As a newer agent, when I began my search for a brokerage I specifically looked for one that had the support and training I needed to set me up for success. Aside from training I wanted to work for a company who had agents that produced. I did my homework on coaching programs and looked at the San Diego Business Journal rankings for brokerages and found that the Century 21 Award office in Mission Valley had a very high number of sales per agent compared to other brokerages in the area. I had been to a few other brokerages in the past, but nothing compared to the feeling I got when I walked into this office. The office members instantly made me feel like I had known them for years and I received a warm welcome.

Fast forward a few months later and I ve put together a solid team, we have multiple escrows going, homes sold, and have a ton in the pipeline. I always make it a goal to seek out the absolute best in whatever it is I m searching for and I know I have found it in Century 21 Award Mission Valley. Our office manager Dushaun Fairley will do anything and everything he can to help agents succeed. He goes above and beyond and truly exemplifies what a great leader should be.
