Cheap. If you plan to risk not having health insurance, don't eat here often.

Food was "okay". Cold for the most part and customer service was awful. Very rude, no apology for the long wait... especially when the long wait resulted in cold food. Staff members were talking to what i assumed to be a friend through the drive thru window, completely ignoring the guests in the only open drive thru side.

Had a complicated order for a big family and they got it all right. Way to go!

Late night stop yielded super fresh delicious food!

The line was extremely long and the wait was ridiculous but the rest was fine

Smokey BBQ Buford was the bomb. Can't say the same for the refried fries. Sandwich was the only reason this wasn't a 2 star review.

Lady that took orders sound like she didnt even wanna be at work. Ppl in Louisville in general have dry depressing attitudes. Smh

The best wings anywhere. Never mind Wing Stop or Buffalo Wild Wings, order the Rally's Asian Kick.

The food is good, but the drive thru needs work. Every fast food restaurant on Bardstown Road should look to Chick-fil-a to see how you run a drive thru business.

Good cheap food. The corner lot is kind of hard to get in and out of.

They didn't read our order back to us. When we went to pick it up, they didn't have it right. First they missed one of our drinks, an icee drink. Had to order it separate. Then when we left, our burgers were deluxes without cheese. We wanted just cheeseburgers with no onions or pickles. This isn't the first time either.

i got the alledged loaded burger , it wasnt stuffed it was jus 2 patties with a small squirt of cheese sauce in the middle , very disappointing

Got a Big Buford and I it was all smashed with the top bun in two pieces.. not cool.. should have go to Hardee's in IN

Service is usually great, but the order was wrong the last two visits. The manager was a bit hostile.

My favorite Rally's in Louisville. Staff could use some customer service training to be honest but their food does taste better than other Rally's in Louisville.

I go there when I want a pick me up it takes so long in the drive thru the quickest one is cane run road.

Rally's Whopper has been a favorite of mine for many years. I really enjoy The Whopper Meal. Good burger with a little smokey taste and well prepared french fries. So I thought I'd try their new Impossible Burger which features a non- meat patty. It was tasty and enjoyable. Did it taste the same as the Original Whopper? No, in my opinion. It's similar in taste, but not a match in taste. I like the Original Whopper more. I may order the Impossible again, occasionally, but mostly I'll stay with the Original.

Food is always hot & service is quick. The one time I wasn t happy the manager made it right and then some

The food was good and made correct but I asked for the buy one get one free Big Buford's and got changed full price for my order.

Terrible. We waited int the drive thru for 30 mins. There was only 3 cars in front of us.

All of my food was re dropped and so inedible i couldn't eat it. Worst rallys in Louisville, might as close this location too you'll be doing the city a favor.

I had to wait over an hour, the line of cars was not enough and we were blocking the street traffic

My food was cooked in old Grease and was burnt I spend too much money here to be treated in a such a manner. Lost me as Customer threw food away

I wasn't particularly impressed by the Rally Burger. It was editable but nothing special. Service was friendly and quick.

Terrible customer service and how are the fries ice cold when. There was a line also paid for a large Sprite that I didn't even receive i asked to switch to a cup of ice and they charge me for both and the chicken call away but somehow really soggy nasty and they will not even replace the order

So I went to rally today and you know my school was giving free all American cheese burger or hotdog coupons. We ordered 6 cheeseburger with fries and lemonade drink. As you can see in the photo below our drinks were ice down we barely got any drink out of the order this unfortunate because the other rally's on Preston highway had the right amount of ice and the drink. This is unfortunate our drinks shouldn't be iced down like this and 2 your not supposed to guess what a person wants we didn't ask for mustard on our CHEESE burgers. VERY DISSATISFIED would not recommend to anyone.

Got the two rally Fry and drink for 3.50 and topped it off with a cheesecake shake for 2.10 I was almost too full.

Ate here yesterday and got the worst food poisoning of my life.

Always good food sometimes order have been wrong here lately

27 minute wait in line for food, was trapped in because of the curbed in drive-thru. Once I finally received my food, the fries were soggy, greesey, and my sandwich smelled. Even the Sprite was watered down. Absolutely the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Threw the food in the trash.

Burger tasted kinda different, like maybe over cooked. It looked it to, but then I never had to look at a patty before? Fries and ice cream were great!
