Always get the same salad and have been for 10 years. It gets smaller everytime.

service & food was fine ! place was kind of dirty, unbussed tables & seemed like it was short staffed ( empty & still waited to be seated ) !

We got boneless wings the sauce tasted like white gravy instead of ranch.

Ok place to go. Food is always good never great. Have cool payment tablet at every table that makes it easy to split checks.

This location in Aliso Viejo, has gone done hill not the same we use to have great service before. Waitress lacked customer service not friendly. Waitresses at this location seemed to not know what they are doing.
We were charged for drinks for 2 kids meals drinks which was suppose to come with their meals.Then she could not find a manager to make the adjustment. Another waitress brought out our drinks and threw them on the table extremely rude and did not say one word and did not even give us any straws. Then was not given any dipping sauce for the kids meals for the chicken strips had to ask. Asked for two she brings out one ranch dressing. Service was terrible. Would not come back to this location. Last paid on the machine and the receipt paper did not work so we got no receipt.

Horrible service we orded dessert and waited for 20 min then our waitress comes and asks how we re doing and we say still waiting on dessert then shes like you orded dessert? They also took a long time to seat us and get our drinks, the restaurant was empty the whole time. We are not coming here again.

Service was ok. I ordered the "Triple Dipper" appetizer. I was expecting my food to be as good as it looked on the menu..It was a bit disappointing when I got my food. My "Triple Dipper" was more like a "whatever dipper". The boneless chicken wings were super dry, the egg rolls were smashed with little filling and no cheese in the mini burgers as you can see on pics.Personally, I won't go for it again..My wife ordered the "Black Bean & Veggie Fajitas". In our opinion, it lived up to the expectation, the plate tasted as good as it looked, DELICIOUS!..Chips and salsa get a 10 for me might consider going back.

Probably the slowest Chili's I have ever been to. We didn't even get napkins. Had to ask for silverware, refills. We had 3 waiters? Food was bad, the broccoli was sort hard, not cooked right. I asked for medium and I got really rare steak.
I was visiting family and the hostess tried to give me a kids menu, though I'm 36...
I won't be going back there.

Fast, easy and always delicious ... Chili's is one of our favorite restaurants for take-out!

Great meal! Waitress Stacy very sweet and helpful! Only slight complaint is the ceasar salad dressing was very bland...other than that..yummy!

Staff is amazing, beer is amazing, get the Mango Chili Chicken! It's amazing too!

I was very disappointed. It is not the same Chilli's as it used to be. Chips are not part of the happy hour any more. The food also leaves a lot to be desired. Had to wait a long time for mgr. to inform me they were out of main ingredient on my order. Had to substitute for some other dish I really didn't want. Will not be going back again.

Terrible slow service.....have to wait like 20 minutes to pay for a food....

Holly was our Bartender/Server. She was Amazing. She was quick on taking our order. Very sweet and very attentive to what we needed.
We love coming to this location everyone is very nice. Food and drinks are yummy. Thank you for a great experience.

Great value, quality food and nice variety of menu items. Servers have a positive attitude and knowledge of menu but the mid day hostess service is lax they seem to be over involved in socializing in the bar area, as a result on many visits we have had to wait to be greeted/seated.

We have been going to Chili s for our lunch break for some time. We only have an hour so we call ahead save time. Our two outstanding servers Sean and Eric both moved on and ever since then the service has been less than satisfactory. They just can t manage to get it right! The past few times we went we were greeted by Dakota and today he told us he was training to be a server! We were beyond thrilled. Dakota has consistently provided outstanding service in every way and has outshined our actual server by leaps and bounds. We will ask for Dakota by name from now on and I am confident everything will be perfect once again! Kudos to the Management for recognizing Dakota s gifts. He will no doubt be your #1 server in no time!

Casual Tex Mex cuisine. Specialties include Burgers, Ribs, Fajitas and Margaritas.

I would not recommend going here only because there are some many unique places to try. That being said. If you are feeling like eating at Chili's this is a great spot.

This Chilies has seen better days. The booth we sat in felt like it was falling apart. The service was horrible. We spent a half hour waiting to get an order of wings. When the wings did come out the order was wrong. I had water and never got a refill. Our waitress was nice, but wasn't attentive at all. Will not go back.

Worse customer service ever. I was waiting for about half hour for cashier to get another person pay. He did not have computer knowledge at all.

Great atmosphere, you will enjoy the waitress here. They really listen and don't disappear!

This restaurant is my number one place. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. everytime I I need a special lunchon, this is the place that comes straightaway to my mind. best and food and a large list of dishes.trained crew, and pleasant atmosphere. And very important, the price is good. I tell about this place with no hesitation.

Bad service. Went for Valentine's Day and our server never filled drinks had to ask multiple times ordered the wrong food and tried to get us to just accept the wrong food... very very very slow too our meal in total took 2 hours and it was not busy at all... because of all the mess ups.

