Drive through line was very slow but burger and fries as good as always.

This Rally's is by far the best one in Louisville. The staff is super nice and the food is always super fresh. I hate going to fast food places and winding up the soggy fries, and I feel like that never happens here.

They are slow and forgot my ketchup and my napkins angry 9 year old

Quick service where they get the food right. Never had an issue here but only been here late night so I only know that service at the walk up window. The rallys on bardstown rd near 264 deterred me from ever trying a rallys drive through, at least for a while so I can't comment on that.

I expected a longer wait time so I was caught off guard, the food was hot and fresh everything was perfect

Not sure if they changed MGMT or what but much better than the last 100 times I've been there

Always fast service, hot food, and friendly people working there

Food wasnt super hot and fresh and the cashier was not very nice. She made me feel like I was a burden for ordering food.

Horrible service! Had to turn around because my food was cold! Got there and instead of the so called "manager" addressing the issue I had, (i just wanted fresh food) he; in an aggressive tone suggested I just take my money back! How rude and unprofessional! Asked for his name and I was ignored. I will not be returning to that location at all!

Cheap & greasy food, hastilly prepared late at night. Just as expected. Two hours of heartburn while driving. That was a bonus, lol.

I'm giving this place a two out of five because the employees taking orders in the drive thru are rude and very impatient

Unprofessional staff,order is always wrong,cold food

The cashier handed out ice cream cone out the window and it collapsed in my daughter's hands, the cone was bad. We ordered French fries with our burger but they weren't in our bag. Thank you all so much for a bad experience with Rally'S.

The french fries we're perfect. Hot crispy and soft on the inside with a fabulous seasoning. I also had the sourdough hamburger with bacon. Excellent. It was so thick I had to take off the top piece of bread in order to take a bite. Wonderful service too

Burger was just greasy not a real beef flavor. Fries are good but had been over salted.

We ordered milkshakes, I ordered 2 strawberry s and a chocolate and they mixed up my order I got two instead I called up there to complain and they offered to give me new ones if I went up there. I ordered through door dash.

Usually very quick service (unless you walk up) . Rally's is my favorite fast food burger stop. Very good burgers, and great fries. I have a chocolate cone while waiting, then top off the meal with an apple pie!

Size of the burgers has definitely decreased over time! Still, when I have a hankering, I enjoy a traditional Rallyburger! And their fries are very tasty! Now if you'll pardon me, I need to go run 5 miles to burn this off!

it's open very late which is the most important thing.

The lettuce was brownish and soggy. This was my first and last time eating at Rally's.

Awful service. I love going to rally s but on my last visit was given cold food and when asked to return it I got my food thrown back at me in a new bag without an apology or any words. Definitely not returning

Rally's was good hot and employee s were nice and keeping people driving thru good fast service I would like city of Louisville or who ever ajob it is that part of town so run down dirty looking area looks rough when I was younger that part was really nice took care of whats happened to Louisville is so run down

Pleasantly surprised. This place was busy as they can be. It was 6pm on Sunday, yet the line moved somewhat quickly and the value was great. Meals at $7 to $10 pp.
Great flavor and currently they nailed it with a B1G1 offer on their big Buford. I will be a regular here.

Spicy chicken sandwich was hot and fresh; 2 for $2.

They messed up my order all of it was fresh and delicious but I don't care for tartar sauce so please be more careful with special orders.

The food came out as you would expect but the ladies working were pretty rude. We were the late so maybe it was like fault I'm not sure. We wanted to order a milkshake for our Uber driver as a gift once we got to the window but were told that we would have to get in line again to order anything else.
