Great food and fast service!!!! My family love this restaurant!

Great food and the drive through was fast. They have worked out a system that is really fast. Win win!

We brought a group of 30-plus people to this location unannounced. And they did an excellent job with getting us through quickly and our food to us correctly. The service was nothing less than a wonderful experience.

Food is very good very courtesy service and very clean restaurant

Food is always great. The dining area however often is not relaxing with tables full of teenaged workers taking break there, basically being loud in conversation and taking up the booths needed for Clients. They need their own break room.

Chick Fil A Olenader is one of the WORST in the chain. Our office orders from this location twice a week for delivery and here lately they've gone downhill. Our wait times have been over 80 minutes and some days items are left off. With their recent remodel it's already terrible. Food items have almost doubled plus the delivery fee. My coworker is STILL sitting in the "mobile line" at their temp location at the mall and has been sitting there for an hour waiting on our food. No grilled nuggest, no ice cream and no straws today. We won't be eating chick fil a any more from either of these 2 locations. The manager I spoke to told me a ball faced lie!

Horrible experiences every time I go. Today I ordered grilled chicken nuggets and received breaded fried ones, which I didn't discover until I'd mistakenly driven away at lunch hour, when it's too busy to try and get a replacement. I never get utensils or sauces that I requested, either. Tighten up!

Despite the crowds lined up inside and at the drive through for breakfast, the service was excellent.

I give them only one star ,because when I went today, February 20/around 2:30 pm ,I couldn't eat my food this place is.NASTY!!!! Dirt everywhere, food sticky drink all over there front counters!! Then the dinning room,was a night mare never been in one this dirty!!!!! The manager wasn't to concern & half wiped the table when it was brought to his attention!!! Needs a better manager or staff!!??

Overall a great experience even with a 2.t year old mid meltdown. Would have been 5 stars but my only complaint is my cup was only filled half way.

Service is always great normally with a smile, food is always to be expected, good hot and fresh. Recommend for anyone, regardless of their age, from young to old. You're guaranteed to find something you like here, except on Sundays!

This location was fantastic! The line was wrapped around the building... My wife and had our order taken instantly and got to the window in less than FIVE minutes!!! Staff was awesome and courteous.

5 Stars... No less.

the workers are nice af, they really do a good job around 12 to 3 there might be a wait but its not too bad

As with many Chick-fil-As, you know you re going to receive outstanding customer service but this morning, I received something even more. I had the pleasure of speaking to Jeremiah while he took my order in the drive thru. Before it was my turn to order, I could already tell that he genuinely loves his job and loves to brighten people s day. He absolutely blew me away with his outgoing personality and his polite attitude. After ordering I said have a great day and he responded with only if you have a great day and that really made me smile. He is an asset to your team and I will be going out of my way to visit this location more often! Thank you for being awesome, Jeremiah!

You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A best sandwiches ever

I don't think there is anything bad about Chick fil A. It is consistently good food and always great service. Their sauces are awesome and chicken, soup, salads are fresh and good. Their prices are just about the same as everyone else so no reason to gripe about them.
I am always greeted by a smiling person and never once have I had an order that was wrong. The device is quick and refills are free.
I love the chicken and how back often. My sister in law is disappointed that they removed the chicken salad sandwich from their menu, but I will give it 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

Went there yesterday! Great food and amazing customer service. Even better than the average Chic-Fil-A. Shout out to Kristan (hope I spelled that right) who greetef me, and took my order with a contagious amount of joy and energy.

The original chicken sandwhich deluxe was delicious.

Asked for a menu at the drive thru was told they didn't have menus. My wife went there today and ordered soup and 2 iced teas. She was asked to pull over to wait for 1 of the teas. After waiting 10 minutes she walked over and asked for the tea. She was told it would be right over. After waiting another 10 minutes she had to walk back up and beg for her tea. The Monkey Junction location would never had let this happen! Terrible customer service!

This is the best breakfast drive thru in town! Jeremiah taking the orders is awesome, he is so nice and repeats back the order! The folks at the Window are friendly, my breakfast order is always accurate and perfect! Thank you so much!

Had to call and complain chicken definitely overcooked

I go to this CFA at least 3 times a week on average. I ALWAYS do mobile orders and I never wait longer than 5 minutes. This morning I placed my order and headed there. There were 2 cars in the drive thru and one car waiting curbside along me. I watched the drive thru get full TWICE and I watched at least 5 cars show up curbside after me, ALL got their food before me, mind I was there before them. I waited 20 minutes before I could get a simple breakfast meal that was COLD. Really disappointed in this CFA, guess I ll be going back to the one on Market.

This is the chic-fil-a I eat at most often as it's the closest to my neighborhood. I've been going there for years. This location is always very busy. I go there about 2 times a month, and they mess up my order about half the time I go there. They are friendly and tend to be slower than most other chic-fil-a's in the area. The one across the street at the mall is quicker if you have time to run in. A bit better than average fast food.

I thought the drive thru was backed up but the line moved very quickly. Quick, easy and friendly service.

Its chick fil a, saving cows all around the world. Great service and great food. Their fruit cups look like they were cut just before you get them. Portion sizes are solid as well

Went with 5 kids ages 2-12 at the peak of lunchtime, a recipe for disaster. I was pleasantly surprised that everything went very smoothly even though they were quite busy. The girl who took our order did a great job and was very patient with the kids while they ordered. All of the food was prepared perfectly as ordered and was brought out to the table in a timely manner. The kids were able to swap out their toy for ice cream quickly and without incident. Once the kids were done with their food they spent some time in the indoor play area to burn off some energy from the food. Great experience for us!

Just got done remodeling the store and I think everything is going to look just fabulous when they open!

Awesome tasting chicken! Love the #1 Deluxe and the waffle fries. Service was quick and everyone was friendly. Since I'm not from here that was definitely a plus! Thank you!

This restaurant is always busy but they have great customer service and do a terrific job managing the number of cars that go through their drive-thru. Food is always great.

I am a DoorDash driver and every time I have to pick up food from that location I have to wait at least 20 minutes before I get my customers food.
Yesterday morning I had a pick up and arrived at the store at 10am and was parked in the designated parking spaces for DoorDash. Employees were walking past my car (which has DoorDash signs on them) without even looking my way. My Pick-up time was not till about 10:10am. At 10:30am my husband which is driving with me finally got the attenuation of one of the employees and said that we are from DoorDash and waiting on an order. The girl then said, let me check on that for you. Not 2 minutes later she comes out with the order which was time stamped 10:02am. Which means the customer most likely got some cold food!!! Half an hour was that food sitting in the store without anybody caring if the Pick-up was waiting outside. And unfortunately that happens every time I have to pick up food from that location. I have no problems picking up from Porters Neck, Mayfair, Independence Mall or Market St. by Target. How is it that other location have their sh... together?

Place was nice and clean but it can be faster service

Order 2 #1 with soup, sandwiches were too incredibly salty that we didn't eat them and no spoons. We won't eat this location again !!!!!!

Probably the busiest CFA in town but always delivers on food quality and friendliness of staff. Never been disappointed.

This one is closer to my home while the Mayfair one is closer to work so I've only visited these 2 locations in town. Comparing the two, I like this one much better for food quality. The sweet tea is actually sweet, I get fresh perfectly salted fries and a hot sandwich every time, fast and friendly service as well. I've started adjusting my commute to take this route if I want a spicy chicken biscuit for breakfast now. :)
