I dealt with John Flanagan from the beginning he was wonderful and he was so patience in all ways. If You need a deal in price please go to MJ. I got incredible pricing for Camry 2016. No other dealer in n around can give such a competitive pricing.

I had a very positive experience with leasing a vehicle for the first time at Mark Jacobsen Toyota. All staff members, from the front desk to sales specialists and accounting department was very friendly and customer-oriented in their approach. The process was as simple as one could hope. Tom even went the extra mile to assist with returning my rental car. They were very helpful in comparing and contrasting the pros and cons of the buying vs. leasing process and answered all of my questions fully. I would highly recommend him and the Mark Jacobsen Toyota dealership.

So I bought a car from here. We had agreed on the price Out the door, then all of a sudden they charged me $5000 more. The finance guys said oh it's free in the system you're not paying for all this blah blah blah. WELL HE LIED. I've gotten 2 letters so far saying they're refunding me for overcharging me for a few cents now $15 for DMV fees. This place is a scam. Overcharging me for all types of things now returning a few cents here or $15 there isn't worth the $5000 that you added extra. I appreciate the money but it's not what I lost. I'm never buying a car here again not recommending anybody. Also just found out the finance guy Cobbs IS A LIAR. HE LIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO MY FACE. HE IS THE MOST UNTRUSTWORTHY PERSON I HAVE EVER MET.

I bought my Toyota Prius at MJ Toyota. They gave me the cheapest price compared to all the dealers in North Carolina. Very friendly staff and sales people. Nowadays I only get my maintenance and oil change service done only at MJ. Great experience so far. Highly recommended.

Went in for an oil change and to get the car serviced and the car was not cleaned after the service. This is unacceptable for a dealership.

Kevin did a great job of asking the right questions and listening to our answers. The first car he brought out had everything we were looking for in a 4Runner. The sales process went smoothly and Kevin and the dealership delivered expactly what we were looking for, a great vehicle at a no haggle price. My son's car was totaled and we stopped by on a whim to see what they had available. I had a budget in mind and they only had two cars. But, one happened to be the car I had pretty much settled on, a Scion tC. It was a bit more than my budget but they quickly came down to my number and I had the car within hours. David was super friendly as was the gentleman in the business office where I signed all the paperwork. I definitely recommend them. They are a well oiled machine.

Our sales rep, Michael, was great. We walked in on a Sunday and left with a brand new van for a great price. We were totally respected and listened to and had ample time to make our choices. No rushing.

We bought our van in April and have had nothing but a wonderful experience with the whole process. The purchase was much easier and quicker than most, (I think it would've been quicker, but it was a Sunday.) The service process has been the best part. We are paired with a specific "case manager" so to speak, so every time we've brought it in for regular service, they know our vehicle. While I'm from Durham, and have never been a fan of how Mark says "Durham," we would recommend Mark Jacobson Toyota to anyone.

I recently turned my Honda in and had a tough time at the dealership there. I left and went to Mark Jacobson Toyota to see what they could offer. I spoke to Ashleigh Donaldson and we began working things out. She was extremely dedicated to what I wanted and where I needed it to be financially. I told her I was not in an immediate rush but would need to purchase soon. She always answered phone calls and responded to my texts promptly. With her commitment to me she sealed the deal and beat competition from the surrounding area. With her doing that she showed me the dedication Mark Jacobson Toyota has to its community and customers to make it an easy choice to choose them. Also once we got there to purchase our new Toyota, they had us in and out in an unexpected short time. After that, while I was putting the car seats in for our kids, she kept them entertained. Not a good way to treat customers, today was a very bad experience for me and my wife at Mark Jacobson. 20 min drive then told the car was sold right after we made a phone call that we were coming down. But we had purchase it the night before (we might have something different for you.) It the same song and dance. My bad you lost a sale, GOODBYE!

I purchased a new 2016 Corolla here. Prior to that- except when living out of state 2004-2006- I'd had my previous Corolla serviced here since approx 2002. Recently I was contacted several times about selling my 2016 and trading up to a 2020. Remember, THEY reached out to ME. I also received a salesman's voicemail that the trade-in/upgrade "looked good on paper." I then sent along the specs of what I wanted, including color. The salesman himself was very nice and easy to talk with. The problems stemmed from his sales manager, who was dismissive, flippant, and not a little disrespectful- especially when I emphasized I would not be signing anything that night. I don't care who walks into their showroom or their circumstances; potential customers- and loyal repeat customers- deserve to be treated with politeness and respect.

