Dirty. Girl made my sandwich with the same gloves she took my money with. REFUND!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would this place is horrible and the little girls in there have no customer service experience and they are rude, I stayed in line for at least 20 minutes, then I was missing some food, I parked because I was not about to wait in that non moving line again for my missing items, I stood there for 10 minutes the construction workers infront of me even left, the spent there whole lunch waiting for someone to take their orders, I'll never go again, and I work in fast food there is no sense in this, SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN....

The service could use some tweaking but overall the food is delicious.

Slow ass drive thru!! Waited like 15 minutes just to order. Food was hot!! But services was slow!!

Just ate there.the fries were hot but real greasy.my burgers were cold.i had to heat them up.the cook had like 10 patties on the grill.i thought it was made to order.the food was awful except for the fries.but hold the grease.i dont go there often and dont plan on going back.im not using the coupons they send me.AWFUL!ps the burgers look sloppy and never like the pictures.thats pitiful!

Fot the amount of traffic it was quick service an the food was great tasting

Waited an eternity for food more than once. HORRIBLE!! This has happened several times. This is by far the worst Rally's that I've been to.

They were busy so it was slow service but man you can't go wrong with their fries

Trash service is weak customer service is really bad. The drive through time is outrageous and your food still don't be right. Something has to be done for real.

They always forget something and always long wait times

How they gone tell you they dont sell all american cheeseburger or hot dogs but the lady in line behind me orders the same thing. These people always rude. If you dont like your job then dont work here its that simple.

As much as I enjoy the food from there, I feel thr3u need to close end location here... service is HORRIBLE, never friendly and food order hardly every fresh or correct...

I really sat in the outside line for over 45 minutes to get my food. This is CRAZY! THEN...It was all wrong. Maybe you all need to get at least one person that can watch over people.

Boneless Wings were big and excellent.and cheap..a lot better than hooters..my son said they were like WingStop but without the price..Our new place for wings..Hooters buffalo wings were dry and little and didn't taste good and of course too high...Rallys wings are were it's at....

The workers were rude, they got our order wrong, and it took forever.

The Rally's on 22nd and Broadway needs new management and a total makeover

Great fries, good prices, long wait. I had one bad experience. The sign was marked, "2 Rallyburgers with cheese for $2." I said, "I'd like 2 Rallyburgers with cheese, thank you." When I got to the window, the cashier told me my order was over $4. I repeated what the sign said and was told, "You should have said you wanted 2 for 2." The cashier changed the price, but I was left wondering if the lingo was something everybody else in the "hood" knew, or did the cashier hope I wouldn't say anything so she could pocket the difference. (That was a devilish thought). I would have reported my experience in the survey, but I wasn't given a receipt. I didn't think about it until after I left. But oh, well, I keep returning.

Service was all right time to wait for the food was taking too long

The ice cream/shake machine was broken. Really Rally's?
Plus the employees always have an attitude when you ask a question.

For the price you can't beat it and there food is not bad either.

Disgusting they cooked our food with no mask or gloves and I asked for my reciept and they gave me the wrong one so that's y they are not getting a star at all but I have to give them one i come to this rallys alot and I don't even know if I can Go back

Worst customer service of my life. They had no sauces for my cheese sticks & had the nerve to be nasty about it. They also didn't refund my order as I requested

Very disrespectful took 45 minutes to get to the speaker then tell me the line on that side of the drive thru is now shut

I used to work there and the service is great now I went to the Rally's on Taylor Blvd and the service was bad and my food was cold I'm never going back there again

Ok so I ve been in line for almost a hour and then they are out of large milkshakes cups and out of medium meal cups so was asked to either upgrade my meal or get the small version. I am never coming back here again

Slow they mess up orders 20 minute + wait time for fast food.

Horrible service... I asked for two four for 4 and a chicken bite box but instead i just get 2 4 for fours no drinks plus gave away free food

Had a Great Visit. Food was hot and Delicious and my Mango slushes was Excellent, the young lady in the drive thru was Awesome. Thank you so much

I know it's not chic fil a but could you teach the person taking the orders some grammer and manners.

The fish sandwich that I ordered nasty. Did not taste like fish. The hamburger was very thin. Fries were good. Customer service was ok.

Great food. My order is messed up probably 2 out of 10 times. Staff knows nothing about promotional signs in drive thru.

Cashier fixed my fries with no gloves..i don't think so. Then got mad cause I did not want them...oh well
