Single because of the lack of help in obtaining compensation for bad conditions in the hotel. Diamond Hills Hotel in Albania - incompatible with the description of the trip. No balcony, numerous crashes in the bathroom, moldy walls. The office admits that we are right about the complaint, but instead of financial compensation it offers ... vouchers to be used for subsequent trips. After information that we are not interested in vouchers, there is no contact from the office. Not nice.
