I confirm the previous opinions and I wish I had checked them before buying. Never again. I bought a grill plate that came with a 5 cm scratch, and a handle that had some strange rubbing marks. There were supposed to be new products and they are like the worst outlet. And so far I don't know what to do with them. I am writing, calling them, assuring them that they will call back, that they will write. However, they do not do anything, they are unable to provide any application number, nothing specific. They sell off nonsense and say they'll write. Fortunately, I have everything recorded and the material is being collected.

Avoid. Don't go there. Don't waste your time. Don't buy anything from Tefal and Groupe SEB. These are scammers, they cannot repair basic things (2 months wait with zero effect), means they force consumers to waste electronic equipments and further damage environment. AVOID.

If I could, I'd give -10. On January 7, 2018, I bought Tefal pots. I liked something about them from the beginning, but I thought it was the temperature difference. As it turned out, on closer inspection, the pots leak. The complaint was submitted on March 26, 2018. It was considered almost immediately. I am to return the pots and get my money back. And here begins but. To return this, I must first receive a declaration from the seb group, it must be sent by post. And so I am waiting and waiting. They've reportedly sent them to me twice, but never arrived. It is about 170 km from Warsaw to the house, so during these two months they would also reach the racing pigeon. Constantly calling the helpline only ends up promising me and dismissing me. No. 1 in promises and lies is Mr. Jacek. He promises to call him back, send an e-mail with the tracking number, etc., and nothing happens. Ms Karolina from the hotline is not any better. Please contact me, they cannot provide the telephone number with the supervisor, I am asking for their data so that I can direct the matter further, they say that they will not provide it. Today I found a number to the company's headquarters, some lady secretary answered, I wanted to talk to someone who made decisions, she put me on the hotline. When I called again, she didn't answer any more. Nice drama State drama !!!!
I don't want to go to court or write to the Consumer Ombudsman about this, but you give me no other option.
And this is what my kitchen looks like every day when using Tefal pots.
I advise against buying pots of this brand and it is best to avoid this company like fire.

I strictly warn against shopping - if I read the reviews posted here before, I would certainly save a lot of time and nerves. Shop service and customer service in this company is at a level worse than embarrassing. When calling the hotline, you can not expect to get any information there, because nobody knows anything there and as it turns out, you do not want to find out too much. They promise to appeal at a specific date and do not live up to these promises. In the accessories store on the Tefal website, I placed an order. The next day I asked to cancel this order because I was misled as to which device would fit the parts I ordered. Nothing was done, nothing at all. I was answered after a few days, that the order could not be canceled, and after a few more days I received information that the order had been sent - that is, it was time to cancel it, I think I did not want to. The only thing I was advised to do is to not pick up the package, it will come back to the company magazine. I wrote to the courier company that the parcel will be immediately returned to the sender without any attempt to deliver - I think that there is a store service to issue such an order, since I asked to cancel the order, but once again no one did anything. The order arrived at the company on August 9 and from that moment I waited 1.5 months for a refund, which was returned to me only on September 23. I will never buy anything from Tefal and other brands belonging to Groupe SEB in my life, because if I had to deal with this company again, it is a waste of time, health and nerves. The company is unworthy of trust, because it neglects the customer, not much of it violates the consumer's rights, so I warn you - do not buy anything from them. On the shop page with accessories Tefal there are no regulations of this store - only when there is a problem, it turns out that the order is sent from the warehouse from France and the return of money goes from France, but in Poland they can not contact France, to get information when the money will be returned. Jaka masakra: / I do not recommend.

Less than 2 years ago I bought an iron, the so-called GV 7781 steam generator, in a company store of this group SEB in Gda sk. The iron was perfect for the first year! At the end of the warranty, literally 2 months began to spit stone and dirty underwear. I returned to the store and after some time I heard that there is a stony foot that is not covered by the warranty. This iron was not intended to scale and tap water was recommended in the instructions. This is a lie. Don't buy this scrap !!! I had an Ariette iron before, but unfortunately out of reach on the market. I've used it for over 10 years!

CATEGORIC !!!!!!! I advise against using the company's services. What they do best is collect orders and receive payment transfers. Then it turns out that "the accountant cannot find your payment" (maybe it is worth investing in glasses for the accountant?). None of the numbers answer, and if you can get through, then the quality of the connection is nightmarish "I do not understand you completely, something is happening on the line" (I called from the landline, so probably a strange case).
To sum up: they appropriate the client's money, they fail to deliver the goods - I have been waiting 7 days for delivery since they were paid.
