Hello. I had the pleasure to participate in the PEARLS OF ADIATIC tour (June 30, 2018 - July 8, 2018). Organization by BP Oskar at a professional level, but up to a point. Dalmatia - a wonderful region of Croatia, clear and warm sea, enviable cleanliness, prices available, tours with unique views. The meals, both in terms of quantity and quality, allow to satisfy the culinary requirements of even the most demanding gourmet. The drawback was probably the lack of towels, TV (the world championship passed by), air conditioning paid 5 euros per night despite the same paid trip costs. Many thanks to Mrs. Aleksandra, for professionalism in taking care of her during trips and sightseeing. Many thanks to Mr. Pawe and Mr. Wiktor - drivers. Their mastery of the steering wheel allowed us to focus only on sightseeing without the slightest fear of driving on technically difficult routes. Moreover, special thanks to Mr. Wiktor who, through his behavior, testified that Oskar cares primarily about tourists and the implementation of the planned trip plan. Ms. Aleksandra, Mr. Pawe and Mr. Wiktor stand for artistry, reliability and respect - these are BP Oskar ambassadors. As I wrote before, professionalism characterized the organization of our trip, but up to a certain point. That moment was my return to Poland. The purchase of the PRESTIGE package guaranteeing the choice of a seat on the bus (contract - additional services, point 2) was carried out on the way to and around Croatia, but not on the way back. There was probably a valid reason for the above change. I turned with this question (without anger and only out of curiosity) to the representative of BP Oskar, Mrs. Agnieszka, expecting a calm and matter-of-fact answer. The way in which I received the answer (among the stream of other words, among others - which I am complaining about, I will return to Pozna ) was personally a surprise for me, not to say a shock. Arrogance, disregard, shoe - these words can describe the form of conversation by possibly representing management or the board of the travel agency (since she was authorized to answer) Mrs. Agnieszka. If I had to evaluate the PEARLS OF ADIATIC tour until the meeting with the above-mentioned person and this unpleasant conversation, I would give 5 without the slightest hesitation.
