We took our Lexus there for a recall. We did not buy it there but they treated us as if we were the best customer. The service representative, Ed, was fabulous. He made sure we had a loaner and recommended a place to eat when he heard our plans. Excellent recommendation! When Ed learned we came from St. Simons, he worked with the service department to make sure the work could be completed that day so we would not have to make that long ride back the next day.
Everyone we came into contact with there just added to a good experience.
