The customer service at this location is amazing. I bought a chanel woc a few days ago on my last day in London and when I brought it back to the hotel, I noticed that the Chanel logo was slightly to the left. I visited a Chanel store in Paris (a different location 5 minutes away from this one - Chanel Cambon) and the sales associates were very adamant that I was wrong. Their attitudes were very snobbish and I felt pretty demoralized after leaving the shop. I walked to this location since it was nearby and the sales associates were sooo nice. Cecilie (I think this is how you spell her name) was the one who helped me and she agreed that it was off center too. She even pulled out a tape measure to make sure for me. She brought out the store manager and they both helped me exchange it. I could tell it was very difficult for them because of the VAT refunds (I'm from the United States) and because I bought it from London instead of France. Despite the hassle, they kept apologizing to me for my troubles even though they definitely didn't need to. I felt so grateful!! If you ever want to buy a Chanel bag, definitely visit this location instead of the other one!
