the venue was unquestionably the reason for the outstanding meeting. The stuff contributed in a graceful style, the food was delicious and my friends were so delighted. We shall no dout come back again for more joyful events. thanks very much.

Food was great and the menu varied. Very impressed had gluten free menu with broad selection.

Took waitress home with me at end of her shift. What a night!!!!

Chicken crispers remain one of the best items on the menu! Add great service and drinks it's perfect place to go for happy hour!

This is by far the best restaurant in town. The service is incredible, the lighting is perfect, seating and tables are immaculate. I highly recommend Chili's to a group of friends or a family!

We loved coming to chili's but the one close to my house shut down. We went to this one and it was so,so only thing is my salad was a little old.

The chicken chrispers were way too salty and drowning in the Fiery Pepper sauce that was way too sweet. I would have sent them back, but our waitress disappeared and never checked on us.

The newly remodeled interior has a nice sports bar ambiance.

Went in and the hostess took us to the table. Each table has a tablet where you can order food and play games. Even pay. Definitely the Restaurant of he future.

I always love Chilis but last night the 3 for $10 included brisket quesadillas so I enjoyed w enchilada soup, Diet Coke, chips & salsa.

FOOD WAS GREAT!

Forgot servers name. He s a big guy who reminded me of Roger Moore the super liberal film director. But he kept our drinks full.

The sweetest though was Samantha, a sweet & tiny little thing who called herself a food runner & run she did

If you are in a budget to see a NFL every Sunday in the bar, then this is the place. Happy Hour whole day. You won't spend just like other bars...

My children and I love this place. Do not forget to request for warm chips and salsa.

Your manager can't manage this location. Actually he/she doesn't know management at all.

Always good food and plenty of it . Love Christie (our favorite server ).

The customer service was awful
It took me 40 min to get my appetizer and had to wait more than an hour to get my food
The table next to me came after me and he was done with his food after 40 min

It's just like every other chilli's I've been to. Fast service, good food, and table ordering (the waiter/waitress still come to your table) and paying. We went on a Tuesday night and no wait.

The place is empty and I understand why. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Gave it 2 chances and it failed everytime!

OMG. There chips and salsa are AMAZING. However the ribs were WAY overseasoned. Even our waiter was like yeah.

I love the place, the service very slow, I was today and the waiter who took care of us took a thousand years to give us the account and charge us was slower than what I expected to serve my food

Great food as usual. One big minus to my wife and I though was the complete lack of high bar tables. In their place was crappy little short diner tables. First Chili's that we have ever seen this. Luckily, it was just the two of us. However, we would never come here with another couple since we all like to sit at the usual high bar tables with tall bar stools.

Everyone who works here is so friendly! Definitely will be back!

We always get the same server who we adore (we really should know her name by now it feels like we are friends - short hair and tons of color and flair) food is great, her service makes it awesome. Note we learned tonight: don't put tips on giftcards on the tabletop kiosks, it won't process and the server gets screwed. Please check your receipt!!!

Well, the server Amanda was perfectly nice. Apparently they were short handed, and very behind. Our lunch took almost 2 hours. The food was certainly good, but the wait was absolutely ridiculous. Don't know if this is standard there or not. Don't know that I am willing to chance it again.

Oh how another legendary restaurant has fallen to the dump. Where do I begin? Let's start about the time it took for our waiter to even introduce themself. We came and we sat down and people from other tables came and went happily. We, on the other hand, had yet to even get a water or any drink. When we did get our drinks, the waiter took off without asking to take our order. When they came back, I ordered their Cajun Pasta because I love Italian food. The food came but there was one thing missing. They fired all the food at the wrong times. One by one, the dishes came out and finally the last straw was the garlic bread that came with my order. I asked a waitress about it, and she say, "Oh, ok." and left. Long after, another waiter came by with the bread, after I was done with the pasta and my other party memebers were already paying the bill. Such a disappointment...

I Took my parents here for lunch because they love Chili's ribs. We were seated, server introduced herself, brought us waters, and when it came time to order she lets us know they are totally out of ribs......for a place who advertises endlessly about their ribs, they should make sure they have ribs! Also, if someone dropped the ball and didnt make sure there were ribs, they should make it a point to tell you before you are seated, before they bring you waters, before you are about to order. We left and found somewhere else to have lunch.

Bad Birthday Experience.. Well tonight was my birthday and the family wanted to do dinner and a movie . We chose Chili's Aliso Viejo since we were gonna do the movie there....Bummer! :( I'll start by saying the server was good, and he delivered all food on time... BUT... I ordered the Rib Eye and it was sadly very thin, but worse than that, VERY overcooked :( I had ordered It medium and received very well done.

The person who delivered the steak asked me to cut it and check it. I showed them and it was clearly wrong, she offered to re cook another one but we had to make sure that we made our movie and told her we had no time to wait for another (no apology at all). I ate it but very unhappily. At one point after that the server came by to drop off more soda, I started to show him my overcooked leather... He quickly said "yes I heard that it was overcooked ", I said yes and showed him.... Then he just walked away saying I'll tell them ??? ..HUH?.. Tell who???, wait come back lol ... Nothing was done at all to make me feel better, he never mentioned it again... Nothing! .

I never complain, I was a server in fine dinning and bartender for many years. I would have never let a customer get a bad steak and do nothing at all, ever! Even just sending the manager over to apologize is something, guys and gals! .... that's why I'm writing this. When I say they did nothing I mean it, not even an apology :(... I guess they expected me to wait longer to have a correctly cooked steak re-done and the 4 of us to be late for our movie? .... Kinda like "if you can't wait because we screwed up and miss your movie, not our fault" I guess"??

After all this we also got stuck with some BS entertainment fee that I just read about on Google when we got home. We played ZERO games, nothing. My Fiance simply looked at the menu food items and payed the bill on their stupid little RIP OFF machine :(.... Happy Birthday me :(

Waitress propped up how great their burgers are, cook showing their not. My burger came out over 5min after rest of food and the bottom bunk was hard as a rock, not from being burnt but stale.

This place has seen its day and we will leave it at that...

got a text from chili's for 50% off that expired that day so I had to go. sat at the bar and the bartender, i think her name was Amber was very attentive. had a question about the coupon and she answered with no issues. food was very good. had a nice time.

Where do I begin? We ordered our food but they kept bringing it to the wrong table...I ordered chicken crispers tossed in buffalo sauce and when they brought it out it was drizzled with Ranch sauce. I sent it back because I don't like Ranch. Now I'm sitting there waiting for my food while everyone else is eating their food. The server brings me corn on the cob and broccoli. I didn't order broccoli. Finally, the chicken crispers come out. Are they tossed in buffalo sauce? NO! At best, trace amounts of buffalo sauce have been drizzled on the crispers. I finally flag down the server and tell her my food is not prepared how I expected. To save time and salvage the situation I request some buffalo sauce on the side. I'll dip it myself if they can't toss them like I requested. The server brings me a very small tin with some buffalo sauce - hardly enough for one crisper, let alone 4.
I decide to box up my food and get out. Now I have to mess with that stupid Ziosk, something I think Chili's invented so you never have to see your server.
I go to pay the bill, which seems high. I realize they are charging me twice for the buffalo crispers. Great. Thanks a lot Chili's. I went in because I had a gift card. I won't be back anytime soon.

Service was almost non-existent. Wrong salad was made; was corrected and remade much quicker than original. Food was okay. Place was not crowded.
