A BACKGROUND OF SCAM! In the tariffs, even in the GSC, the contribution depends only on the turnover. I'm just planning the number of codes. By receiving them, I understand that increasing this number is not so trivial. And there I learn I will have to pay 50% more for this number chosen too just at the beginning. Every year. Until I arrive at a need higher than 1000 codes, maybe in 2 or 3 years, where it will be 100% more expensive. The counselor was careful not to mention it before my accession. And the Customer Service Coordinator, Martine Warnier, did not want to know anything, whereas I had done nothing but pay, no code being used. "Because of equity compared to other customers". I conclude that I am not the only one discovering the system right after accession. It may not be a coincidence that these costs of switching from one quantity to another are not displayed anywhere. Surprising, no? While they are important (+ 50% minimum) and they concern sooner or later all customers. MAKE THIS NUMBER OF CODES VERY WIDE AND DO NOT LIKE ME TO NOT BLOCK IT OUT UNUSED ON THE BASIS OF NON-COMMUNICATED INFORMATION.

Reviewed modified GS1 customer service suite, the file was finally taken care of and the customer service kindly apologized. Everything is back in order, I hope they can improve in the follow-up client file in the future.

Previous notice: several months that I made a request to the customer service. No response from them despite numerous reminders by email and phone. For an institution it is very regrettable
