Food & service was great considering the volume of drive thru customers. Staff very friendly.

First went there on May 3, nuggets was hard and fries were cold and barely done. Called on repeatedly about the issue and finally got in touch with someone on May 6. They said to bring in receipt for replacement, so I did on May 13 came back to store for replacement. The manager Trevor seemed to be the only one duty. He replaced the nuggets and fries but not the drinks that was originally paid for. I feel like the it should have been replaced also but he said "was there something wrong with the drinks". I'm not complaining about the food it's the customer service part that I feel like was handle wrong and how he handled the issue. I know they will not go out of business without my money but could have been handled a little more courtesy.

If you are in Wilmington and want Chick-Fil-A then you must visit this location. Food is consistently correct and prepared with care - my strips are ALWAYS crispy :] I drive 20 mins to this location when there are several much closer, have yet to be disappointed.

One of the best fast food restaurants for customer service. We had Jermiah take or order in the drive through and I ve never seen a food service employee with so much charisma!

Love this place. Eat there a couple times a week for chick fil a sandwiches and chicken nuggets! I wish they would lower their prices on everything. Because it's a great place to get food but the prices are a deterrent.

We love chik -fil_a. It's just delicious,. We don't have one in Brunswick county. So we stop there whenever we can.

It's a Chick-fil-A, got to love the consistency! Wish they would open on Sunday after church with volunteers and then donate all proceeds for the day to local community projects.

It was packed, line to the door but we were still served at a fast pace and no issues with our order. Very pleasant staff. Friendly and well run restuarant. The play area is very cold, wished I would have had a jacket even on a 90 degree day.

Awesome service and yum yum! You can find god. Low cal and low carb options on the menu and if you don t want the little book in the happy meal, you can switch it for ice cream! Plus....Chick-fil-A Sauce, duh....

This particular Chick-fil-A, is one of the best restaurant to enjoy a really good meal. Very efficient, courteous, great customer service, and always well clean. They are just very professional all the way round.

I love Chic Fila as a whole. This location is slow at times tho...not the normal expedient service i always receive at other places.

Who doesn't like Chick-fil-A?!? Always a line around the building but I'm always through the drive through in five (5) minutes or less.

Never thought this day would come. Chic-fil-a messed up my order after going in restaurant and taking to go. I watched them look through bag and usually never have to check my order from them. Picked up lunch for clients of mine. When I got to their location, severely embarrassed that part of the order was missing. Usually I would've checked but I thought, it is Chic-fil-a. They are always on point. Guess not. The fact that they are so busy, they are slipping on service/accuracy. Trust me, just like everyone else, I love the food. It just sucks when you pay for it but don't receive it. I went back to address the issue and they just handed me what was missing. No apology. Nothing to ease the embarrassment. I won't be ordering from them again for my customers. If I happen to eat there again, I will check my entire order before leaving. Come on Chic-fil-a, don't let yourself slip into a normal fast food service category. Disappointed. Period.

This was my worst Chic fil A visit ever!! I had a mobile order. The manager walked past me countless times servicing every other customers that came in after me, without even asking my name. Racism at its finest!!

Good food. Was greeted immediately as I walked in. Quick service for the volume, inside. Drive through wait can be long at peak hours. Worth it.

Always the best! The staff here is truely awesome! Line was taken care of very quickly, and when I received my order, man everything was perfect! Hot spicy sandwich, hot fries and a perfectly blended Sprite and Diet Lemonade! This is my favorite location! Tables are always clean and crumb-free! Plus the bathrooms are always clean and always stocked. This place deserves an award for being so amazing!

I tend to order with the mobile app, so my wait generally isn't too long (unless they're super busy). Also, talk about the best staff ever! They're super friendly, accommodating, and always smiling. I always feel very comfortable here.

My FAVORITE SPOT ,I eat here at least 4 days out the week breakfast ,lunch or dinner!! My family says I should own one!!

The managers have this place in check. The drive thru is fast and efficient. Try the online app, and your food will be ready, just get in line.

it was cold and it took 10 minutes to get a grilled chicken sandwich and a Diet Coke. What a joke

I love the food however the treatment I received tonight was atrocious. I went in at 9:50 to order some takeout and as I walked up to the counter I asked the girl if how she was going tonight. She immediately cut me off and asked me dine in or carry out. After I ordered the first meal and was about to tell her the rest of my order she was like "is that all?" I stayed calm but she was using such a condescending tone with me I was appalled. They had a long line at the drive thru but that is no way to treat any customer.

Food is good but the clean indoor toddler play place is the real highlight for me. Best restaurant play place in town.
