We just went to Rally's 30 minutes a go, my cheeseburger had plastic in it... Done!!!!! I did reach out, thru that link I guess you didn't receive it(not). You only started to respond to these reviews a few weeks ago. I've also called the health Dept.

Horrible service and there's nothing fast about this place!!!

They don't care if it's raining or cold they take care of the drive thru first

Wouldn't give any stars of there was an option. How do you not repeat my order back and when i get to the window and ask if you got my loaded fry and you say no. Then tell me i can't add out on at the window.....wait for it.....then pull me up and saying we're holding on your order but i couldn't add on my fry???? Then have me wait almost an hour and I'm thinking my food is fresh. Nope!! Cold, dry and soggy. Get it together.

the building was a little small had a lot of customers but they still made sure that the food was prepared just right

Waited for 20 min outside window before they even took my order then another 25 mon to get my food. The worst service ive ever seen.

This was the worst experience i have ever had, after waiting an hour in line i was given cold food!!!....... They dont even get 1 star from me!

Great food, low prices, great customer service. It took longer to get there from the hospital then it did to get my food.

I used to really like Rally's. I'm not saying it's bad, but the wait time when they are busy is 30+ minutes. There's no way to call it fast food anymore. The food at the one I just visited was good, but it used to be great. I've been to many Rally's were the preparation was faster but the food quality was poor or sub par. So truthfully Is rather wait for better tasting food. If you're in a hurry, this isn't the place to go. If you have time to spare, well, it's your call. But if you enjoy Rally's, this is one of the better ones.

Well they got all my food right I was just in the drive thru way to long

The past few times the wait was to long and half my food was cold. Although most trips to this store is satisfactory. Guest ya gotta take the good with the bad.

It's usually takes about 30 to 45 mins to get your food.

Im in the drive thru now. And I've been here for 25 mins so far.

This is the slowest rallys and the slowest restaurant period.. they take the whole meaning out of fast food.
You literally can go buy some beef , peel some poataoes and make your own burgers and fries faster than u can served at this rallys. Other rallya u get served within 10 mins but if u plan on coming to 22nd and Broadway rally locations I hope u not in a rush.

Make Sure they put gloves on. At this location they don't like wearing gloves.. I look closely.

Hope these slow unprofessional foodhandlers had their HOW vaccine .

Lady forgot what i ordered and was chewing fries in the window... 4min wait

Food was perfect though!

Every time I go here they always mess something up. They never answer their phones. You have to sir and wait 15 mins to order then another 30 to 40 just for the food. Once you are in the drive thru you can not back out. They had one side for paying through drivers window closed due to management sent everyone home. So if u had no one in car with u u had to reach over the sit to pay and get your food..
I ordered a chicken bite box and this is what I got. Box wasn't even half way full..

Order taken quicklt and the young lady that took it was very polite but the wait for my food which was 2 big bufords and a large fry was 13 minutes.

Love it, there prices sometimes are a little to much but they stay open late and its good

My go to for lunch ....plus the wait is never long ....if there is a wait.

We waited 40 minutes to get our order. The order consist of 4 hamburgers and a small fry, then told us to pull up and wait we waited and had to go up to the window to get our food. We had 2 separate orders and they put them both in the same bag.

Love and miss loving close to a Rally's. Those fries!

Wrong order then no answer when I called the store to speak with a manager

It's Rally's so you know what you're getting. The staff here are funny on the speaker and at the window. Who knew working at a Rally's could be fun???

They were disgusting especially the one on 22nd street

I came to the rallys on broadeay at 928pm and the sign says 99 cents rally burger fully dressed he rung us in for all american cheese burgers and he was singing a not paying attention to ring up orders and i asked if they was hiring and he said 15 people just got hired he was one of them well i love the postive attude and communication but they needed to work on ringing orders up correctly but then he said it was not 99 cents i said the one on ur sign says it is so they need to pay attention more other than that they are great and they fixed my order for me and on my way i went.

Service was terrible and all of the staff had attitudes. At the end of it all they messed up my order 4 times.

If you want slow, rude, incompetent service here's your place. I speak good, clear English but when I get my order it's like someone else's food and they wouldn't fix the order! It's gotten to a point where I just don't get fast food in the West End.

There was a big line to wait in. My fries and burger both tasted like funnel cake

Long car line thought it would take forever but the guys & gals in charge knocked it out quickly. Food as ordered. A+++

Gave me the wrong burger which was cold then told me I had to get back in line to order fries that I didn't know didn't come with the burger. Charged me 7.00 for 3 fries that a whole bag of potatoes in the store and then some.

The person working drive thru tonight on the right side is very rude i have worked resturants and its always been have a good night after hand the food but not with that person very unhappy about that

The food is very good and priced to sell. The deals they have are better than any other fast food restaurant I know of, and they give them to you in multiple way.

By far the worst Rally's in town and they have the longest wait!

The fish was hard as a brick and the staff always has a attitude not to happy with the service at all.

Quick service even with a long drive through at lunchtime. Awesome fries and I want to marry that mushroom Swiss burger. Make that burger Mrs. Mushroom Swiss McBentleson.

Terrible service. Order never right. Regularly 10-30 mins in drive thru; then they get attitudinal. Never give condiments or napkins.

They need to fix the drive thru intercom. Despite that, most of the order was right.

It's not that I dislike them. It's just their chilli cheese fries are AWFUL. THATS THE MAIN REASON PEOPLE GO TO RALLYS OR CHECKERS

Service was very slow. Waited in line for over 30 for a total of 5 items. Both drive thru lanes had a bunch of cars. Manager wasn't doing anything to help her employees move the service faster. One sandwich maker got an attitude because i asked her to change her gloves after picking a receipt from the floor. Very unprofessional and lazy. This is the 3rd time I've had this kind of service.

Drive through wait was long and my order was wrong they only refunded half of my money. No gloves and impolite

Late night hunger fix, always hot and employees have a good sense of humor but get the job done in a fast and efficient manor

Wait was somewhat long. Food was served hot and fresh. Prices are cheap but the food is very greasy and unhealthy. However, we go every once in a while!

When I pulled up to the restaurant's drive thru, it was raining. When you order your food, they do not have anything over the speaker to prevent you from getting wet. Water gets all into your vehicle when they are taking your order. The service is usually not that fast, so you can only imagine how that goes. They have two drive-thru's, and one of them was blocked off possibly due to a malfunction of one of the speakers not working. Or possibly a lack of employees to handle the load, so they choose to shut down one side and force everyone to the other. To my surprise my wait was actually not that long as usual. But what made it bad was the rain factor, that caused water to get all in to my vehicle.
I had a coupon for 2 hot dogs for a dollar, or 99 cents. (One of the two) They told me that they did not have any more hot dogs. That really made me upset, because that was the main reason I came for. I also had a coupon for a free ice cream cone. And yes you guessed it! When I asked for the chocolate ice cream, they told me that they were out of the chocolate ice cream. So I got the vanilla & strawberry mixed ice cream with the cone. Since I did not get my hot dogs, I ordered a few of their other sandwiches. Overall all of the food was pretty good that I did receive. I'm just glad that I did get something due to the fact that they kept telling me that they were out of everything. That was very big inconvenience getting up and leaving the house in the rain only to be disappointed. No condiments were offered to me, but I did have napkins in the bag.
