I love Rally's! Try adding Coke Zero to your menu with some low carb options and salads. The wings are a little over priced. Bring back the 2 for $4 menu please. The oreo fudge ice cream as well. Thank you

I did order a meal and I did get a meal is very good for the money it was great probably one of the best deals out there

So you about right they do need a zero.I don't live here so I'm out town visit. I pull in order my food two buger, she ask me do I need anything else. I yes please some water. Okay I get window I'm like my water please. She so damn Rudd. Was like wedon't have a water cup
. I'm like so if I paid food or if I don't drink your soad I still have pay for cup. Wow what these food chain coming to. But can't say I be back I like the chicken here better. Don't go.

Who was the food was nasty my pop was carbonated water just was messed up

First we had to wait 25 minutes just to get our food, she gave us the wrong drink at first, half the time she was giving us our stuff, she had a liter in her hand, and the food was stale... Not worth the wait

Staff was friendly, & fast. Win I checked my order, they gave me cpl wrong items, I pointed it out, they were apologetic & rectified my order.l

Worst service ever. First in line last to order. Can't help but play the racism card on this one.

Had to go back for napkins as none were in my bag & as I approached the window the cashier walked right by as if I wasn't standing there. Napkins are a necessary for grease removal & I shouldn't have to make an extra trip to request them.

I had to wait 20 minutes to get two chicken sandwiches and it happens to me there all the time once I didn't get my change back

They gave me spicy wings instead of bbq which is what I asked for. I ve been calling this store for a hour now and no answer. Let me remind you I waited over 20 for my food. Ugh all I wanted was bbq wings

I feel sick after going there. It's terrible. They also didn't give me all of my order.

Employees are smoking marijuana in the drive thru while customers are waiting on food, another employee was also drinking a beer. When they didn't have apple pies they just substituted with whatever they wanted.

I stood out in the rain trying to get my order taken, for twenty minutes.

Terrible service. Always worse than the previous visit.

Food was good a lot less greasy than most places. First time eating there

Food was hot but it took almost 15 minutes and that's sitting in drive-thru

I tried to get tarter sauce for my fish sandwich and they said they didn't have any but their was a little bit on mine so I know they had some!!!

Food was just as good as the other Rally's but service was sooo sloooooow.

Rally's is one of my favorite restaurants and I like pretty much any of the food there!!!

The walk window takes so long every time I come here I wait long to get my food then it takes pizza hut to deliver

I like the Rally's on Preston better than any other one

Worst service in the world of fast food! I don't know how they're still open. They mess up your with like a 95% average!

No good been there twice im not coming again they take to long to serve your food

They were open, but no "cashiers" so could not sell anything? Are you kidding? Is the manager to good to take an order? Or is there a secret code that only NASA and the cashiers have to work the register?

They were out of nearly everything I ordered and so slow.

Always takes 15-45 mins to get food if after 5. Been like this since 2012.
If you want good service go when Ms. Regina is working day shift.
Oh and dont get me started on the attitude.

Had to repeat order about 7x, didn 't realize it until I got home but, order was filled wrong. Other than that the food was ok.

A terrible experience ! I waited standing there almost 10 minutes and I'm the only person at the walk-up window to tell the lady my order then, I tapped on the window to get her attention she opens the walk up window just to say don't ever knock on the damn window ! All I wanted was a $8 meal in a timely manner ! She was rude and mean to me for no reason . Not wasting my money there no more !

Terrible place food order was wrong, took too long for order and service 10:03 - 10:35 pm last night. 1-10 scale I'd give it a -25. My recommendation is don't patronize this establishment.

The service was quick today! My order was correct and hot! Good job guys!!

On 21st and Broadway a great place to catch a bite, they just need to update they speed service. But we'll go back if I need a quick place to bite.
