Hello!
I am just after the holidays organized by the Oskar office. Croatia which you have proposed turned out to be a great place to relax. Excellent weather, and above all the professional service of the residents (especially Micha ) made me rest well with the whole family. The conditions of the apartment in Bernard's villa were OK. The food at the Bonaca Hotel was similar. I recommend this trip to everyone. All panel tours were interesting and well organized. I liked the trip to Mostar and Medjugorje and of course Dubrovnik. I recommend fishpiknik (it's not worth looking for panel tours on your own - they are not cheaper !!!)
The only drawback was the bus (there was no wifi, footrests by the seats and electricity in the sockets - this was promised in the contract).
Generally a successful trip and it is worth using the services of this office !!!

I have traveled with OSKAR six times in the last few years. Apart from the hardships of traveling by bus, I did not encounter any unpleasant adventures and all trips fully met my expectations. For relatively little money I had the opportunity to visit many wonderful places in the Balkans and taste the warm sea. During my trips I met many familiar faces, which confirms the opinion that OSKAR has a large group of supporters regularly using its services. I also encourage you to travel with this office, especially young people who have modest funds and want to go on an interesting vacation. In 2014 I plan another trip with OSKAR and I hope I will not be disappointed.

We were with my wife in this office in Makarska and in Lloret de Mar. Buses great. New, quiet and comfortable with tablets in the headrests, thanks to which the journey passes faster. The accommodation in Croatia was clean, with an annex, a large terrace and a bathroom. In Spain, the hotel is a bit old but clean, the food good and a large selection. As for me, I'm not going to spend the summer sitting in the hotel just to visit. The price of trips is relatively low compared to other travel agencies, so something must be cheaper / worse. I never complained. It was always ok for the price and I recommend it.

Warning! Departure to Albania from Pozna on May 30, 2018 by plane. First, they changed the departure gate from 11 to 23:55! Explaining that it is not their fault, the service was not very nice.
The same person said that the hydrofoil would be delivered immediately after our arrival, especially for us, around 3 am in corfu.which was a lie because the hydrofoil was around 7 o'clock. Camping and waiting at the airport until then! Lie chases lie. When the trip was bought, the lady assured us that the departure times are not confirmed, but it will not be at night, it is certain, but as you can see in this office, nothing is for sure. Their first vacation organized by plane was a huge misfire. Think a hundred times the time you fly with them. One whole day lost and the whole night of travel is a joke.

I took part in two road-trips organized by the Office of Oskar. In 2017, I participated in a trip of 3 capitals (Budapest, Bratislava, Vienna), which I rate at 10. Encouraged by a successful trip, I decided to take advantage of the Oscar offer in 2019 during Montenegro Trip + relax in Croatia. I did not expect that level of service can vary so dramatically. The first inaccuracies started before departure - a change of departure time. Instead of traveling at night, the trip began for us around 11 am. Another disappointment turned out to be Dobra Voda, where the "hotel" in Montenegro was located. The plan of the trip was clear that we would spend the night in Budva. The village is 50 km apart. Dobra Voda is a huge town with a MALUTKA public beach, completely unprepared for the inflow of such a number of tourists. Ok. At 20:30, there was a shortage of electricity every day. The pilot informed us that the "hotel" called unfairly against Villa is the object tested by the office. Our stay had to decide whether take with that object cooperation. The guide and the driver lived in another hotel with much higher standard. The standard of the hotel left something to be desired. Bathroom without shower curtains, low water pressure (gaps in the supply of water on the top floors), service not cleaned the rooms not reported or clean towels or toilet paper. In each of the rooms was a kitchenette with fridge (my almost ICED food products). After talking with other tourists, it turned out that everyone in the room has 3-4 beds (although it was a single or double room). Food was served, cooked in the facility. For 3 days spent in that building, I ate the same soup in which leftovers from the previous day appeared every day. The meals were almost inedible. I spent the second part of my vacation in Croatia (in Baska Voda) and thank God that I didn't have to spend the next days in Montenegro. The day of the trip from Montenegro to Croatia was the worst day, by the way we "visited" Dubrovnik. The trip to Dubrovnik about 150 km lasted 7 hours !!! We have grown a few hours at the border, then the traffic jam in the Dubrovnik 1.5 hours. We flew through the city an express, shown around us in an hour, all on the run. We had 50 minutes of free time. Not enough to eat anything for a leisurely, or have a coffee. I had the impression that the trips were carried out, just to rattle off them. The whole day spent on the bus, practically wasted. I feel sorry for people who returned from Dubrovnik to Montenegro for the rest of the rest (probably another 7 hours on the bus). We passed from there to the town of Baska Voda on the rest of the holiday. We were accommodated in bungalows, close to the promenade and the beach. Place a visit, numerous restaurants, pubs and entertainment, what was missing in Montenegro. I have no objections to the Croatian part. The food is served buffet every other dishes, large selection of drinks (including wine and beer). Rooms clean, cleaned by the service every morning. I disappointed in the service of this office, and I do not know if it ever use again. I find it incompetence of the office to be confused about the standards of a hotel in Montenegro and to treat us as guinea pigs. Trip was badly planned, when it comes to flipping tourists between Montenegro and Croatia.

