Checkers Drive In Restaurants, Inc. Review

Food is great, but the drive thru wait.. I listened to half an album before I got my meal. If they can get drive thru in order, they'd be legit.'

My order was completely wrong my nephew order a chilli dog and got bread no hot dog

You have to wait long periods of time for a small order. And the workers like to chitchat when they see customers outside the window. Also they move slow and mostly get orders worng.

Customer service is poor. Employees display bad attitudes. Food is just dumped into a bag and handed to you. Burgers are squished and fries are everywhere when you order multiple combo meals. Smh.

I used to love the fries here. But anymore they taste old and they are hard!! But on a brighter note they are mostly always friendly an food is always hot!!

I love Rallys ..This Rallys was pretty good. The food was good and hot, and the employees were nice and provided fast service.

Most disrespectful cashier going to argue with me cause she didn t give me the stuff I paid for an when she did she threw the damn bag at me they need to close it down or get better employees

Not only did we sit in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes we finally got to the window ask the guy for some napkins he acted like he didn't even hear us did not even give us any napkins in our bag and we asked for no mayonnaise on our sandwiches but there was mayonnaise all over sandwiches will never go back to this restaurant ever again a long wait for your food and you do not even get what you order they need to fire a few of those employees I will definitely be calling corporate

The cashier short changed me 2 dollars and gave me the wrong type of sandwich. That was me first and last trip to Rallys.

Long wait, drive thru guy was rude, didn't give me complete order though I was charged for everything.

Worst customer service came all the way from out of state and the girl that took our order was the worst will never come to this place again

It really deserves zero stars and how it s still open I haven t a clue. I placed my order and the cashier couldn t hear me because the music they had playing in the background was way too loud. I waited 24 minutes for food that wasn t even hot because the employees were busy dancing and rapping as even then my order was wrong.

The people are rude and it takes forever 2 get your order and even being waiting on this is happened to me and my wife the last couple of times we came

To the owner that replies to this. Shame on you. I ordered food via door dash at 6:15 PM. At 6:45 PM doordash arrived at Rallys. At 6:50 PM I was informed order not ready. At 7:15 I attempted to contact Rallys and called about 15 times. DOORDASH REFUNDED ME 100% OF MY MONEY. I did get through to rallys and they immediately hung up on me when I asked them why it takes over an hour to make fries and a burger.. dont work with doordash if you cant fulfill the orders. I feel bad for the driver. Its now 8:15 PM I havent recieved my free food dam thats 2 hours and you cant even answer your phone.

About 8/10 they get my food right, wait time extremely long but you expect that when going to Rallys.

Been here waiting for food since 8pm it is now 8:37 worst place ever. Very rude

Love this place. Use to manage one in Richmond Ky. Love the taste

first off the lady who was working where there was the most rudest person I've ever seen act like she did not enjoy her job ask her about the boneless wings if they was hot or spicy she told me no and they was spicy just complete out of tube wouldn't go back there ever again and came all the way from Minnesota would never come back to that rallys never

It was horrible, waited in line 15min to order 3 ice cream cone then waited another 30min line took get my ice cream cone. 45min is way to long to be waiting in line foe anything. If i could i would have drove off with out getting my order.

This place is ridiculous. Waited in line 30 mins ordered fries guess what?? They weren't hot... The person at the window wanted to argue when I said they were not hot and I wanted a refund.. shut it down

Rude cashier refuses to fix order and or refund us. If there was a lower rating i would put it because it angered us all with the fact that we were "Making a big waste of time with a $60 order"

They have the worst customer service ever, no professional whatsoever. Very embarrassing to be called a restaurant. Should be a law against the treatment of customers that's spending there hard earned money Smh.

Cashier was distracted by coworkers the entire time she took my order. I had to repeat myself several times due to being interrupted by the cashier as she attempted to cut my order short.
When I got to the window, I paid and got my food, ice cream and then my drink. I had to remind them several times about the drink.
Unacceptable when you can clearly see inside the vehicle.

Horrible. Wait at least 20 min every time for food and my chicken sandwiches are always over cooked. I ll be traveling 5 miles to another rally s.

Just had the worst experience ever I waited in line for 30 mins whenever I told her what I want I wanted then and I asked to make my number nine french fry a chili cheese fry she told me no then I ask if I could get a half pound instead of the regular on my number nine and I asked for a cheesecake Sunday and I told her Twix one and I also ordered a I also ordered a rally burger with french fry meal and we asked for a Coke and we also asked to have a Dr Pepper Whenever I got to the window the mat out my whole order was wrong and I asked if she could change it and I just got a blank stare and hardly any response so I just took my food and now I m here to tell my experience she gave me a strawberry cheesecake Sunday and a nasty Coke Also she gave me the regular chicken box and not the half pound oneAnd also did not give no receipt and plenty of attitude

It was terrible not 1 not twice but dang near everytime!! Its horrible, they need to shut it down!! I had to wait 25 mins for fast food!! Because they forgot to drop my order. What kind of nonsense is that??? Its the worse Rallys ever!!!!!!!!!

WARNING!!!WARNING!!! If you think you're going for "fast food", think again. Be prepared to sit in drive thru like you're having appetizers, entree, and dessert being prepared fresh at a fine don't restaurant. I sat in line for 58 minutes for $7.42 worth of food. I saw five employees inside working and only one drive thru line open. I will not be back!!!

The staff is rude. They argue in front of customers. Very unprofessional. 22nd and Broadway

Our ordered was hot & perfectly prepared! Our order taker was super polite & professional! I hope this Rally's continues to thrive!
