I can't emphasize enough how great everyone was at Chicago Gold Gallery. My wife lost her engagement ring a few years ago. We were looking to replace it for our anniversary and someone recommended that we go see "Joe". He was amazing. We picked out a setting and then he said that he would look for a couple of stones to choose from. He called us a few days later and had already found a few. The ring is absolutely gorgeous.
