2 years after a full house hardwood laminate and vinyl tile install and we are going to have to re-do it. Had owner come and look at problems 1 year after with no support or follow up. Nails used instead of screws under the vinyl tile and all the nail heads are all now visible. Laminate sliding loosely and exposing gaps. Tried to add several hundred dollars for baseboard trim over and above the final quoted price when I went in to pay balance.

It's been two years since Chapman's came and installed the floors in our 1200 sqft home. Our floors still look amazing! They installed laminate in the majority of our house, vinyl in the bathrooms, and carpet in the bedrooms. We get compliments on the flooring a lot! Their pricing is totally fair and they did a great job!

We ultimately didn't use Chapman's for our flooring need but ONLY because the laminate that perfectly matched our existing installation was only available from another retailer. Our experience with Chapmans was great though. They helped us go through so many samples, take them home, ask questions, get quotes. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and give them business in the future!

Had Chapman Flooring tear out 3 bedrooms of carpeting and install hickory hardwood flooring. Their price was fair and the installation was excellent. The floors look magnificent and we could not be happier with the result. Sorry we didn't do this years ago.

Chapman s Flooring did a wonderful job on my house. It took them a week to install white oak throughout the house. The guys, who came out, were professional, nice, and did an excellent job. They were on time and so nice to talk with. I would recommend them for all your home plans. Thank you all for such a wonderful job and experience. I love my floors.

There were some hiccups, but overall I had a great experience with Chapman's. They were very patient with my 81 year old mother trying to decide what carpet she wanted, worked hard with me to find the most cost effective engineered hardwood, and fought FOR us when the distributer sent the wrong flooring. Both sets of installers (carpet and hardwood) were great. Hardwood installers were prompt, friendly with a great sense of humor, creative with arranging the flooring for the most dramatic effect, hard-working, exceptionally skilled at installing, AND left the work site spotless before they left. Could not have asked for a better experience, and the floors look AMAZING! Moved all of our furniture in today, and no dents, scrapes or discolorations despite all the "trauma" the hardwood received from moving heavy furniture around.

We purchased juva wood flooring from this company and let one of their installed company's (legacy installation) do the job. They rushed the job as well told other installers the wrong thing to do with the floor . The first day after the install my 5 year dropped something on the floor a chipped and scratched it. We was told by Chapman's as well as legacy that this floor was scratched proof water proof and pet proof. After 2 weeks the floor started to buckle all over the house, we called both places and legacy came an pulled all my base board off the wall and destroyed the walls and base board. They did get the floor to lay down but left my base board and paint destroyed. With every little movement my son makes on the floor it scratches. Not to mention the installer never leveled the floor and it is buckling in several places again. Chapman floor refused to do anything and so did the Installer. No one will return my phone calls to try to resolve this. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to do business here.

Purchased flooring from Chapman s several times......would never go anywhere else. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Awesome installers who do quality work. They have the large selection of flooring. Would recommend to everyone I know. They have installed flooring in my entire home. They also installed lvp on an accent wall that looks amazing. Don't do it! We had a bathroom floor redo. Just lvt vinyl tile and a small patch from water damage....no big deal. Well when I walked in the first thing I noticed was the slant in my floor towards the toilet and a large chunk of drywall missing (we opted to put up our own baseboards because they wanted too much). Called owner and he came to take a look....so I peaked in on him and the subfloor had been replaced with cheap osb and was obviously not flush with existing flooring. He made some comment about liquid nail and that if we had let them do the baseboards we wouldnt have noticed the chunk of wall missing (yeah right). He said he would get someone out to fix it in 2 days. 2 days later no one showed and when I called they were like oh sorry we forgot to call you but it will be almost 2 weeks till we get someone out there. So I waited and repeat...no one showed....I called...sorry something came up...2 months into a small bathroom project I finally had enough and told them I was done. Paid for the materials and wiped my hands clean of that place. Just dont....manager was a complete jerk about the whole thing too. Accused me of trying to get work done for free and everything.