My Husband bought me the New Toyota Corolla 2 weeks ago. You can imagine my shock and excitement all wrapped into one. Our salesman Luis was honest about the cars information and detail in explaining things that I may not have understood and VERY helpful with me choosing a car based on meeting exactly what I wanted. Even after we left the lot any questions I had he was helpful guiding us to the correct person to handle any questions we still had. The Financial guy(sorry cant remember his name) was very nice and helpful in processing our info and getting us the BEST DEAL! Michelle over in the parts department got us thru immediately to have our sunroof installed and we recieved our car back just when we were told. All in all our experience was AWESOME!! I would advise everyone to get their cars from Mark Jacobson. ESPECIALLY A TOYOTA CAR........THEY ARE THE #1 CAR TO HAVE!!!

Has anyone else experienced getting a car from this place but had to wait a whole week before they let you take the car off the lot? Mind you the deposit was received, insurance added and papers signed...I m African American and need to know if I m the only person of color who s had this problem!

Go see Mark Wright - he really is "Mr. Wright" when it comes to finding your next car! I recently had a really awesome buying experience with Greg Wright and Ray Deegan at Pre-owned Toyota. Woke one morning, went to work, left work and stopped at the dealership for no reason at all. We found a great car in my price range and were even able to get financed (recent bankruptcy). I was thrilled! I drove the car for several days and realized I didn't love it. One call to Ray and a quick stop in to work with Greg and NOW I have the perfect car. I thought the first one was IT - and I can't believe the guys were willing/able to go the extra mile, or miles, to make sure I am really in the right car for me. I sometimes have to go to the dealership for my job and these guys all greet me by name like we are friends from way back. It's so refreshing to be taken care of like that and for it to feel truly genuine. I'd go back in a minute for my next car without question, except this car is probably going to run forever! Worst customer service. They are afraid to give the quote/number for the car if you are not planning to buy it on the same day... They are not even ready to give rough numbers to workout..Manager was rude, he said that he can not give me the numbers and asked me to check their online to see the price ... Will not visit again !! Edit: Got a call and they were sorry about the situation. I really appreciate that they value their customers's concerns. increased to 3 star.. But you already lost a business.

David Levithan was the dealer who sold me my new car ,,,Toyota Yaris. He went above and beyond to help me find the RIGHT vehicle and gave me an AWSOME trade in for my really old SUV. David searched the whole Southeast untill the car I wated was located in Florida. The whole process of buying my new car at Mark Jacobson was great. I walked in a little frightened..used to being husseled because I am alone and a woman. The sales staff... David Levithan (and others) were direct and considerate. I never felt pressured to buy. To my surprise, my car was delivered two days later and I know David made sure, even on his day off, that I could be there to look at the car in person and he stayed at the dealership until I felt happy and secure with all the paper work and the new insurance needed was processed. I don't know if David Levithan knew or not, but I was driving without air-conditioning in my old car. hahaha. So I am so thankful to him for coming in on his day off and of course for being so wondreful thru the whole process of the purchase. It felt more like I had an adviser by my side the whole time rather than a sales person and that is so wonderful. Thank you David and to all the staff at Mark Jacobson Toyota. I have done business with your company over a decade from using your service department to purchasing a car. I wish companies such as yourself would consider the environment when sending promotional materials. I certainly will consider it when buying my next car.

I came in on my Birthday to treat myself. The guy approached me and asked what was I looking for. I told him I wasn't sure what type of car or SUV I wanted, and wanted to look around for a bit. He then told me I should go across the street to the used car dealership. I looked at him and walked out the door. As I was leaving a woman ran behind me and apologized for her coworkers attitude and offered to assist me. I told her that while I appreciate her assistance, there was now a bad taste in my mouth from how I was talked to and treated. I must say Barbara did everything in her power to assist me but I was all the way turned off by how I was approached and talked to at first.

I LOVE this place. Everyone is absolutely wonderful and amazing. I'll NEVER go anywhere else to buy a car. Mr. Frank Adams has been simply amazing to me and MY family. Four cars purchased many more to come.

