I came here last week and to sell a few gold rings I've had for years and haven't worn. Joe was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the gold market. I felt the price I got from him was completely fair and look forward to doing business with him again soon!

I had an old gold chain and a bunch of old silver coins I wanted to get rid of and I brought them to 3 separate places and Chicago Gold Gallery gave me DOUBLE what everyone else offered, I couldn't believe it ! I told my friend about them because he had a Gold Ring he wanted to get rid of and he brought it to a few places prior and they only offered him $300, which was too low, so he ended up holding on to the Ring. I was like, I guarantee they will give you more at Chicago Gold Gallery, so he gave them a shot and they ended up offering him over $700 ( He took the deal). I have found BY FAR the best spot to sell your gold and silver in Chicago. I will 100% be using them again in the future !

I brought my father's old coin collection to a bunch of dealers for appraisal but the Chicago Gold Gallery was by far the most thorough and helpful -- most important they gave us the best prices for the coins. We came away with way more money than expected. I have since turned some friends onto this place and they've all come away happy. We are now bringing them jewelry. This is the only place I'd trust.

Sold some old coins here while I was visiting Chicago on my way to SF. The associate who helped me I think her name was Christine had the best friendly energy and made the transaction a real pleasure. She was super informative and offered a very fair price. It was such a good experience, I m thinking of future transactions via snail mail.

I went to the Chicago Gold Gallery,to sell a pair of diamond earrings that I had no use for anymore,the sells,person (Chrissy) was so fair and honest.she told me that the the earrings were beautiful that she could not give me anything close to what I paid for them,but she told me to take them back to were I purchased them from after all you still have the receipt,tho I bought them three years ago Chrissy was right and I got back everything that I paid for them thanks again Chrissy for your honesty!

This is the most welcoming, non-pretentious place to do business! I was researching how and wear to sell some sterling silver I had and I ended up choosing this place based on the other great reviews. I didn't want to whoever I did business with to feel annoyed because I was selling sterling silver which isn't worth much unless you have a lot of it. I was trying to figure out what to do with some jewelry that I inherited.
I have never sold jewelry before, and wanted to be treated fairly. Chicago Gold Gallery had the best reviews so I decided to start there. I'm so glad I did! It was a much better experience than I anticipated. They were professional and even advised to sell a couple of pieces on my own so I'd get the most money possible.

Dealing with an estate can be overwhelming, so I found this advice to be extremely genuine and helpful. I won't hesitate to go there again for advice with my valuables.
