I have experienced in both Lexus dealerships by this owner that every time I bring my car in for service they find about $300 of additional issues that need fixing. I find this very frustrating and stressful. I usually push back and say what is absolutely necessary to have done? It is always less and some of the things can always wait. I think there has to be better approach. I understand that sometimes they discover some issue that is really necessary to fix. I think a more honest assessment should be presented to the customer like here are some things that will bee needing attention soon.
I like the printed descriptions of what was done and what will need to be done. The staff was very courteous and the work was done quickly.
I just wish they would rethink their approach to adding on an issue to a service if it is not really completely necessary.
