We purchased a 2015 RX350 just a few months ago. There were a few things that needed fixing on the interior, so they scheduled for when the leather repair people come in. I had a loaner for about a week, and then they said it was ready. Picked up the car, and from the angle I viewed, the repairs looked fine. Later that day when I got the car out in the sun and really looked around, I realized that they had left greasy foot and hand prints all over the carpets, and scratched part of the interior door paint and footboard. Took it back, and they ordered the parts to repair. Now I have had the loaner again for a week, and they just called that they got the wrong part in and it won't be ready for 3 more days. I was really expecting better service. This is the first Lexus I have owned, and I've always heard how great the whole experience is. So far, not for me. I hope it improves!
