Good food and fun show. Will definitely go there again.

This place was more fun when I was a kid. The show is usually pretty good but the seating is terrible and uncomfortable...I was constantly fighting my legs falling asleep while watching the show... doesn't usually happen. The other thing is the tacky souvenirs they try and peddle like the plastic glass with straw. The food is usually pretty good. If they fixed the seating I would probably give five stars.

Great food wonderful shows. Had the prime rib perfectly prepared. Watched grease loved it and I was not a fan of the movie. We will see it again before it closes.

Went to Kat Perkins Christmas Show and it was awesome!

Excellent time all around! Amazing food! I had the salmon and it was huge and delicious. Watched the play Grease and it was incredible! All the actors were awesome! Easy in and out at the beginning and end of the show! I will definitely be back!

Rock and Roll Xmas Spectacular was spectacular! Fireside Theater is an intimate venue with great acoustics. Not a bad seat in the place.

Not a big fan of the food, but the productions are wonderful

We have been to several performances at Chan dinner theater and have always loved the performances. We would rate the performances 4 stars, but we always feel the food is awful and regret paying a price that includes a meal. Our guests and us have had so many bad food experiences that we eat before we go to a show and still end up paying for the meal. If they would improve the food quality and choices, we would definitely update to 5 star experience.

The Chanhassen's performance of Momma Mia is great entertainment. Donna and Sophia, the two main characters, have great voices. The entire cast's singing and lively dancing along with the good meal and friendly service, made for a memorable evening with our family.

Great show. Great food. Great service. Awesome date night with my husband.

The talent was amazing. Food was good & the service was to notch.

I've been to 4 shows at Chanhassen, all great. The cast is always professional and great to watch. The menu could use an update (reason for missing star) I've had the same thing to eat each time and it's adequate.

Saw Newsies tonight (well, half of it!) and was super impressed. Unprecedented power outage affecting the whole building literally stopped the show. So why the 5 star review? Because the staff couldn t have been more gracious or communicative. And the box office took care of everyone. Even those of us who were guests of a special event there for free. Great food, spectacular show, and stunning service. Even in the face of a dark theater full of confused people. Truly impressive!!!

My mom and I's annual date night. Have been going for 10+ years and we continue to love everything about Chanhassen.

The place and lighting was amazing as well as the great food! But the show was spectacular; all the actors were so perfect and had many different talents/abilities up there sleeves:)

I take my daughter and daughter-in-law and two granddaughters to the chanhassen every year for their birthday. every show has been amazing and they did a beautiful job of mamma Mia I would go back and see it again. absolutely awesome!

What an absolute jewel of a theater! I have seen numerous productions here and have had a wonderful experience each time.

It's a yearly tradition for my family. We come from 3 different states every summer, and they never disappoint.

Shows are usually pretty awesome. Food is usually okay too. But they really need to up date the dinner theatre decor & seating. The chairs are way too cumbersome for the space.

Went to see grease. The show was excellent however the food was awful and the service was awful. The server forgot to put in our order twice and when it did finally arrive it tasted as if it was microwaved and then left under a heat lamp

Was there for a wedding. They set up everything very nicely and it all went smoothly, the people were really nice and helpful. Only complaint I have is there are no child changing tables

What an experience. Our high school orchestra came to Mama Mia for part of our orchestra trip. The food was amazing and very filling. Our server, Matt was great and fun. The show was exceptional with amazing actors and music.

Not all the seats have a great view. Nearer is not always better here. The food is expensive but delicious. The shows are always superb.

Good service, great meal, awesome and engaging show-Newsies. Was a full house. Will definitely be returning in the future.

We when to the comidy one that plays every week. I didn't realize it was in a basement took me by surprise, the setup was low budget. But the show was improv and was awesome and hilarious my chest hurt I was laughing so hard. The piano player was top notch.

By far my favorite place to see a play and have dinner. I have seen many performances here over the 45 years I have been going. I have not ever been disappointed. Mama Mia was no exception. First row is a little close but still not bad, otherwise there isn't a bad seat in the house. If you have never been here, go, it is a great place and worth every penny.

Honestly dreadful food and sometimes good shows. It s a real 50/50 but one thing is for certain, it s extremely overpriced.

It was nice, comedy funny. Chairs uncomfortable, food ok. Service great. It was confusing to get from each area.

This dinner theater is the best. Great food chouces and the shows are always amazing and top quality. We seen mama mia, if you have time it is a must see.

This is a very very good place totally worth the money. We came as a family with two children (5 and 8) to watch Mamma Mia show. The show, the food and the service were great and I'm giving 5 stars to this place. Ticket price includes one of the entrees they have on the menu (choices were limited, but good enough to have a good lunch and they agreed to do some minor customizations). The only thing was our kids were a little bored. We were entertaining them with ice cream during the intermission and they made it through. But I wouldn't recommend bringing small children.

It's been a while since we were last here, but like a good wine, they just get better with age. We had been wanting to see Mama Mia for a while, and finally got to see it today. Fabulous performance. Enjoyed every minute of it.

Mamma Mia was fantastic! Energetic, very good singing and comedic performances. Food was good as usual for a dinner theater and service for dinner was good. Waiter was efficient and personable. They do a wonderful job at the theater here.

I absolutely love going to the Chanhassen Dinner Theater. Tonight I went to hear the Police Tribute band performed by Toast In The Machine. A fantastic must see!
