We've used T&C many times and so has our family members for several years. They do great work, so we were not hesitant to call T&C to take care of our bat issue in our attic. The technician did very well finding and plugging all bat entrances around the house. The technician took helpful photos of the attic and sent it to us and Caleb. We asked if they could clean the bat waste, and Caleb said they could do it, after receiving the photos from the technician. They kindly explained to us that we have to wait a certain amount of time before cleaning the attic. The time to clean arrived. T&C cleaned and sanitized our attic in a quick and professional manner. Thanks again!

Unexpectedly found a wasp's nest in the control panel of my pool automatic timer the hard way! The day before 4th of July with a bunch of kids coming over. Called about4-5 places no one could come out, called Town & Country and they were at my house within the hour!! Patrick was knowledgeable and friendly!! Not to mention pricing is very fair!! Would use again and recommend.

We have been using this company for 8 years both at home at our commercial business'. They are persistent and efficient. They are also willing to humanely remove mammals. They have a view of the environment which is safe and forward thinking while still eliminating pests. I have recommended them over and over to friends and all have been grateful to have found Town and Country Pest .

Awsome service and follow up...I just dont feel comfortable with issue they came to take care of.....

They responded quickly to our email for help removing a red squirrel, with a proposal for a humane process to seal the opening and use a one-way door so it could escape unharmed. Everything was set up easily and quickly by email. The technician who came to inspect was able to perform the work on the spot, and from that moment we have not had a problem with the squirrel. We should have done it sooner!!

Called with a bee problem and they had a rep at my house the next morning. As always fast and cortious service. Used them for a few years now, always solved my problems and when there has been an issue next day service to resolve it.

Patrick services my home after a smaller outfit came and just wasnt able to get it done even after coming back a few times. He answered questions while he worked showed me some entry points with his tools. Very confident I will be back to update so far so good not hearing any noises since his visit

We had a carpenter ant and spider problem and both have been resolved! The office staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and the guys were prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I love that I can call anytime during the year for more help and that they showed up a second time that I wasn't expecting!

Update: I was surprised to receive an email saying they are returning again. We are very pleased with their diligence and that we haven't had to call them at all.

After talking with about 3 other pest services, Town and Country had the best price, most informative interactions, and very polite employees.

The other places were good enough, I don't mean to say they were bad, its just that Town and Country stood out from them. We had flying squirrels and bats. They quickly took care of the flying squirrels and we are almost done with the bats. The other companies all use a power lift which adds to the expense. Town and Country used a ladder and a couple of brave young men to get the job done.

I definitely recommend them if you need to get rid of wildlife in your house,.

I called about a bird making a nest in my bathroom vent and they were able to come within just a couple days and take care of the issue quickly and professionally as well as prevent it from happening again.

Company arrived promptly and did a complete inspection and sent back a video detailing the work that needed to be done. Great work would highly recommend.

I recently had a squirrel that ate its way into my house. Town and Country came out, assessed the area, and installed what was necessary to get the squirrel out and keep it from getting back in. They were on top of everything. Not only did they take care of my problem, but they kept me in the loop the whole time through their service reports. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

It tooktwo phone calls and two emails to get a tech out who didn t seem very knowledgeable and told me what I knew already and also not confident with his treatment plan. I didn t go with their service based on their customer service- lack of communication and follow up, and the lackluster tech. I plan on calling another company for my needs.

Matt came out, was there for just a few minutes, sprayed the bee's nest, was professional, explained what we can expect and to call back if we saw more bees. So far, so good. Jessica was awesome answering my inquiry as well.

Matt Fabry, the owner at the time, came to my house and found the location of the bees' nest in the fireplace. He made sure to kill the nest and to block them so they wouldn't fly back into the house in the process. He also made a mesh to stop a pair of birds from nesting in the gutter without charging anything extra. I was very impressed by the thorough service and fair price. I highly recommend them.

I have used T&C for the last two years for our yearly dose of yellow jackets and hornets around our deck. They just seem to love it, but we don't. After T&C sprays the area we don't have any issues the rest of the year and can enjoy our deck again. I've recommend them to family and friends and they also have been happy with the results.So happy I found this company.

I called Town and Country Pest Solutions one morning because we had this tiny little bugs crawling all over our kitchen faucet. They came within an hour or so and took care of the problem. One trip, all done, bugs all gone. Even told us how the bugs got there. No more bringing outdoor plants in to the kitchen faucet to water them. We have used Town and Country for other issues also. Bees, ants, beetles. Always 100% pleased.

Great prices compared to other pest control places, everyone was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Ethan was awesome! I am super pleased with the results as well. I got the everything package and I haven't seen really anything since we got the treatment. Maybe 2 or 3 stink bugs that died quickly and the 2 spiders a saw were on the verge of death.

Our relationship with T&C began in 2009 when they quickly responded to our call for help after yellow jackets invaded our home! They have done bee barriers for us every year since, in addition to handling other pest problems. Always a picture of professionalism, and they stand by their guarantee! No doubt they are the best around!!

We hired Town and Country for seasonal wasp/hornet/yellow jacket barrier, which comes with a guarantee till the end of the year. We have used other companies in the past, who spray the entire house, using a high pressure hose to apply. T & C uses a backpack with a sprayer, and as was explained to me, don t believe in over spraying like other companies.
A very nice technician came, and I pointed out few areas of concern. After he left, I realized a large area hadn t been sprayed, so I called and the technician came right back. He explained that they don t spray the entire house, only areas they believe will be trouble spots.
I felt unsatisfied after what I paid for the service that more of the house wasn t sprayed, so I emailed T & C. I received a phone call from Shawn at T&C within an hour. He reiterated some of what the technician had explained about their philosophy for using less spray, and said they stand behind their guarantee should and issues arise. It was clearly very important to him that I be satisfied with the service, so he sent another very nice technician out the next day to spray a few more areas that I was concerned would be a problem.
They definitely have excellent customer service, and I have no doubt they will follow through with their guarantee.

Last fall I had stinkbugs bad! After 1 treatment, I found them dead all over. Never a problem again! I highly recommend!

We had red squirrels in our attic space. The technician arrived when expected, diagnosed the problem quickly & set up his equipment. He observed the area for about a week & after determining that no more squirrels had been able to get in, he sealed it up. We ve heard no little footsteps since. Happy with the service & would recommend.

They told me ahead of time what the cost would be, and the worker showed up on time. He figured out the problem (carpenter bees) and took care of it. I haven't seen any of those bees since.

They were extremely nice and was able to get me an appointment very quickly. I had a HUGE wasps nest on the front of my home. But here is where I'm a little disappointed.... I work out of town, and while I was gone, my neighbor knocked down the nest for me (this was between me calling, and Town and Country coming out). They still sprayed, although there was no nest/hive to spray. I'm a little disappointed they didn't make an attempt to contact me when they saw there was no nest on my home. I would have gladly paid them for their time to even come out.
I understand this is not their fault. Like I said, I'm just disappointed they still sprayed when it wasn't necessary.
