Shabby installer or product of poor quality? 4 years ago I bought a Totem Fire corner insert and it's the worst investment of my life. No matter the wood used, the power of my draw, as soon as I make a fire is a smoke infection that escapes with a stench. The installer came 4 times to tell me that there is no problem with his installation. The insurance expert tells me that it is me who puts bad wood (I tried all the essences). In short as soon as I recovered financially from this toxic investment I change for a woodchip especially from another brand.
Once again I see that French craftsmanship is below everything.

Purchase to improve everyday life in our home it becomes a horror.

Our visit yesterday for a first preparatory approach to our future construction was very positive. Good reception, good advice ... beautiful products. For your information, we had an Arkiane / Kephren fireplace installed in a previous house. No problem and 10 years of fun ... only 10 years because we sold the house :-). I advise.

Initially I was pleased that they were able to supply new glass for our Kephren stove, but things went wrong when we found that incorrect information and instructions were given, resulting in some of the studs shearing off and meaning that More
