Taking 4 times the amount of the original garnishment.

They called me and threatening me with a lawsuit, and made me sign a paper stating I couldn't take the case to a lawyer in the future, seems sketchy to me, and on a side note they miss placed some payments and got my license revoked, then told me they would take care of it. I was later pulled over for suspended license

Sad folks willing to take it out on you. If I was looking in to this group I'd look in to missed payments and over charges.

If I had to choose two words to describe this company it would be unprofessional & confusion. Oh I would at on very rude as well. Vanita & shina are absolutely horrible. At first I thought I might be just not having enough patience until I came here to look at their other reviews & everybody is saying the same thing. They have yet to return my phone calls & will literally ignore my calls ! Like what company/business does stuff like that. I have never dealt with anything like this. If anyone knows a corporate number or anything I can call... I would appreciate it if you reply & give it to me. Thank you.

I think that all of the associates have been professional , understanding and fair .

Extremely rude, paid to get my license back on the 1st. They said my paper to take to the dmv would arrive within a week. Still nothing. They won't return my calls or follow up with me of any kind. Also stated that I needed to pay a minimum of $50 monthly to keep my license. Another lawyer told me a song as I pay as little as a dollar a month theirs nothing they can do. So not only are they unprofessional there also liars.

They have some holder on my licence and i been requesting information to get it resolved for over 6 months by mail, phone and email and they have never even answered my inquiries. The thing occurred in 2002 and i have no idea what its even over

Vanita is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Shina is as well. Talking down to people, ignoring their phone calls, not following up on matters important to others, not listening to voicemails and responding are all poor customer service habits and I can t WAIT until I m done dealing with this company. Vanita is a stuck up AWFUL person with NO people skills whatsoever. Just rude and very offensive! Shina is no better! I will be making the Better Business Bureau award as well. The way I was treated and talked to today as well as last week was COMPLETELY unacceptable and unnecessary!!!

They understood my situation and allowed me to have a payment plan to pay my obligation off.

Shina reneged on an agreement done over the phone since I'm in another state. After a year of making payments she called me and acted like the deal never existed asking for the entire balance. At best she is incredibly sloppy and unprofessional. At worst she's liar and thief.

I was scared to death to call when I read the reviews but I was taken back by how pleasant Shina was. She got a bad rap on here so I was worried but she worked with me and my father to resolve a issue that has haunted my father for over 10 years. Numerous calls and sending us emails throughout the day and answered almost instantaneously. Great work Shina my father and I appreciate you very much.

I'm appreciative of this company, they've worked with me throughout the years being a new driver, mom of 4 children, I went without driving for many years, I knew, I wasn't the cause of the accident, the accident I got into was with a female, but I was being sued by a male... Overall I was in the wrong, because I let my insurance lapse, and i was just in the wrong period for that, and i know now i must keep car insurance period. Zeehandler has made it possible for me to drive again, with affordable payments, I'm soo appreciative, All is Well. I had pay them back money for 13 years. The intrest interest rate horrible. They make you restart every time to pay to get more money.
