There bathroom is very clean and pleasant to enter. I had tried there cool wrap that was so good and the presentation of it look very neat.

Best. Customer. Service. EVER. they are so quick and polite. My orders have never been incorrect. So much better than other fast food places

Probably the least well kept Chick-fil-a I've visited. It wasn't dirty by fast food standards but was not clean by CFA standards. There was not a crumb free table in the store, so I just took my order to the car. Also I ordered a half sweet, half unsweetened tea and received an overly sweet tea. Mixed it around to be sure, poured half out in the bathroom sink and got an unsweetened refill. An overall disappointing experience.

I just left the store. I got there at 7:15 with a order a head order. While sitting there at the curb side waiting we talked with the ladies putting up letters on the road sign. A truck pulled in next to us and blocked our view and then a car pulled in next to us. After seeing cars that where in line when we pulled up leaving and new ones then leaving. I them decide to call up the store and see if I needed to come in to get it. The guy politely said that they would bring it out to us. I told him it was 7:38 and it had been over 20 minutes. He said that it was dinner time and that they had to get the door dash orders out and that mine was next. I glad he told me the truth. I then wait 3-5 minutes and then they started bring out my order. But not just my order. They bring out the truck guy and then the car and then me. I have been to location a few time and don't care for it because it takes to long, but it is nice to now know why. Get the door dash orders out, then the people in line, then save up a few orders then take them out all together to save your self a trip... You get 2 instead of 1stars for my nice conversation with the girls out side and the honest guy on the phone.

I ve had a few bad experiences here before that wasn t too bad but TODAY...... I stood in the mobile order line from 12:25 to almost 1:10! Received my order with no spoons, straws, sauces nor napkins! That was seriously my whole lunch break! I m completely done with this location!!!! I m pretty sure the young guy knows exactly who this review is coming from.... he did his best with trying to get my order ....he asked constantly if I needed anything and apologized several times. I was better off going through drive-thru or ordering at the register.

Too busy to get food fast enough. They need to open another store close by for all the chickfila lovers. It gets crazy out there. Drive thru is almost always backed up. We love the food but there r only 2 stores that serve all of Wilmington and Leland. Maybe build one in Leland. I can't go there when I need a quick bite bc it is too long of a wait. We need more stores

A very popular eating stop. There is always a long line at the drive thru but orders are taken at the curb so it goes quickly. Great chicken sandwiches and lots of menu options.

Drive through is hectic on busy days customers will skip me while I m waiting to move up and the employees turn a blind eye and do nothing to help me it s happened 3 times and is very frustrating when you only have a hour lunch break every minute counts

Extremely slow service for dine-in customers (they seem to favor the drive thru). Waited about 20 minutes for our food to come out. Finally just gave up and got our money back. Probably won't go back there.

This Chick-fil-A on Oleander Drive is honestly the best fast food restaurant you ll ever find. Their food is always great. The orders are always right and The staff is absolutely amazing!

Let me say. This place is wonderful! One person specific was amazing, Manager Kristen. She is wonderful and makes the whole restaurant seem warm and welcoming. I know we are not the only ones that think so. So that should tell you something Chick-fil-A. Promote immediately, but don't take her away from the restaurant.

Always on point! Best "fast food around" There can be 100 people in line and 5 minutes later you have your food and ketchup and BBQ sauce!!

Fresh and delious sandwiches and very well organized drive through.

I was at a doctor appointment in Wilmington and went to Chick-fil-A to grab a bite to eat after. I love their food, and I have always had good service at these restaurants, and this was no exception. I wish I knew the name of my cashier, she was so nice and friendly. I have a tremor and difficulty speaking at times, but she didn't mind at all, taking an extra moment to talk with me and share a laugh instead of brushing me off as so many do. It was so nice. And yes, my salad and nuggets were great! Thanks Chick-fil-A for encouraging kindness in others. You made my day better!

Always busy, but they manage to get the food out quickly and the quality is in tact.

Very very busy place. Newly remodeled. Very prompt service even busy, but at the sacrifice of 100% correct order. 2 correct meals slightly off what ordered but considering the line wrapped twice around the building we'll take what we can get. Line was not too long. And what we got was good all except for the incredibly sweet tea! This is the south as far as sweat tea yes....but at risk of certain diabetes no thank you!

I love this place but I went through the drive thru today and they gave me the wrong order and I didn t notice until I got all the way home...

Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles add lettuce and mayo and they didn t even put the spicy chicken on the sandwich and still put pickles on it and forgot my mayo also got the 6 count meal and the chicken was burnt and forgot my sauce and straws. This happened 2 days in a row!! I would understand if this was mcdonalds but I expect way better from chick fil a.

First bad experience at this particular Chick-Fil-A. Called in and could barely understand the person on the other end of the phone. Person said they were the manager on duty. After asking her to repeat herself about 4-5 times. The sound was terrible. I asked to speak to Mike Perdue, this franchise owner. I was told I would have to talk to the store manager first. I said ok. Store manager was not in. When can't you talk to the owner or manager of a customer service establishment? Very disappointing....

The food (CHICKEN NUGGETS) was good except I didn't get to eat my Spicy Southwest salad, because the SOUTHWEST salad dressing was not placed in the bag and THAT was VERY disappointing! I could not eat the salad! I would've given 5 stars otherwise!

This is the most efficient chick fill a Ive ever been too, whom ever is managing it is doing an amazing job. The new covid system of placing your order, paying and picking up not only runs smoothly with each team member working together, but also the layout of the wrap around drive through is simple and less stressful than any fast food experience of mine to date. They have individual team members go up to each car masked and gloved to take orders and payments, and there is a table in front of the pick up window to avoid close contact and im sure to keep orders from piling up. I hope they are paying you guys what you deserve.

This is legitimately the only Chick-fil-A I ve been to that has poor customer service. They did not take my order in the drive thru, gave me the wrong one when they did take the order, then messed up the order again when I returned to fix the order. Employees were minimally apologetic.

This location makes me homicidal. Why this location was allowed to be built on a lot too small is beyond me. But now that you have done that, and you are making money hand over fist - how about managing the insane drive thru solution you got? When I complained I was told "we usually have someone directing traffic." LIAR. And then when I said you have an employee outside at the window RIGHT AT THE PROBLEM ZONE "he's expediting" Expediting your cash flow? If only he was expediting my customer experience. Long time before I go back here. Long time. Value of food doesn't come close to aggravation level required to obtain it. And BTW I'd park and go in if that solution was any better but of course you have to go around the drive thru line to make that happen also. No win in this parking lot.

The people here are really nice and service pretty fast.. the line is always wrapped around the building but it time spent in line usually goes quickly .. the indoor play area is nice! Parking is a little tight but manageable

Rude employee first time ever at any Chick. Food goid but totally shocked.

Service was great, food was disgustung. Ordered a mini tray of rolls and nuggets, the rolls were wet and gummy ordered chic fillet sauce and polynesian sauce and they could mix the others, we received everything but the 2 we wanted. When picking up the order I added fries and pickles, we which they quickly took the money for and didn't give them to me.. well I haven't eaten in this establishment in 12 years and now I know why. So I called to voice my disappointment and the lazy manager wouldn't even come to the phone., instead had the cashier offer me coupons. Well u can put your coupons in the toilet along with your disgusting food. David thank you for your time and your help