A youth camp in Bulgaria for children from the age of 13-17 is not intended for non-smokers who want to visit interesting places on optional excursions. The guardians knew nothing about the optional excursions (they did not know whether they pretended to be surprised about the trip to eg Istanbul or Varna). This is a camp for sloths who spend the day with their guardians lying by the pool sleeping their night scouts. In the evenings and nights young people are interested only and only visits to clubs (sic !!!) of course with the guardian, and after returning from the club partying until 5 in the morning in hotel rooms with cigarettes, alcohol (sic !!!) and marijuana (sic !!!). If you have a child who does not recognize the silence of the night from 22 loves parties without a cuddle he likes to find waking up in the morning condoms in the room on the bed or under the beds of friends from the room and in addition no one is tired of visiting anything, and at most know the 1 and the same street in Golden Sands and for 2-3 weeks 2-3 times you

Just on Saturday, my husband and I returned from a round trip - 3 capitals (17.09-21.09). We were delighted with the trip as well as the service of this trip. Let's start with the drivers, because someone had to drive us there :). Mr. Muchomor and Mr. Tomek - twin fantastic drivers and few people. Possessed, cultured, kind and helpful. And now a few words about our guides: Mr. Tomaszek a wonderful man, fantastic tutor and guide with great knowledge. Bows also to the ladies of Lida and Joanna, for telling us everything so wonderfully.
We will definitely use Bishop Oskar because we are already thinking about the next trip :) Agnieszka and Robert

The Ultrapremium coach was mega or ultra-reliable. I went with Oskar to Vilnius, Tallinn and Riga. The trip is nice and not so physically demanding. A bit of walking, but driving a lot, that's why the comfort of the bus was so important. Real drivers. The pilot is cool too. There was time to eat local dishes, fine shopping and a beer in the evenings with new friends at the hotel. It pays to buy dinner at this event, because first of all tasty And secondly hearty.

3. Unfortunately, the quality of the bus itself is puzzling on the way back. After entering the hole as if he was about to fall apart. Opinion of several people ... Something with the suspension was wrong.
4. Drivers. Please note how some are going. I had the impression that we were soon knocked down the corners. Some of them zapier .... and they drive very sharply, which causes additional stress and you can forget about sleep. Driving safety is the most important, that's why it's just a bit slower in the corners.
Everything was great but the ride itself is stress for many people. May nothing ever happen.

I am not annoying and do not cling to that "toilet paper is too soft" but there will always be this "something". In my trip to Makarska I have to agree with a previous speaker that the bus is cold, you can really freeze without warm additions. Plus such that the legs do not swell from the cold and the icicle on the nose is a trifle. The second drawback is the extremely long breaks I did not count but on the way to Croatia 4 hours at ease
Makarska is beautiful, but all the time uphill steep climbs after 3 courses you can breathe.

