Not a good experience! Lack of communication or misleading information! My husband was applying by himself. We were told the application was denied through one the banks so the next option was a credit card application then they told us that since we have a joint bank account they needed my information as well to verify our joint account which I kind of questioned why they needed a credit application from me just to prove we have a have joint account. They just kept saying because we have a joint account. Then they called me saying that I might be able to qualify by myself for a credit card with them. Where I never asked or was told to be in the loan or in the credit card account. So pretty much they just pulled my credit and said I might qualify by myself -__- .....it might sound confusing so was I because I was told something different from what they did with my info. On top pf that I had to keep calling for my husband to know what was going on with the process. They communicated really fast with us to have my husband sign for a different type of application but once it was not approved we waited days and I had to call myself to see what was going on. Its just a frustating situation!!!
