They dont get orders right they are ride and it always takes so much time for them to get any order ready

They are slow, rude and the food was cold. Everyone that works there needs to be fired! Plus you have to wait in line for like 30 mins to order and another 30 just to get your food.

Service a bit slow cashier didn't say anything not even how much my order was

It was late at night so I am being lenient but they did get one of my orders wrong other than that everything was ok

HORRIBLE WORKERS! This is the WORST place to go for food. Nasty acting employees. Never hand you your receipt, they are always in a bad mood, acting ghetto, too busy talking to other employees instead of being focused on the customer, and they never say THANK you when you purchase something. They will keep you waiting for over 20 minutes in the drive thru. They just hand your your bag and slam the window. Just nasty acting idiots!

Terrible!! Sat in drive thru for 20 min... Never moved. I left!!

Pitiful. .I needed a cone in a cup for my nephew, cause he feel asleep and they said they'll have to charge me....I'm so done

Awful experience!! Had to wait in drive thru, which I couldn't get out of, for over an hour. Then received cold, old food. Never will return!

The Broadway location has horrible staff that will mess your order up and complain the entire time

, Absolutely delicious,even more so when they get order right.Drive through, you can walk up to window and sit outside, if that's your thing.

They service on 22nd and Broadway is ridiculous they are horrible it took almost 40 min to get a 3$ meal smh

I had a large order and the service was mediocre. They left off some of our items, but we didn't realize until we got home. Drove all the way back, just to be called liars and be argued with about the missing food. We spent $40 there why would we lie about a burger and an order of fries??? Really disappointed in the service.

Relatively quick for the traffic that was there. The requested ice cream wasn't available but they handled it with great customer service and "made it right".

An okay place to make a quick pit stop if you want a burger and fries. Just okay.

This place is dangerous on top of having the rudest staff I have ever met at any restaurant. I heard the women yell at a Postmate and tell him she didn't give an F who he was with. And all he said was I'm with post mate. That was when he was at the window she said everyone had to use drive. I witnessed three people go the the window and pick up order. It looked to me like they just don't let white people use the window. And by fair the slowest restaurant I have ever been to. They have homeless people begging while your trapped in line. Here we are during the cononavirus and I had a homeless women stick here face in my car. Fights braking out in the parking lot and Rally's is doing nothing to stop it.

Took forever to bring us our food an we only ordered 1 meal

Worst experience. Waited 25 min for food, cars were pulled up waiting, they finally came out and told me that they lost my receipt. I just asked for a refund.

Fish wasent cooked all the way pickels smelt like urine chicken tasted like it was a week old

CASH ONLY!!! This location is responsible for a lot of credit and debit card breaches. Take it from a bank employee. Out of the hundreds of clients we had with compromised cards, this location was the common factor. And it wasn't just one organization. If you have been here lately check your statements.

Put my daughter's ice cream in a cone instead of cup and then wanted to charge us additional for the cup.

TERRIBLE RUDE HAD TO REPEAT MY ORDER OVER AND OVER SHE SAID OKAY THEN STILL DIDN'T HAVE IT RIGHT. Then you get ur manager and she's no help and still got it wrong. Okay can i still get my food damn add it on.

We ordered $60 worth of food for the whole family. Yes, a big order takes time. But all of the sandwiches were wrong. Drinks weren't marked. A couple burgers were missing. And the lady taking our order was so rude while taking our order. She had to be told by an older employee to just deal with it since it's her job. Never going back again. Fries were also over fried.

This was surprisingly good! I expensive. Hot and tasty. Fast service. Outside tables could be cleaned.

The big white girl in drive thru was rude I didn't like her at all

2nd time going in two days. 2nd time being turned away because they weren't taking orders at thr moment. No customers were there and it was like 11pm on a Saturday night!! 0 out of 5!!