Thieves who earn their clients' ignorance, charge the village pilot for the museum and later it turns out that we had free entry due to age. Asking the office to donate money and it is a large amount of people working on the hotline started yelling at me and say I do not have the right to the money based on the signed agreement in which it was written about the lack of settlement of the remaining amount but we have an agreement signed forgot to return so we did not agree the lack of settlement. After asking what happened to the money I heard the hundredth time at the entrance. The case is referred to court for fraud and is one of 4 trips us who are in a similar situation. The pilots who were with us had somewhere as we talk to them, the theft happened, we forced them to go to the police and then they had to go with the robbed person to the embassy, which they did not and the lady who robbed in Poland had problems. Ps if you want to illegally transport even a foreign child underage then this company is recommended because it does not check notarial authorizations

My touring trip to Makarska (Croatia) has just ended. Overall, I am quite satisfied. What I liked about it: the process of ordering the leaks went very smoothly, I recovered the overpaid money in a short time, the program of the trip as well as optional trips, the resident on site very familiar with the subject, the pilot, but only the one with whom we returned through the Plitvice Lakes was great! I did not like accommodation in a room in the basement, without air conditioning and towels, as well as no view of the world, on one side a window to the corridor of the house in which we were stationed, on the other, a half-built house. The location of the apartment was also very troublesome, because you still had to climb the hill. with shopping and after a whole day of traveling, I sometimes ran out of breath, I don't know how the elderly coped. The bus was not comfortable too, little space for legs, I was returning with swollen feet and I was recovering for two days. The comfort package I bought on my way to Croatia did not work, we had places other than paid and the pilot did not care much about it. There was also no prior information from his side about Croatia, maybe he was not on the bus for this purpose. The journey to Makarska from Wroc aw lasted 22 hours, I think that the bus stops are too long, but on the other hand it was nice that we often had a toilet break or to eat something. I know that some of the guests traveled over 30 hours. I have a feeling that the office takes guests' comments to heart and tries to change something. maybe he will decide to leave with Oscar one day. best regards

Hello, I attended a tourist event organized by the OSCAR Tourism Center in Greece in Parali on 01- 12/06/2018.
Accommodation at the AEGON Villa in a room that does not meet the requirements of a 3-person flat (studio). Small room 03 on the ground floor with balcony doors opening onto the terrace with no possibility of repeal but only opening. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom left a lot to be desired, the bathroom lacked good water runoff. There was no kettle to boil water.
Perhaps others were more lucky about the conditions of accommodation in this object, but the conditions for participation and payments were the same for everyone.

Albania by bus NOTE! Holidays booked and paid in December 2017.9 nights at Diamond Hill ****. Planned departure from Pozna on July 16, return on July 29, 18. A week before departure, we learned that the trip is canceled due to the lack of an appropriate number of people (according to the Participation Conditions, at least 30). It seems unlikely because our group consists of 13 people. I do not believe that another 17 people would not have gathered, especially since several other people have already appeared in the network, who also canceled their trip to Albania. In the first version, we were offered an optional change to the same hotel, but by plane, but for 7 nights and NOTE: with an additional fee on our part of PLN 200 / person or Villa Nova in Croatia with a refund of PLN 92 / person (no swimming pool, no meals). The proposed options are much worse and on worse terms than the original event. Cancellation of the trip, of course, in accordance with the terms of the contract, but the request for additional payments or proposing worse conditions is inconsistent with the Conditions of participation. In this case, when the event is canceled due to the fault of the organizer, he must propose an offer of the same or a higher standard. In the second proposal, we were presented with an offer: Bulgaria for 9 nights with the All-inclusive option, but again with an additional fee of PLN 200 / person. We did not agree to any subsidies, because why? The situation is dynamic. we'll see how it ends. If they do not offer us anything appropriate - we will pursue our rights in other ways and we will ensure appropriate PR in the media. Think seriously when ordering a vacation from their offer, so as not to wake up with a "hand in the ...". Double-check that the event is 100% confirmed. We wanted to have a guarantee of a successful holiday, so we ordered and paid in December, and here 7 days before departure, such a zonk !!!. I do not recommend. I warn you. The office is selling a 7-month promotion. Now they counted that they can earn more, because the trips sell at a higher price, because the EUR rate is higher, because the fuel is more expensive, so they canceled the event, and the customer should worry, either take what they offer with an additional fee, or forget about vacation. OSKAR - thank you very much.