Mark Jacobson Toyota is the best and both times, my car buying experience was hassle free and they really try hard to meet you where you are financially. Plus, the only dealership that offers the "Lifetime Powertrain Warranty, which includes repairs to everything under the hood that is not electrical and offers the "Bumper to Bumper" coverage to be utilized for all the electrical parts and other things that are not covered under the powertrain warranty. Kevin Mom was informative and worked vigorously to locate the best car for my situation, needs, and financial limits. My new corolla is stylish and economical and I'm happy with my new car and the continuous follow-up with Kevin Mom and the customer service department.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND taking your car into their repair shop. They are HIGHLY OVERPRICED and offered EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The shop manager, Dave, made no effort toward any corrective action for damage that was done to my car in their very shop. Disappointing to say the least.

This past Saturday, while I was at work, my wife came to the lot to view a used mini-van. As she was alone, and with our kids, she was treated to an onslaught of mysoginy. She was a woman, with two small kids.... all alone, and she knew instantly that the men there were being rude and sexist towards her. My wife is tough, nothing phases her, and so I was extremely surprised when she walked away from the dealership. She wanted the car she looked at, and I told her to offer them a fair price. It wasn t until a bit later that she explained to me that she was afraid and uncomfortable. I sold cars when I was in college, so I know how the people are at these dealerships. You have a better chance of finding honest people at City Hall. They make awful comments, She s a mark ..... He s just window shopping ....all that nonsense. I also sold timeshare after that, and the atmosphere was even worse. I just kind of figured with all the negative press these guys get, and with the current culture of harassment and assault the way it is, this would not have happened. I do not need to escort my wife anywhere. She almost died in childbirth...twice...and is a warrior Momma if I have ever seen one. This is why this was so surprising. I wasn t there and I have no idea how it all went down, but something was very wrong. Perhaps this dealership needs some lessons on how you treat a lady....or anyone for that matter. Disgusting!!

Go see Barbara Durham Last week, I traded in my 2003 Honda Accord and received help from her on finding a new car. She was very helpful. I recommend using her as a salesperson. She sold my sister and I a 2016 Toyota Corolla. I love it!

Very nice establishment. Amazing customer service. They took great care of my Camry and explained everything in detail to me. I highly recommend.

Service center seems to be out to get your money. My check engine light was on and after paying an $80 diagnostic fee they claimed that I needed to replace my gas overfill sensor which would cost $700. I took it to a family friends shop and had the part replaced for $500 instead (it's pretty expensive because they have to drop the gas tank which takes a lot of labor). After 100 miles the check engine light came on again. Took my car to a Toyota dealership by my parents house in Concord NC and paid them the diagnostic fee too. After they looked at it they said what it actually needed was a new $20 gas cap. Seems like a simple solution the service center should have caught, but instead they just wanted to waste my money. Also, I would get my state inspections here while I was away at school in Chapel Hill and they would always call me about selling my car even when I asked them to stop calling me. Glad I no longer live here because I wouldn't recommend taking your car in here.

A great place to shop for car's. Two weeks ago my wife bought a car with less-than-perfect credit and they work with her.and now she has a brand new 2019 Toyota Corolla.

I was shopping around for a good deal on a lease for 2017 Corolla IM and Tom Coffey was very helpful and informative in helping with this process. The dealership was very inviting and friendly.

Came in to get a tire rotation. When we got our car back, we were charged for an oil change that we didn't ask for. The new sticker from the previous oil change was still on the window from before! The salesman (Stephen Bissette) was extremely rude and said that we weren't "clear" enough and should make sure the mechanic writes down the correct service. How is it our fault that you didn't write down the correct service, and then you charge the customer for a service that was unwanted and unneeded? After speaking with the manager (Ron), it turns out that the mechanic DID write down the correct service, but the salesman conveniently ignored that fact and continued to place the blame on us. The dealership kept emphasizing a discount for our next visit, but at this point, we don't want to come here for a second visit as they may charge us for something else we didn't ask for. Go to Fred Anderson instead if you have the chance.

My Special Thanks goes to Ashley, the sales person helped me lot, she was very patient with me all the time with me and wanted to help me get the car I wanted. Ashley helped me in all stages starting from matching the car that fits to my budget, negotiation, connecting me with the Finance department and finally delivered the car to my Home. Very large dealership. Salesmen will not harass you when walking in. Got my oil changed on time when my appointment was. Did not try to tell me that I needed new brakes, tires, wipers, etc.
