A really insightful and well put together museum in the heart of the CDCC campus.

Its a very friendly and customer service environment. However the museum will be closed until late November.

I hope the institution together with the UN work to find a lasting cure for Zika virus, people are dying and we don't even have consistent information about the virus.

IT IS TIME - Those who are making the new rules concerning the use of pain killers get out of the office and visit an extended care facility. One size does not fit all. My wife had a stroke over 10 months ago, she gets extreme pain on her flaccid side with a 5 minute period at random, to the point she is crying and cannot stand the pain. I am with her every day and know what she goes through. When a Doctor states we need to use Tylenol now, I explain it is great for headaches, for severe pain flush it down the toilet. Wait to it is your loved one suffering from pain, you will immediately recommend different guidelines.

Serves horrible burgers, has poor customer service, , and blows up in season 1 because of stupid self destruct system. Their horrible TV ads and horrible burger season(ing) and one ending made me quit... quit watching TV.

The CDC does a great job at gathering stats on disease. A+ job. If you try to visit this place. A group of armed gaurds will stop you from getting even remotely close to the entrance. You can't even see the entrance. I could only get a photo of the sign. They aren't much help. I would suggest not trying to get in. I didn't know there was a museum. That's ok it's not a public place.

Had to write a review because 117 is soooo unlucky, plus I simply adore the CDC. Not vaccinating you kids is the same as public smoking...

The museum is quaint but nice. Be prepared to be searched at the front gate.

Very good experience. Took some convincing to get in, however, once inside, enjoyed the showers, food, and booze. Finally had a chance to get some sleep. Dr. Jenner couldn't have been more accomodating.

I do have a few complaints: There are no other CDC staffers on site; they did not have a cure for zombie-ism, and Jenner kept whispering stuff in my ear that I could not make out. Also, the sub-nuclear explosion that killed a few of us SUCKED.

But all-in-all, I give this place two bloody-stumps up!

It's in a literal ghost town. What's with all the dead bodies and barricades everywhere? Aren't there janitors? It's not very welcoming to roll up after a long road trip and come face to face with a giant barricade and walking corpses. Once inside, it does get better. There are showers, food, alcohol, and even a library.

All that being said, creepy Dr. Jenner could have tried a bit harder to convince Andrea to stay. Don't act like you couldn't outwit that old guy, Dale.

like oxycontin etc. Are you promoting (CBS)HEROIN ,because if doctors will
not prescribe Oxycodone RX to patients as you request, then pain sufferers will have to turn to HEROIN.

I called too late California time. My question was are health foods such as AceieBerry in its pure juice Form imported from Brazil a danger regarding the Zika Virus. As a truck driver for 35 years I have seen many products contaminated with flies,insects,rust and pesticides dust. Are we safe eating and drinking AceieBerry and other products from Brazil ?

Your advertisment linking smoking and ostomies was misinformed, misguided and offensive. Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome, Hirsprungs disease and many other physical problems are NOT linked to smoking at all. Bladder cancer has a stronger link to smoking than colon cancer but to focus on a pouch with the implication that it is disgusting adds so much more pain to those who have no choice and have done nothing to cause their problem. The CDC should be a trusted source of information. I hope you can apologise to all those you hurt by this ad. You have affected years of work by pouch companies, ostomy nurses, physicians, support groups. Please brainstorm how you can fix this.

Very warm and friendly staff. When I awoke in the windowless room the orderly was quick to respond to my questions as to why I was strapped down and what all those wires went to that were protruding out of my cranium. After that, a nice gentleman came into the room and stated he was the doctor. I don't remember much after the injection but boy was I surprised the next time I woke up and found out it was no longer 1972.

Did a pretty good job controlling the strain in New York.

I had a taint spasm walking through the metal detector entering the building. I've had a history of taint sensitivity towards metal detectors in the past and expressed my concern to the entrance officer but he was not interested whatsoever. So, upon entering and for the duration of my tour, my taint was in excruciating pain and I could not enjoy myself. Not to mention, the food was absolutely terrible and reminds of pig liver. Get yourselves together CDC, I can't believe this is the United States finest establishment for controlling diseases, yet they can't accomodate a sensitive taint dweller such as myself. Kappa

After spending over an hour completing one of the on-line trainings the site did not allow me to obtain the certificate of attendance. I entered the error in the websites' email with no response. Now I am preparing to send a letter. The courses are wonderful and having free on-line access is a great benefit, however, more attention needs to be made to participants access to the certificates, the certificates offered needs to be updated in the CDC database as my test number WB1279 was not listed at all, and when we report a problem someone needs to respond. Having access to such an excellent array of research articles is a great resource for students.

Are we even sure that the virus, bacteria, parasites, etc. that the drugs or medicine that the doctors are prescribing are based on extensive research...I have off and on lesions for more than a year..... this month 4 doctors said I don't know what you have..... 2 of them suggested depression others think I am a "USER" my GOD old excuse for unknown disease, search the web...will point to diseases in the tropics especially under develop countries. We came looking for help as we were in desperate need. I was banging on the door but no one answered and my best mate Shane told me to leave it but I didn't I knew someone was in there because I saw the camera move. Eventually we were let in by a lone scientist with an M4A1. All seemed great at the start we had food, water, shelter and basic necessities to survive. I put my stuff and thangs down and settled then BUT THEN Dr Jenner the whacko told us he was gonna blow up the building and tried to kill us too but we convinced him and we legged it out and got to the cars. THEN BOOM MASSIVE EXPLOSION AND NO MORE CDC! What a lousy guy all we did was come for help and he tried to kill us!

It cannot be true how the CDC can do this and if I am also subscribed to go through the unknown I live in Puerto Rico a country where and there are cases of Zika virus

In order to prevent disease, the CDC need to look at their own studies and work with the true outcomes. They do not. They dilute the information and use every which way of statistical manipulation they can to present an already decided outcome. We have an opiate crisis, we have an autism epidemic. CDC's own studies show a link between vaccines and autism, yet these studies are never heard of. The FDA, CDC and pharamceutical companies have a revolving door. A conflict of interests every which way. William Thompson, who works for the CDC still, protected by "whistleblower status" told the public (through Brian Lee Hooker), that a study CDC carried out had been doctored - heavily, due to it showing a link between vaccination and ASD. Yet the media will not cover it. The media and CDC are run by pharma money.

I love your case studies on Rabies, not only are they better than watching any horror movie they also prove that doctors screw up on a regular basis. Every single case study involves a person being treated and streeted 3 or 4 and in some cases, 5 times before they get a diagnosis, of course by the time they do get diagnosed they are 80 percent dead. Usually they get the boot after a simple blood workup and some type of scan, first without any pain medication, just Flexeril. Second trip involves a more extensive workup with the doctors dropping the ball again, sometimes at the same hospital and an RX for Hydrocodone or Oyxcodone, probably no more than 12 pills. Doubtless by this point the poor patient likely can't even stand up. It's not until the 3rd or 4th trip, after the patient has had seizure that their illness is taken seriously.