After a few e-mails, a few "lovely" phone calls - we managed to reach an agreement and the office offered us a solution without additional payments. Unfortunately, we will not go to the long-awaited Albania. A week before the holiday, the choice was very limited and in order not to stay on the ice, we decided to take a different direction. But why all the nerves and stress before vacation.
After returning from vacation - I will verify the assessment. Perhaps Oskar will rehabilitate himself and get another star. Time will tell.
Unfortunately, I will not add a star. Oskar impressed us with nothing. The resident did what he could on the spot, but it didn't do much. Optional trips-failure. Trips organized by a third party. Trip to Istanbul - organizational tragedy. We were traveling with the children. Departure around 11pm. However, neither Oskar nor the tour leader made sure that underage children were sitting next to their parents. Due to the lack of places, the children sat with strangers, because there was nowhere to sit. There are only a few places left. Later, on the Bulgarian-Turkish border, running all over the bus with passports. The pilot said that she did not care because there were no numbered seats and it was not her problem. After crossing the border, the bus pulled into the parking lot. The driver turned off the coach's engine and air conditioning and went to sleep in the luggage compartment. Pilot was also sleeping. In the middle of the bus, the temperature reached 30 degrees Celsius, it was impossible to breathe. After two hours, the driver left the luggage compartment and continued the journey in the bus, stuffed like herring, with no legroom. Tragedy. Fortunately, in Istanbul we got a Turkish guide and a Turkish bus. Unfortunately, the way back to Bulgari again in tragic conditions. I absolutely do not recommend it. Over 60 euros per person is not a small amount of money for such a trip and you should check with which partner you are working with.
As a regular customer of Oskar - it was my last trip.

We were on a weekend trip of Lviv. This is our first trip with BP Oskar. I highly recommend, the coach is very comfortable, the professional drivers, the toilet stops every 3 hours. no problem. Pilot Mrs. Kinga and guide Mrs. Ola super! Lviv beautiful, we had time for ourselves 3 hours. Shopping and dinner. On the way back we stayed all night at the border crossing, thankfully Lux coach with very comfortable, fold-out armchairs, so we slept. We are very pleased and are already planning the next trip with BP Oskar! We can recommend it with a clear conscience !!

I spent my picnic with the Oskar office in Montenegro. Unfortunately, apart from a beautiful place and wonderful views - I can not say much about the office itself. Contact with the office is almost nil and even if you answered the phone from us was unpleasant and responded casually. Organization poor, staff uninformed, not referring to any questions, not very helpful. Rooms very average, but I did not expect miracles for the price. However, what shocked me the most is the quality of meals. I have not met such a tasteless kitchen yet. On one day, the chicken was served in various forms on subsequent days. The same with breakfast - uneaten ham in the last days was until brown. For the money paid extra for the food offered by the office, you could eat a lot better at nearby restaurants (it's a pity that I did not know it before). Return to Poland was also not pleasant. As already mentioned in many earlier reviews, the air-conditioning in buses is not working properly. In addition, three changes during the return and a very long return trip (much longer than the road to Montenegro), I also assess negatively. As you can see, it's great to organize trips, but besides, it would be good for the office to look at the details too! I would rather not go anywhere with this organizer, but to all those who plan to do it well, think about it or find out all the details before making a decision.

