Very very rude! I complained about the customer service. Instead addressing the issue... the manager argued with me. Very unprofessional and ignorant!!!

Service is good food is too. In a hurry? Need fast food cheap. This is a good place to go.

The absolute worst employees of your life. Unbelievably awful at their jobs. Friendly-ish though... I guess.

We stop and get a sandwich every chance we can. We like there fish, chicken and hamburgers. All are great items. This time we got 2 fish sandwiches and 2 soft serve ice cream cones. All were just as ordered. The sandwiches were hot and the cones were right & tall. The employees were very polite and courteous. Just wish they had a Rally's in Oldham County KY.

The employees are RATCHET and the website says that they close at 3am but I came at 1am and they said that it's closed. Never coming here again.

Fast friendly service food been hot last few trips as we'll!always has few or more cars in drive thrus seems this location finely gotten it together has decent employees that love they're job & costumers pretty awsome it being 2019 ya just don't see common currtisy Way to go Rally's celebrate your employees!

Strawberry ice cream is totally all that, chocolate please don't ever come back to Rally's.

Old favorite. Can get crowded. Be patient. Worth it.I would give them another star... but this way 4 stars.. they keep working hard for that 5th one.

Food was good but order was wrong. I asked for no sauce on my boneless wings for my son and there was buffalo sauce on it so he wasn't able to eat them. Aside from that the line moved quick and the rest of the order was good.

I come to this rallys often. If you dont have that much money or homeless it's a good restuarant to goto because they give away free big buffords, text burger to 8800 you can spend a dollar and get a free 5 dollar burger. And prices aren't that bad. The staff are friendly.. most of the time but when they're not it's okay because they always get the orders right here I ain't ever had to go back through the line over a mistake.

Most of the Rallys take to long to get orders out to customers. Some Mgr s Don t know how train new people who are trying to do their jobs etc

Rally's is not bad when fresh. Sometimes fries are not very fresh or hot which is a surprise since it fast food but that is my biggest issue. Otherwise not bad.

Great service and delicious food. The employees are really nice too. Chicken sandwiches are always very crisp.

My burger was messy bad customer service and food code

They consistently mess up my order at least 50% of the time. If you charge me 50 cents for chz you better put it on the damn sandwich!

Food is great staff doesn't care one bit! Waited in walk in for 17mins before we were acknowledged.

My burger wasn't the best...the bun was stale and the meat patty was super thin. Fries are always on point at Rally's !

This particular Rally's had us at the window for 15 MINUTES waiting for our food and this was not during any sort of rush. We ordered two of the $3.50 meals with 2 rally burgers each (2 of those with no onions), a strawberry funnel cake ice cream thing, and 2 cokes with our meals.

Here is what we got.
My fiance got : 1 rally burger and a spicy chicken with no lettuce and a coke & fries.

I got: my ice cream (yum!)
2 rally burgers with no cheese (I did not ask for no cheese) and onions still on them (remember I asked for no onions)
Nasty fries and a half full coke.

Oh we also had to remind them to give me my food. They totally forgot.

Will NEVER be returning here again.

Horrible!!! Been waiting in line- STUCK HERE NOW- for over 18 minutes and ONE CAR has went!!! Are you all on lunch right now??! P.S Just love the canned responses from 'management'- need a new social media manager. Still waiting ... 21 minutes. Next in line.

The food is always good but the night employee with the dreads is always rude and disrespectful. Everyone else is fine.

I got the Deep Sea Double and my husband got Chilli and Fries. Everything was good. That DSD is one big fish sandwich. There wasn't much of a wait either.

Food was ok, bun was old on my burger. Sat in parking lot in my car to eat my lunch. Glad i had protection sitting next to me just in case. Be careful

Rally's is a great place to get a fast bite to eat. I love their twist comes. Their burgers are very good.

Cheap burger place. I usually find my meal to be too greasy for my taste.

Nothing different than any other Rally's but the service at this location is never really great and can be pretty slow. In case you have never been to Rally's before the burgers are mediocre but the fries are VERY good. Other than that there isn't really much else to say.

Very tasty and delicious food value meals. Friendly staffs and humble services.

The restaurant was very packed had sit in the Drive-Thru for like 15 minutes at least the food was hot that was really the only plus I will probably find a different restaurant to eat at next time because that drive-through was ridiculous

Employees were fist fighting when I was waiting for my food, which was cold.
