They rarely answer customers and every single process they are responsible for its execution, It has to be fill of malfunctions, errors and other issues. What a shame!

Citi's just raised the bar for what you might consider a bad customer treatment. First, they applied a hidden charge to your Revolut top ups. You top up as normal, and then 3-4 days later there's a charge on your statement without SMS or push notification. A weekend in Spain cost me 100+ EUR in bank fees. Second, they closed the branch in Wroc aw city center. Whenever I need some cash in EUR for a trip, I'd have to drive to outskirts now. Thanks for that. Now, the latest app version advises against using a phone with developer edition firmware, kindly asking if I'd really like to proceed. And the only option to proceed is to exit the app. Bravo!

The worst ban in the world !!!! Matchstick !!!! Everything is beautifully presented on the phone and in fact, charges from space for some Comfort, insurance, sick interest !!!! Avoid this bank !!!!

They call me uninvited. Several times a week. Awful endless scuffing and soliciting. Despite many of my requests for not ringing and information that I am completely uninterested, I am still molesting. Wicked behavior.