I do not recommend sending kids to youth camps, son 18 years old could not drink beer on the beach, or a drink at the club. Constant phone calls from the educators about all the stupid things, e.g. too loud in the room. Staff completely incompetent, they drank alcohol themselves. Bulgaria 2017

But nothing like this because the check-in took place in a great hotel with a beautiful beach and a swimming pool in the city center, and it turned out to be a greater benefit for us Rezydentka super - Julia There were two but Julia (only a beautiful blonde a wonderful sense of humor, a born optimist liked by all, a resident of Greece). I often remember her a lot. Because it is the case that the face of the travel agency is not the owner, the bus driver but just the resident. Coach disappointed me a bit, we are with my husband high people and we were tight ... places 1,2 top Autumn average .... but somehow we survived
Now I would like to Montenegro, but it is only October. ..

Trip to Hallstat + Salzburg in August 2020. This was my first trip with this travel agency and certainly not the last. I am pleasantly surprised by the good organization of this office, everything on time, there were 3 drivers who changed during the route and during the return trip, the buses were waiting to take us to the destination cities. Mrs. Ola (the tour leader) also said when the breaks would be and how long they would last. The local pilot was also very involved and passed on knowledge in a very interesting way. The whole trip program was super organized. The only downside is maybe not enough free time in Hallstat, maybe it would be worth starting the tour of the mine a bit earlier.

I highly recommend this travel agency and will definitely use their services again.

Montenegrin-Ulcinj 08.09-19.09.2019 Hotel Mala Pla a.I wanted a room with a sea view, that's what I feed my senses The room was ok, with all the media .. On the other hand, the view was scarce. I gave up unpacking some things, other views made up for the loss. This is just one such incident. Eating ok, hearty breakfast buffet, dinners were served by a nice waiter. Hotel close to the beach, a wonderful town, you can go on all kinds of trips, whether by boat or on foot. In the evening the city is teeming even more. There are plenty of cafes outside, lots of people. I liked it very much. The hotel boss nice, warm. The buses were really on high level, frequent breaks. I recommend Oscar and Ulcinj in Montenegro despite the lack of a room with a good sea view.

No balcony, numerous crashes in the bathroom, moldy walls. The office admits that we are right about the complaint, but instead of financial compensation it offers ... vouchers to be used for subsequent trips. After information that we are not interested in vouchers, there is no contact from the office. Not nice.

Transfer by a comfortable coach with a large space between the seats.
Visiting with a remote control about 4h with tourguide, you can listen and take pictures at the same time.
Free time at fairs around 5h.

There are not many trips at this time of year. It rained three days, I broke my umbrella, but it was worth it. I heartily recommend.
Cruises, charming towns of Portofino Milan Monte Carlo Bergamo would not be so attractive if it wasn't for Agnieszka's professionalism and want to share knowledge, experience and joy with others. I am not hungry because I have a lot to choose from and I feel that I decide I am having a great time, I feel safe because I do not code the content so much to listen to.
Nobody is waiting for the guide, everyone is humorous even in the rain waiting for us. There is no loss - a detour with a comment / I was in Verona I thought it was a replay and surprise another route I did not know the city from this Roman side

I was at the youth camp with Oscar in Golden Sands, Bulgaria at the Helios Hotel. One could write for a long time but in short it was very poor. Lack of organization of the staff, adapting the day to the needs of campers but guardians, a beaker for suggestions for change and the struggle for the camp to be swallowed. Despite the fact that my friends and I were polite throughout the entire camp, we were treated as if they did something wrong. Absurdities such as meetings every 30 minutes or forcing you to leave the hotel because "night is made of sleep". In my opinion, PLN 2690 was wasted and 2 weeks of holidays. I do not know what it looks like with the competition (as far as I know, many of them are much better) but I think Bulgaria is a place where you shouldn't have any carers. You come here on your own and if you are responsible, you will surely be satisfied. I will not recommend an Oscar to anyone and even advise against it. It is sad that by spending 1000 zlotys I will have a million times better fun at the Polish lake than in the legendary Golden Sands.

