Miss being inside but the staff is doing great keeping there smiles

Just went thru the drive thru, but the gentle man taking your order outside has an amazing attitude . He made it a wonderful stop even just going thru the drive thru....

First instance of bad service. Added to order. Paid additional charge of 9.00 when order received added items were not included..was told to pull over..long wait no one came to my car
Finally asked a server to look into missing items..Assistant Mgr asked to see receipt I wasn't given one. Told him my total came to 29.60..after I long while he begrudgingly brought missing item..over 20 minutes wasted..by then food from order was cold..not good experience!!!

The drive thru coordinator in the bow tie made my day. Despite the heat, he was energetic and fun and seemed to be truly enjoying every moment of it. Thanks for putting a smile on my face!

Usually great service but waited 15 minutes when I ordered 2 large sweet teas. I had to ask a worker where my order was, then she questioned me twice about my order before she brought it out.

As far as Chic-fil-a's go, this is one of the best ones around.

Very efficient drive thru process. Had a minor issue with part of our order. The manager made up for it and then some.

On Sept. 26, around 5:30 pm I stopped by this CFA to get some food for my daughter and I. We waited in the line for 12 minutes and then when we finally got to the window to pick up our food we were told we had to pull up and wait. 11 minutes later the manager brought out the food and asked me to accept this Free Chicken Biscuit breakfast coupon for waiting. I said sure, sounds good. This AM I take my daughter there before preschool to redeem my coupon (and get something for myself of course) and after another 12 minute wait get up to the window to pay and the manager (wears bowtie) told me that the card I had given him (the one from two days ago) had already been used. Apparently, the other manager gave me a card that had already been used. No biggie right? I assumed this new manager would understand and still honor the coupon but no. I then reiterated how it was literally two days ago, I got it for waiting, etc. etc. He seemed to not care said there was nothing he could do about it.

SO, after roughly 30 minutes of waiting in total, $30 spent in total, I got scammed out of the free chicken biscuit as well. I guess the bowtie manager thought I was a part of an elaborate scam to steal chicken biscuits. Pretty sad.

I am livid, I will never go back to this CFA. Pitiful.

They should run the government, extremely efficient and well managed with great staff

This chicken was very dry and the fries were too salty didn't really enjoy the "spicy" chicken sandwich because the chicken in the sandwich tastes like the regular chicken in the chicken sandwich and that is not what I wanted at all. Good food tho

One of the worst locations for managing their service. Been in drive they line for 15 minutes & still haven t ordered. Same people inside still waiting to pick up order. Has happened several times at semi peak times. Staff is friendly & food is great, but they need to re-evaluate the way they prepare /serve

This chick fil a is awesome, easily one of the best that I have been to.

Probably one of the best and busiest Chick-Fil-A's I have ever been to. I use my app here so I can avoid the wait and lines. Spicy And Grilled Sandwiches are my go to's. I eat them at least once a week.

The best chick fil a in town!!!!! Everyone is so nice especially Jeremiah. They alway make sure you have what you need and satisfied with your visit! I drive across town just to come to this one.

I always order the frosted lemonade at the monkey junction area and never had a problem- I ordered a frosted lemonade here and not even halfway through I there were 6 seeds and various pulpy items. I try to never throw food away but I tossed it in the trash a little under halfway through. The rest of my food was good so I don t understand what went wrong with the frosted lemonade

Overwhelming positivity is welcome in this world. The two employees who greeted me, on the drive thru lane as well as the window, were very kind. Excellent service! Excellent food!

The 2 times I went there in the past month my order has been wrong. I like how fast they serve us and get us through the drive thru quickly especially when they're busy. I just wish they were friendlier and had better order accuracy.

I love this location. All Chick-cil-A's are super busy in the area. I typically dine in to avoid the drive-thru mess. Never met a negative employee in my life at this place. They keep it very clean even during peak hours.

I love coming to Chick-fil-A but this location right here always fails the expectation of fast food. They have an app to order ahead but you might as well order at the drive thru. I ve been waiting outside for my food for 20 mins now. Along with another customer who s been waiting longer than myself. I even asked the employee where I should go to pick up food and he said park at the designated area. Completely ignored afterwards.

Went to this location's drive-thru for breakfast twice in the last month. Both times the SAME employee gave me the wrong order even though she took it down correctly. Both times when my girlfriend and I had to come back to get the order fixed the employee laughed like it was funny that she messed up and gave a sarcastic apology. (Gave me 30 chicken nuggets instead of the 2-3 count minis and 1-4 count I ordered. ) If you can't operate in the morning, then don't work breakfast. Simple. There is no way this has only happened to me. apparently she's a supervisor of some sort. Unfortunate.

We go here often and I love the location! This has one of the better playgrounds, my son is a smaller 2 year old and sometimes can't get to the next climb up in other ones. But this one is perfect!
