It's a scam. They use bait and switch tactics with fake accounts. Even the reviews are fake about this company.
I just called to reach out to a recruiter because the one who I came in and registered with has done nothing for me after a week leaving her office. I was told by the administration coordinator that I would need a name because they each have their own system and she couldn't just type in my name and look to see I'm registered and pass me to another recruiter.
It's frustrating looking for jobs these days because of agencies like this. If I could give no stars to Career Group and their set up I would. What is the point?
I m very happy that I came to this agency and worked with Melissa and her team. After the company I worked for closed, I reached out to her since she helped me out years ago and moments later I was in her office to talk about the next steps. Her and her assistant, Kristina were super helpful and supportive the whole time. After a few weeks I was placed in an awesome firm that I absolutely love.
If I could give this place no stars, I would! This place was an absolute waste of time! I got called in the day of the interview after I applied for a position I was seeking online. The interview was not what I expected at all. During the interview, I was basically critiqued on how my resume looked along with hearing bogus stories of personal work experiences. I then thought to myself, "why am I here?" The girl interviewing me was frustrating me and completely wasting my time because I was basically told the position I applied for wasn't available. You have to be very careful of some of these employment agencies! Many people who work there get paid for every person they bring in regardless of if they have a job openings. I was completely dissatisfied with the person who interview me, and I was even told they would get back to me and they never did. I even followed up and still heard nothing!! It's a real shame that some of these companies are still in business.