Today I come back from the trip Dutch Tastes and French style. This is my second trip from the Oskar travel agency. The first Italian one was delighted. Unfortunately, the opposite impression is now. We were very disappointed in the guide / pilot. He did not give us any important information, we had to find out everything. Guided around the cities also did not have full knowledge had to use the Internet to house certain issues. As for the bus, the office boasts comfortable coaches. Ours was tragic. Tight and dirty. As for the temperature, it was not possible to set the right one. The coach was very hot or very cold. The problem was with everything - from the chassis with making coffee and tea.
The biggest annoyance is that we were in beautiful cities, but we did not learn much about them. Total lack of knowledge, organization and commitment. This was the last time with this office.

And in addition, according to the contract, I should be at home at 15, and the office organized a trip around Poland and I was already in Wroclaw, Rawicz, Wrze nia, Konin, Pozna , Leszno and then we go further ....... who knows when we will be at home. I do not recommend!!!!!! I was very disappointed.

DURING THE TRIP, THERE WAS A ROUTE CHANGE IN POLAND, WHICH WERE RETURNED OVER 34 HOURS !!! NO ONE INFORMED US ABOUT THIS. WE HAVE PURCHASED A PACKAGE WITH SPECIFIC PLACES AND DRINKS. It turned out that there were other people seated in our places and, despite the reaction, no one did anything about it. IT CAME OUT THAT WE SPENT MONEY WITHOUT A SENSE. IN THE OFFER OF THE HOTEL IT WAS WRITTEN THAT WIFI IS AVAILABLE AND THERE WAS NO IT AT ALL AND AT THE END THEY TREMNLY TRYING US THAT IT IS THE FAULT OF OUR PHONES !!! WHERE NO WIFI WAS WORKING. THE RETURN IS A FEW HOUR DELAY OF THE BUS AND WAITING WITHOUT PROVISION OF FOOD OR DRINK. EVERYTHING IN ITS OWN. OF COURSE THERE IS NO INFORMATION. IT WAS ON THE WAY TO CHANGE THE COACH WITH THE TIME OF THE DRIVER, BUT THE GUIDE WHO WAS TO NAVIGATE THE DRIVER DIDN'T LEAVE OUR SENSITIVE REACTION, I DON'T KNOW WHEN WE WILL RETURN HOME. AFTER ALL THESE INFORMATION WAS WRITTEN, THE OSKAR OFFICE REPLYED SO THAT I NO LONGER HAVE ANY DOUBTS, THAT IT WAS OUR FIRST AND LAST CONTACT AND A TRIP. I was with Oskar on a round trip in Croatia Pearls of the Adriatic on 24.08.2019-01.09.2019.
PROS:
- nice trip program, beautiful views, beach not far away
- people participating in the trip - a great team
- Fish Picnic optional trip - great atmosphere, delicious grilled mackerel, donuts, cakes, wine, coffee, unique lavender ice cream on the island
- pilot Mr. W odek, a lot of knowledge, which he willingly shared, very nice. Local guides very nice, especially Mrs. Karolina in Dubrovnik - a revelation.
- organized a small tasting, where you could try local products and go shopping, if you wanted
MINUSES:
- accommodation - the standard of the villa varied for different people, left much to be desired, and everyone paid the same. Some had kitchens, coffee, cookies, cutlery. I just barely work the fridge.
- a double room with one bed, very little space in the room
- dirty room, a layer of dust in the wardrobe, the white blouse was immediately black, hanging cobweb, sticky and dirty floor
- bathroom with bugs inside, no light, no change of toilet paper (good that I had my own)
- during the entire stay no one cleaned the rooms, did not exchange towels or bedding for clean
- shock was the lack of air conditioning, it was impossible to sleep at night, it was terribly hot!
- no rubbish bin in the room
- Wi-fi not working on site, you have to take care of the password yourself, and it still doesn't work
- monotonous buffet breakfast (cheese, sausage, frankfurters, cereals, tomatoes, cucumbers, the same salad and cereal). Leftovers from the previous day appeared from dinner. What did not go down one day was served the next day. Breakfasts at 7 - everyone stood in queues because there were a lot of people.
- too much free time in Dubrovnik 3.5 hours, and in Mostar only 35 minutes where there is no time for shopping, ice cream, coffee. Everything on the run.
Regarding the organization of the trip - we went to Gorzyczki at the transfer point at 17. We left last at 18.30 and as the only trip out of 6 - without a pilot. General information about the stops was provided by the driver Mr. Arek. Pilots were in other coaches from the very beginning of the trip and it should be like that. On Gorzyczki, Mr. Jerzy K. did problems with packing suitcases, not for the first time, because I traveled with this gentleman. Mr. Pilot W odek got on the bus at 3 am the next day. The bus has no wi-fi in Poland, outlets are broken, they do not work.
Both one way and return were without a pilot - a failure. No information when we get to our destinations. I had to walk and ask other pilots and drivers encountered at stops. It is also inconsistent with the terms of the contract for a tourist like me to read and hand out documents after the border check!
The organization of the return was tragic. All buses were on Gorzyczki at 6 o'clock. The one I was supposed to change to A28 arrived with over an hour delay (from Makarska, just like me). Pilotka Joanna K. - tragedy, zero competence. She did not answer the phone from other pilots, no contact. She was wrong in the places where anyone would sit, counted people several times or everybody. The coaches went. We are still standing. Defeat. We leave exactly 7.52. Contacts and air conditioning of course don't work either. You give zero information about which we are to be in given cities, you have to ask about everything. After Poland, she took breaks every hour for 30 and 20 minutes - what for? Without thinking. She didn't care that someone had a long way to go home.
It was my next trip with Oskar. Personally, I was disappointed in the services of this office.