The booze in here is really amazing, they have a good bartender in here and the food is always good, they certainly have a good taste in music as well.

Great service and all round good food, I love coming to chilies because they always have the perfect amount of food and amazing customer service but the chips have been burnt for the past few times I ve gone

It was the worst steak I have ever ordered from a restaurant. No flavor/seasoning and was like rubber (porterhouse ). The service was adequate

Ordered the lemon blueberry, dulce de leche, red velvet, and banana cream Chili's Grill & Bar alongside the breakfast burrito with strawberry champagne, mango champagne, mimosa, and cappuccino for my 2020 quarantine birthday breakfast. Every bite was phenomenal and lovely. The champagne was delicious in every sip! Thank you The Chili's Grill & Bar for making my birthday feel celebratory and wonderful even during a quarantine!!! Would not hesitate to recommend. They offer gluten free alternatives (perfect for my husband who is gluten intolerant).

Good location for TexMex. Good place to hang and eat some good food. The service here is great. This place has a nice design. They have so many reviews for a reason.

The shrimp Salad was ok, half the lettuce was going bad, service das pretty good, my husband loved his dinner.

I was disappointed in our visit at this location. My Quesadilla Chicken Salad needed more dressing, chicken needed more seasoning and the quesadilla was cold and not very good. Never got refills in our drinks. Needed more servers.

I will start with we were a larger group with a family gathering. Service by the team was fair with many people helping. Drinks were filled fast and the beer was cold, but other than nothing great about service. Food was not that great. Items served in waves with long breaks in between items like they forgot. We had sides missing from fajitas, hair in a ranch cup, items cold, awesome blossom straws cold and under cooked, and sliders served raw. Also they used all plastic disposable ramekins for all sauces but had recycled paper silver ware holders advertising how "green" they were? Not our best time here but we will end up coming back.

It s Chill. Good food, good bar and TVs, fair price.

Southwestern Egg Rolls and Big Mouth Bites are delicious.

Good service: meals often come shortly after they are ordered, it's also usually not too busy. Food: Well priced, savory flavors, cute kids meals. I personally like their blue lagoon kid's drink.

Our Chili s in Aliso Viejo has been consistently great during these last few difficult months. Our orders have been spot on every time for takeout!

To go order. Crispy chicken tenders and corn in the Cobb packed in same box.
I had soggy non crispy chicken tenders. Next time I'll get raisin canes.

I usually order to-go. Sometimes the service isn't the quickest to pick up. Let's just say I place an order online for pick up at 7:00pm, and then let's also say that order wasn't ready until 7:20. I waited 20 minutes at a Chili's and I didn't even have a beer? What kind of world do I now live in when I have to spend almost 1 half of an hour at a Chili's for an order I placed for a specific time and I didnt even have a beer.
Note - that's kinda on me for not walking to the bar and ordering a beer but also I'm there for an order to-go, as in go eat somewhere else. And not get a DUI
Second note - for some reason I can't spend more then 20 minutes at a Chili's before ordering a margarita or a beer, hence the to-go order.
Final note, let's finish strong
Chili's, I will be back, aside from slightly slower service those damn Southwest egg rolls and maragritas with the little Corona bottle are pretty good. If your in the mood to make some life decisions

Ryan McCarter is awesome. I travel to southern California for business and met Ryan on one of my trips. He was immediately friendly, as are all of the staff at this Chili's, and has made Chili's my regular after work stop. TWISM!!

Love the southwest soup, ribs, margarita chicken. Amanda & Eva are killer bartenters

Unfortunately Chili's has gone down in food quality over the years. It's had a few excellent dishes but overall the food quality has diminished over the years. We used to go there quite a bit, but not even sure if we'll ever go back now.

Updated review. Just went there tonight. Was denied a larger table for my party of 5 including my pregnant wife. Was forced to either sit at a 4 person table or nothing. Very rude hostess. This restaurant just keeps getting worse. Moving it from 2 star to 1. I would list it as a zero if I could.

Terrible SLOW service. Ordered cheeseburgers & fries.Cheeseburgers were extremely burned & the cheese was not melted but crispy it was so over cooked plus the fries were cold. We could not eat them. Notified Chili's Guest Relations of bad food & slow service. They wanted receipt number as proof before taking our complaint seriously. I ask you who keeps the restaurant receipts? If you have a bad experience at Chilis, keep your receipt or Chili's will not believe your complaint. My recommendation is stay way from Chilis.

The fajita were cold and chicken was old and dry, onions and peppers were not even grilled so I asked them if they could they could grill them some more and they said how? Seriously!! Its their own dish. Been coming to Chile's forever this was the worst food and services. I am a huge fan of chillies, but not at this location. Everything was wrong except for the hostess they were great.

Service was good, but compared to most restaurants, the wait for 2 burgers & shrimp tacos took way too long. The burgers were over, dry & the tacos were cold.
