Rude worker took my application fee and knew she didnt want to accept me

A fantastic environment to work in! As a newer agent, I've always felt welcomed at this office from day one. They provide a lot resources and my peers and manager has helped me with any questions I may have.

As a newer agent, when I began my search for a brokerage I specifically looked for one that had the support and training I needed to set me up for success. Aside from training I wanted to work for a company who had agents that produced. I did my homework on coaching programs and looked at the San Diego Business Journal rankings for brokerages and found that the Century 21 Award office in Mission Valley had a very high number of sales per agent compared to other brokerages in the area. I had been to a few other brokerages in the past, but nothing compared to the feeling I got when I walked into this office. The office members instantly made me feel like I had known them for years and I received a warm welcome.

Fast forward a few months later and I ve put together a solid team, we have multiple escrows going, homes sold, and have a ton in the pipeline. I always make it a goal to seek out the absolute best in whatever it is I m searching for and I know I have found it in Century 21 Award Mission Valley. Our office manager Dushaun Fairley will do anything and everything he can to help agents succeed. He goes above and beyond and truly exemplifies what a great leader should be. He has helped my team and I with contracts, listings, tough escrows, literally anything we need. We are very grateful to have him

Erlinda Icayan called me to soliciting me for a property I do not own. I have never done business with this company and I am on the national Do Not Call list. Apparently, this person/company thinks they are above the laws of this country.

My name is Jason Bell, and I'm a new Realtor with Century 21 Award San Diego, working out of our Mission Valley office. I've been in Real Estate for 2 months, and I already have a listing, and am working with multiple buyers! When I was interviewing to find the brokerage where I'd hang my license, the most important quality in a brokerage was training and support. I needed to feel like my brokerage would not only set me up for success, but do a little hand holding in the beginning. Century 21 Award has done both. The training they offer is second to none. They paint a very realistic picture of the hard work it takes to become a successful agent, then give you all of the tools necessary to implement their training. From the branch manager, to the mentors, to the countless agents in the office always ready to answer a question or offer up help, I feel like I can't lose. We have the option to work from home, but I love working out of the office. I'm always learning something new just keeping my ears open. These tidbits from other successful agents, as well as the support from management, are what have me in a position to close my first two escrows in my first three months as a Realtor.

Everyday I'm reminded that I made the best decision possible in coming to Century 21 Award!!!

I've worked at Century 21 Award in Mission Valley for 4.5 years. One of the main reasons I stay is the support I receive. I recently went thru the most difficult and emotional escrow of my career and was ready to have a minor breakdown. I'd wake up at night with anxiety attacks as was overwhelmed with how to reign in this out of control transaction. I confided in my manager Dushaun Fairley my struggles and as soon as he saw what I was dealing with, he stepped in and helped me every step of the way until the escrow closed a week later. Every time I heard from the other agent in the party, I asked him how I should respond and he guided me. He attended the final walk thru with me as I agreed to meet the buyers agent and her clients at my listing and he was there to make sure nothing got elevated. Of course with his presence there, it all went smooth and no one got nasty. He told me he would take the unpleasant calls from the buyers agent at any time, relieving me of the stress of knowing I had to take yet another beating from this agent. Of course she never called him and she stopped calling me 5 times a day, but instead reverted back to emails and toned down her nasty attitude all because of her one phone with Dushaun - she saw she couldn't get away with it anymore. Dushaun has my back, and always will and that makes me feel so much relief that if I ever have a situation that is above what I can handle, he is there to help and take away that stress of not knowing what to do.

The 2nd reason I love and stay at this office is the fun, diverse group of agents we have and I always enjoy talking to them when in the office. We bounce ideas off each other, and help each other with advice on our escrows. Our office is always there to help another agent - we share and never worry that someone is going to steal our business. I love the sharing nature of our office and it's really helpful to the newer agents as I remember I needed a lot of guidance, tips and ideas for things that worked to find business.

Constantly calling me about a property I never owned. Have received multiple calls a day over multiple days. Every time I ask to be removed, I'm given a sarcastic response or excuses about how they have no idea who else is calling. Finally just blocked their number.

I've worked with Christian twice now. Both transactions were total disasters. When I sold with him it was a house that I had been renting out for a long time and it had termite issues, title issues, foundation issues, and when we finally found a buyer, the buyer actually almost dropped out after our final round of negotiations. Throughout the entire process Christian and Ivana were both willing to go above and beyond what I expected from a real estate agent, and they were both able to fix a deal that was falling apart at every turn.

Because of my experience with Christian and Ivana I had them help me find a new house for a primary residence. After showing me 60 houses we got an offer accepted and negotiated successfully. This deal almost went smoothly until we were about to close. The seller's agent failed to make some things clear, and the transition was very rocky. Christian worked with the loan officer and the seller to fix the problem creatively. Seeing the seller's agent's defensive retreat from the situation made me realize that Christian was the one fixing the deal. Since the transition was very rocky for us and the seller, Christian insisted on making things right and incurred some costs out of his own pocket (I suspect).

Christian and Ivana are great agents who really show their tenacity when faced with difficult problems. They are upfront and honest when bad things happen, they don't complain, and they always offer solutions. They have a beautiful family and they definitely deserve your business.

We were referred by a brother of an agent here. (Mind you he mentions if you have any issues with her let me know) well within the first week we wondered where she was, what she was doing with her time and why are we not hearing from her or More
