My name is Jason Bell, and I'm a new Realtor with Century 21 Award San Diego, working out of our Mission Valley office. I've been in Real Estate for 2 months, and I already have a listing, and am working with multiple buyers! When I was interviewing to find the brokerage where I'd hang my license, the most important quality in a brokerage was training and support. I needed to feel like my brokerage would not only set me up for success, but do a little hand holding in the beginning. Century 21 Award has done both. The training they offer is second to none. They paint a very realistic picture of the hard work it takes to become a successful agent, then give you all of the tools necessary to implement their training. From the branch manager, to the mentors, to the countless agents in the office always ready to answer a question or offer up help, I feel like I can't lose. We have the option to work from home, but I love working out of the office. I'm always learning something new just keeping my ears open. These tidbits from other successful agents, as well as the support from management, are what have me in a position to close my first two escrows in my first three months as a Realtor.

Everyday I'm reminded that I made the best decision possible in coming to Century 21 Award!!!
