You ll never be disappointed except in my case long story short I brought my truck in for the service suspension soon light on I was told it wasn t covered by my warranty and They would have to special order the part They would need my credit card information which I didn t give at this time,needless to say later on I decided against getting the work done as it was way too much for a shock to be replaced, when I went down to pay just for the diagnostic fee Bob the service guy told me oh we already ordered the part special for you. I Kind of was annoyed and felt put on the spot. I then found the part not a special order for literally half the price certified GM part! I told him I just wanted to pay the diagnostic fee and then they charged me for a restocking fee also for backing out! Needless to say I was lied to as the part was never ordered until after I gave my credit card information! my fault I guess but I wanted to speak to the service manager and that s another joke! I called texted and emailed and said I wanted to speak to the manager and I got no response from anyone, This place is usually pretty good but this time was a mess! so lesson learned on my part. hopefully you just becareful and don t get roped into anything like I did. NO MEANS NO and stick to it! Learn from my mistake.