I immediately warn Ukrainians who want to use the services of this agency to be ready for a boorish attitude by the guide, absolute irresponsibility and insults, you can be called shit from China, offer to get to your place of residence on your own, in case you are lost in a strange city countries, and as a result, passengers from the Polish side still allow themselves to hit you in the face because you refused to apologize to them, for allegedly being late for the bus and no one wanted to take into account from the fact that 4 people were lost and were absent in the group for more than 2 hours. And now the details: the trip started perfectly, everything was on schedule, a comfortable bus, but in Berlin everything changed dramatically. Mrs. tour guide, in my opinion her name was Victoria, who was on the A44 bus, with a transfer in Poznan, during the excursion does not expect anyone from the group, she doesn t stay anywhere, the tour is very panoramic, you won t have much opportunity to stop and take a photo, so we lagged behind the group. In shock, we began to call the hotline to explain that we were lost. The hotline employee responded quickly. Thanks for the help, but he had to call again, because in 20 minutes the situation has not changed and we all went the same way, trying to find a group. The hotline employee was surprised that our guide never called us back; he had already given her our names and phone number for a long time, after 10 minutes she deigned to call us back and we agreed to meet at a specific place, but since we do not know this city, then there was a misunderstanding. As a result, Pani said that we were from China, she should not wait for us and suggested we get on our own to the next point (take a taxi, subway). For about 40 minutes we tried to search for a bus, since the lady couldn t accurately describe the location of the bus, confused where left and right, and spoke on the phone that if we weren t there after 3 minutes, they would leave and leave us. We have never received such shock and stress in our lives. I had many trips to different countries, but such an attitude was not anywhere else. When we still found the bus, one of the passengers in the Polish group demanded that we apologize for being late, I said that we were not late, but were lost, she - that you are shit from Ukraine, why did you come here, and we have to shut up, the verbal began skirmish, which continued to fight at the same stop, for the refusal to apologize, she first hit me in the face. Pani, the guide refused to give the last name and first name of the passenger who started the conflict. I am from Ukraine and am legally in this country, having paid the same money as the Poles, I received stress, insults and beating, and not positive emotions from Berlin. Special thanks to the driver of the A44 bus for sympathy and humanity. Definitely not recommend.

Montenegro 2014..the worst vacation ever. Oskar mocks its customers. We paid for a trip at the beachfront hotel with a sea view, and on the spot it turned out that there were no places and they threw us into some dive next door without food ... noting that we should be happy because we could sleep on the street. Of course, the case ended in our favor. Avoid this office from afar !!!
