We came with pupils of cm2 and 6th. The guided tour was very good and adapted to the students. The workshop was very interesting. The mediators are very nice and the center has a superb architecture. I highly recommend !

Beautiful architecture but ... But the primary function is not fulfilled! It's empty, the exhibitions change little, the rooms are closed because not enough works to expose ... It's sad, there are so many works of the French heritage in the shelter of looks that deserve a too beautiful exhibition site ...

Blown effect, loses its superb, the expos started the slow and inexorable descent towards any low level ... damage
The good thing is that some "works" will allow you a good time of laughter and relaxation as we sometimes border on ridicule

I loved

Museum of exceptional wooden architecture.
The center itself is not very beautiful but it enjoys a very beautiful panoramic view.
There are wonderful exhibits.
The access is done in a few minutes from the station, on foot, and otherwise you have a covered parking in the basement opposite.
A few minutes away you have the arenas of Metz with a huge park.
There is also going to be a huge complex of shops and restaurants "the muse".
You really have to see this set and with a big sun if possible.
To have.

Do not wait to see the exhibitions, some of the pieces have already left before the date of the exhibition. All criticism is swept by the management of the establishment. Claim form requesting the collection of personal information but making no reference to legislation. Again not questioned by the cell communication establishment. Last visit for me.

Too bad ... I was repressed because it was missing a stamp on my card. I had planned the coup so I took additional proof, but it was not enough ... And the entrance remains expensive despite everything ...

The exhibitions are obviously very interesting; the guided tour by a guide who knew his subject well did not disappoint. Only LARGE VERY LARGE BEMOL, I was forced to pay for the guided tour of my 6-year-old daughter!

Very disappointing!!

Very disappointing!!
We visited this museum in December 2013, paid 20 for two for a museum without scale, almost empty, where 30 minutes of visit are amply sufficient !!
We felt cheated, almost ripped off!
The exhibition Hans Richter is not very interesting, and anyway, it's very small!
I do not advise at all this visit, go your way and especially, avoid doing hundreds of kilometers for almost nothing!

A magnificent museum, which has a superb panoramic view. Impressive wooden architecture. It is a source of pride that the Center Pompidou annex is in Metz!
It still hosts magnificent exhibitions and admission is free for those under 25! It is absolutely necessary to go there, it is to see!

Always a pleasure to go there '

Japan is in the spotlight absolutely fantastic to see absolutely.
Too bad for the latecomers '' paint the night '' hurry up again tomorrow after it's over, very nice exhibition the mediators are nice and very available to share their knowledge.

Fascinating is the museum building itself - an ARTWORK in its seemingly weightless construction of wood and fiberglass with Teflon covering by the architects Shigeru Ban and Jean de Gastines - a new unit inspired by Western and Eastern. I made an expressive sketch to make the luminosity of this structure visible. From the top you have a magnificent view of St. Stephen's Cathedral in the old town (my photo).

The exhibition "Rebecca Horn" was very interesting, disturbing and heavy but the mediator (the guide) was not direct enough, not dynamic and very monotonous.
In addition, the architecture was very beautiful

Interesting exhibition. Mix of modern art. 12 euros entrance, but it's worth it. Information translated into English and German. Unique installations in which it is possible to be photographed. Be sure to visit the balcony. Top view of this unique building from the inside. It can also be easily snacked and bought books of artists who liked them, whose works are exhibited. Got a lot of fun.

Very interesting exhibitions and many events punctuate this place.

The Pompidou center is a really pleasant museum to visit. The 3 rooms are pleasant to discover. All our senses are awakened. Children and even adults can participate in the creation of a fresco on a wall.

Elitist and without real attractiveness or animation.
No permanent collections and temporary exhibitions are too often sharp as to attract a large audience. No need to take your young children there to educate and / or entertain them.
On Sunday, there are more staff than visitors.
In the rooms, there are far too few benches to sit at once, it's quickly tiring.
As for the building, everyone will judge for themselves, but for me it remains a large circus tent with a huge paving stone filled with drafts.
Basic restaurant (quiches is original!), Two sandwiches that duel and Bud. No organic products, vegans or local beers ...
It is already time for this "thing" (as the General said) to rethink!

A good surprise. The little, modern, brother of the one in Paris is actually quite interesting, and the building itself is very beautiful. It's expensive for a museum, but it's worth the visit.
