Architecturally fascinating building. Apparently it's meant to signify a building turned inside out, so the mechanisms, escalators, pipe work, girders are all on the outside.

A massive art collection inside too. Will be much more appealing to travellers who enjoy art, but for people who don't have an inclination towards art appreciation (such as me), still a great place to visit.

One of my favorite museums of all time, this contemp art museum has paintings by Kandinsky, Picasso, Matisse, Juan Gris, and Sonia Delaunay to name a few. In addition to the awesome art collection, I love the views from the 5th floor. It was overall a wonderful experience! You can t go wrong (if you enjoy modern art).

I agree with others allow for around two hours depending on how fast you want to walk and look of course. Be sure to allow time to enjoy the outside of the structure since it is such a unique building. Although this museum has almost 6 million visitors a year it wasn t as busy as you would expect. Plenty of room to move around and take photos. Simply unique, couldn t be rated any less.

A building that, without effort, stands out in the organized and orderly Parisian architecture. The building itself is already a work to be admired. The space functions as a cultural center, hosting cinema, theater, exhibition of paintings, sculptures, etc.

There are several amenities: lockers, toilets, snack bars, ...

What can I say, it's always taking me by surprise, the art exhibitions always have something to catch the eye and bring attention to another perspective. Anyone skipping this is at a loss for a cultural experience of the 1st class.

I've been coming to Paris for 20 years now and I can not help but jump over here. Steel, plastic, truly skilfully tacked by the young and visionary Renzo Piano. A touch of Italianity in the heart of Paris. Too Good :-)

Scary place yet very artistic, it's like a journey to your subconscious mind to face your fear and experience many emotions like guilt, joy, jealousy, lust and pain. it's located in a district called le Marais where you can spend a whole day walking around with interesting cafes and restaurants. highly recommend this place if you are into art and have many days to stay in Paris.

We loved this quirky, unexpected stop. In a city famed for classical art, this unusually designed, modern-ish, concept construction actually houses some very famous and lovely works of art. There are newer and edgier works, as well. Didn't know scatalogical art was a thing until I came here... A nice contrast to the Louvre and Orsay, this is well worth a visit for the escalators alone.

Modern Art Museum. Beautiful view from the roof of the museum. If you do not want to visit the museum itself, you can go up to its observation deck for 3 and admire the exclusive view of Paris.

It is worth going up to see the views and if it is free to see the museum of modern and contemporary art that is curious and rare but enriching. They are reflective museums in which you will like the works after having left them or you will detest them. I do not like contemporary art and leave very happy

The Centre opened 45 minutes late when I went and there was no communication from staff. This left a lot of people waiting in the sun. The layout isn't intuitive. Tastes on contemporary art will vary and I didn't find most of the collection interesting. I appreciated the collection from the early 20th century.

Ugly

A chic museum with a huge collection that tells in detail about the art of the XX-XXI centuries: the main directions, ideas invested in the work. There is also a large collection of Russian artists: from Goncharova and Chagall, to Prigov and Bulatov; there is also a section devoted to architecture and design: constructivism, de Steyl (neoplasticism), the Bauhaus, international style, early modernism. In general, this museum is worth visiting for everyone and everyone, if only because it is a great way to understand how the past century lived and how the present lives (especially if there is an audio guide), and, of course, this is a good way to understand your attitude to the art of the latest time

Not famous, to return it can take hours and the home is not at all pleasant. There are many interesting things to discover, but the staff and very very very rude and disrespectful; think about renewing and reworking your HR systems. I am quite disappointed to have lost my time coming to a place like this.

There were a lot of people who didn't go here, so I put it off and went to a free store. I was lucky. It was really good. I didn't expect it, but I kept thinking I was good. Louvre. Picasso. Then Pompidou. I think in order.

For me, this is the #1 must see place in all of Paris. The building itself is a spectale. The view from the top floor is remarkable. Go on the first Sunday to see their general permanent collection for free.

Excellent, very democratic place. Always interesting exhibitions, fast internet, free toilets, cozy cafes. That's just the library from the side of Bobur often a long queue. But you can also stand up if you need to work and see the Internet, besides there is a cheap cafe and convenient places to work. Internet speed is just great!

We arrived with a toddler and was pleasantly surprised at how spacious the centre is, we had no issues exploring with our toddler. There are vast galleries to explore and travelling around the building is a pleasure! There us a fantastic collection of art/sculpture on shop. The centre is vast and can.hoat alot of people not making it feel busy or cramped. There is a great gallery for kids which had a good range of activities for us to enjoy. The cafe is also worth a visit for a healthy fresh lunch. A must visit for anyone visiting Paris
