I find the concept super, I like going there as there are new exhibitions.
I am not an enthusiast or an art lover so sometimes I am a little disappointed by the works on display such as monochrome, pebbles or weird things ...
On the other hand I was conquered not an old exhibition in the room where one had to withdraw his shoes where they later added poufs, great!

The shop has many curiosities, interesting things but unfortunately too expensive.

I have never had the opportunity to test their restaurant or their coffee.

The welcome is pleasant, the building surprising and the exhibitions found there are superbly conducted! To discover !

Located in the heart of Europe and 1h20 from Paris, the Pompidou-Metz Center is the first major decentralization of a public establishment with a cultural vocation. It is the same for the annex of the Louvre in Lens. Designed by architects Shigeru Ban, Jean de Gastines and Philip Gumuchdjian, the art center promotes contemporary creation in all its forms. Drawing from the famous reserves of the Pompidou Center but also from collections around the world, private or public, it presents temporary exhibitions as well as a rich multidisciplinary cultural program. It is undeniable that the architecture of the building undoubtedly allows you to immerse yourself directly in a general feeling where art will find a place of choice.
After several exhibitions, I still enjoy discovering this magnificent place as much.
Little more ... the easy access parking, reasonable, allows to come with family.

No one at the reception desk very unfriendly and welcoming (not the first time) !!!!!!

The Japan-ness expo is incredible. The museum with the best combination of audacity and accessibility that I have seen. Magnificent !

Magic and magnificent center! The exhibitions are splendid and above all free for children under 18. Access to culture is more than easy.

Beautiful structure housing the museum of modern art, diversity of themes.

Beautiful shame exhibits that gave us the impression that we should not be there as a group of 4 young people. One mediator even patronized us patronizingly for no apparent reason. Too bad.

Interesting exhibitions in modern groundbreaking architecture at historically important place. Thanks to the CPM, a completely new attractive modern district with many architectural highlights has been created on the other side of the railway line for the past 10 years!

The location is beautiful and the team is very long

From the architecture of the building to the setting up of the different exhibitions, everything is beautiful and turned to art. Nice place really.

Fan of modern art you have your paradise ... very beautiful exhibitions and welcoming and modern place. To discover so much for its architecture as for its expos.

A magical place even if all the works on display do not exert on me the same evocative force! And in addition there is a fox coffee until October 13th.

During the Japanese season, very good exhibitions, the mediators are motivated to explain the works of the artists and the vision they want to share about their art or the subject. Small flat: some works were under renovations including 2 which looked really interesting. But you may be more likely than me .

For a museum of modern art it didn't have many notable specimens ....

The modern art exhibits isn't that great though it's a nice place

A modern museum with temporary exhibitions to make unforgettable discoveries

From the outside the museum looks phenomenal but from the inside ... I'm not that big an art fan. Ticket prices are affordable 14 for two adults and one child.

I come regularly since opening on Metz exhibitions do not vary enough I think and some lasts much too long however I love the Center Pompidou, it is very accessible. I do not put the 5th star because during my last visit I had to do to a security officer not very courteous who demanded that I go around without taking into account what I said to him (I did not dare to walk on the gravel a sign forbade it) we had obviously not understood I preferred to leave the showroom ... shame.

Exhibition on colors much more beautiful than that on couples in particular in the installation

A very beautiful architecture left a lot of light with often very interesting exhibitions. The Pompidou Center in Metz, 1h20 from Paris is worth a detour.

From outside and inside interesting building and very modern art.

The museum is beautifully designed. In Aug. 2018 I saw the exhibition 'Couples Modernes', about artists' duos in the first half of the 20th century. Well taken care of. Sometimes a little meager, for example at the duo Frida Kahlo - Diego Rivera, of which only one work could be seen.

A little scrambled the expos..not explanation when returning. Home impersonal trzs. We do not even propose a plan or an explanatory guide!

Beautiful place, magnificent exhibitions, I have a passage since the opening.

Atypical place by the singularity of its architecture, I know who love and others less. Personally I like the curves of the building and the views of transverse rooms. The backstage tour and explanations of the architectural choices were interesting. The exhibitions I had the opportunity to see pleased me in the whole and I'm already watching the following.

Here is the center for all forms of contemporary art. A 'dependance' of the Parisian original. Built in 2010.

Lots of interesting things to see. From Rodin through silent films to opera and high-end graphics. Recommendation! Ich kann nur weiter empfehlen!

It's a great place even if the guards are a little cold and there was not any open there are free offers and everything is cool!

One reason to visit Metz alone. Graceful architecture, which is similar to the Louvre AbouDabi, in a refined appearance. No waiting. A presentation of contemporary and fluid works. Very pleasant

Incredibly beautiful building and beautiful exhibitions (especially Rebecca Horn). Cafe was pricey, but nice coffee.

Beautiful wood structure the building itself is worth a visit
Beautiful art exhibitions, some surprising sometimes disturbing as it should be.
Big flat on cafe restaurant terrace garden side. A wait of 3 good fifteen minutes that made us run away without even consume. Irritating and disappointing!
