Food was excellent service was poor!! Window waiter spoke very low and inaudible. She was rude and looked like she had worn he shirt to a demolition derby! Would recommend this place based on the food.

Rally's is always a guilty pleasure. Nothing beats their french fries. While we have never had an issue with the food, sometimes there can be a wait due to general volume. Also, be careful navigating out of the parking lot.
The food was so good and fresh....we tried the one on Bardstown Rd and it wasn't that busy at the time....they were quick to get our order together too.....
Slow slow slow slow slow & filthy dirty nasty. I have seen people go outside and smoke then come right back in and not wash their hands b4 preparing food.
Clean store since they renovated. Has both lanes like usual rallys/checkers. Sometimes slow service. Easy to get to from goldsmith lane and Bardstown road. Friendly staff.
You know what you're getting. When a company's slogan is merely a fact ("You gotta eat"), setting up high expectations is a mistake. Best fast food fries, though.
My order was incorrect and they charged my card twice for 2 different amounts. I asked for 1 rallyburger and 2 chicken sandwiches with onions and tomatoes added. I was upset when my chicken sandwiches did not have what i had asked for. My wife ate her rallyburger and asked me why it had so many onions and three slices of tomatoes on it..like really? Brainless
The service was super friendly, I pulled away before they gave me my drink and when I pulle back around to get it they gave me an apple pie and apologized for the inconvenience.
Stopped by for lunch. Food just didn't taste the same. Plus, prices have increase and just not worth it for me. I hope this was just a bad day and not the company trying to take shortcuts with their products.
I mean it's fast food but the fry burger and an ice cream cone were exactly what I needed after my wedding last year. It looks super cool since they remodeled. And I have no clue why but their soft serve cones are so good.
Worst hamburger I have ever eaten. That HB should never have been served to a customer. The HB patties were burnt and hard as a rock on the edges. Neither my husband nor I could finish our burgers.
I've had problems with they getting my order correct . I ask for extra items on my sandwich and I know they charge but they still get it wrong. I been coming to this location for years and now I'm thinking about not coming back here.
The Rally s on Bardstown Rd. is managed terribly! The woman in charge there and her female staff are rude, make sarcastic comments, take a long time to make the orders. Orders that have been pre ordered and already paid for are not ready when you get there- haven t even started it yet. Some of them wear no hair protection, don t wear gloves when handling raw meat, and then put cheese on patties with same hands. They are more worried about their phones and getting them charged then helping a customer in a professional manner. They run the place worse then a prison kitchen. At the window inside by the register the window sills are grimey, and haven t been cleaned in months. Rally s food is great but not at this location. What I would refer to as straight ghetto!
This rallye has to be one of a few that actually get the food out quick...and it's accurate to what you ordered. Love the fries from this rallys...they must change the fry grease often...because it never taste burned. Great and friendly service
This place has the rudest workers ever. They take your order give you the price and then your invisible. They give you your food, don't say hello, do you need any condiments nothing not even THANK YOU! Never going back!
Staff is usually pretty chill. Food is what you would expect - its Rally's, dont expect Michelin Star-worthy grub. Great for a late-night meal. Orders are usually made right, never had a real problem.
We got 4 rally burgers and 2 waters, they forgot the waters, and went back to get them, then they forgot the ice in waters and straws, it wasnt fun riding down the road trying to drink it, got a shower every now and then.
Great place to work withe the best GM managers and Shift managers. Without the team members working together as a Team, there would be no Rallys store!!! I miss and Love you All!
The girl hand me a Coke and didn't have a lid on it it would all over me by car everywhere didn't say I'm sorry or nothing I was there yesterday the one on Bardstown Road next to the expressway
Sat in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes the other night, only to be given our food by a worker without a mask. I understand being busy (although I also know there are things they could have done to keep things moving a bit faster), but not wearing a mask when there's a literal state-wide mandate because of, y'know, the pandemic? That, I can't even be bothered to try and comprehend.
Multiple times that I ve been here I order a large shakes and get charged for larges but handed mediums. First time I figured It was just a slip up but it seems to be a common theme here.. especially since they don t give you a receipt so they think you won t catch it. This time they were right I had already got home before I realized what had happen, jokes on me for talking with my passenger I guess, I should've made sure that I got what I ordered.
