Unfortunately they started well. At present there is not enough technician to solve any situation. They make you call a number that is sonnen and then communicate with them again ... while your belongings can be damaged ... unfortunate not lo recommending. I suggest hiring more technical staff.

I signed a contract with pure energy before black, still in late January I had not been called for the plans. I contacted them and on February 14 they went to install the equipment, and it was for the first time that I saw the plans. In March they submitted the documents to PREPA and were returned due to errors in the design. Since the beginning of April there was no communication on the part of pure energy with PREPA, I contacted them on June 3 and then they submitted the documents. To all this I am paying the invoice of AEE and Sunova, I do not see a commitment on the part of the seller and the developer with the client. As of today I have no net measurement connected, they have not paid the promotion bonus and I not only hear excuses. Even the seller was upset when I claimed the bonus.
To all this my sister has the same system and has no problems with her company.
