Super expo paint the night thanks to the friendly mediator

Reception, choice, excebitions, people, shop, cafeteria, all excellent

Awesome! Architecture, expositons. I could see 2. Paint the night and the adventure of Color. The works and the scenography were superb. The whole culture is not in Paris. And Pompidou Metz shows it well

At the exit of Metz station ... A sublime architecture for exhibitions that go around the world.

Beautiful architecture, maintenance to review however because too much dust on different structures. Regarding exhibitions, the art remains untouchable, in this case uninteresting from our point of view. Very disappointing for a national museum ... pity. So much space under exploited ....!

I was expecting personally better ...
But I recommend it to people a little barred

The exhibits are of very high quality and the original Shigeru Ban architecture

I loved the exhibition on Rebeca Horn! The explanations allow a better understanding of the subject.

How to say ...
1 - Visit on October 26, 2017, endless queue because a single cashier who takes her time and who allows herself to tell her life with a colleague.
2 - Expo on Japan not interesting.
3 - it was cold at levels 2 and 3.
4 - 24 euros for 2.
And well ...
Lamentable.

Architecture is truly amazing but also shows its first traces of decay. Exhibitions obviously contain really great pieces, among them some rare videos, but I expected a more contemporary spirit ...

I just love it. It is beautiful, it is calm and it is interesting!

Regardless of the exhibitions, we like the frame and the view from the gallery above. The snack has improved in terms of quality, but it is not cheap.

Great place. Very modern, very visitor-oriented. There are free short tours ("flash") for the special exhibitions, the times of which are announced at the entrance (as of December 2019). The architecture is phenomenal, the museum shop appropriately equipped. Definitely worth a visit!

The exhibitions are constantly changing and free for many people. So everyone has access to culture

Almost Unique in France to have an exhibition center. The city of Metz opens up to the international expression of art and culture. Subtly inspired by several Architects. Magnificent extraordinary. I really like. The location is wonderful. Nice place for culture.

Closed main room remains two exposures quickly seen but at the price very damage

Although with the nature of their changing exhibits and lack of a permanent exhibition it would be difficult to recommend this museum for its collections, the overall presentation-style of the museum - which is clean and incorporates various multimedia elements - is appealing and makes good use of the available exhibition spaces. In addition, the museum is worth a visit for the building itself, with its impressive architecture - if only viewed from the outside. Lastly, the museum contains a shop, restaurant, cafe, and a children's workshop where kids from ages 5-13 can create their own artworks when the regular museum visit gets too long for them. Taken together, this makes for an enjoyable museum visit, no matter what is currently on exhibit.

A chance for Messins and more generally the inhabitants of the Grand-est, with this decentralized Pompidou center. The place is pleasant, light and airy, the permanent exhibition is a treat. I highly recommend for young and old ...

Changing exhibitions on 3 floors. Overall a little disappointing.

The expo on the Color is very interesting..idem on the couples of artist but as usual for my taste too much condensed works so plan 2 visits !!

Superb architecturally building being showcase of the art and showcase of Metz in the World.

The building is quite nice and is interesting architecturally but I find it is a bit big for it's purpose. I went to see the exhibitions there at the time and had some quite divers pieces of art.

We went to the Pompidou Museum in Metz to see the exhibition on color that is worth seeing. The exhibition is not too long, well explained, there are well-known works. The museum building is really amazing. I will definately return for a future exhibition!

Incredible architecture and choice of collection. Better to visit in the morning, at opening time when the rooms are almost completely empty. Attentive staff. Possibility of wearing headgear. Beautiful view of the city from the upper floors. Unmissable!

Came to see the Opera as the World exhibit. Truly amazing!
