Park has too many obstacles for wheelchair users that is the only one

We had a VIP house, but it did not correspond to any VIP status.
A single and tiny toilet (not for tall people). Parasol looked like from bulky waste. And cleanliness was so fair. Accommodation rather disappointing.
Otherwise the facility is good. It's getting on in years, but the staff is at least friendly.

Center park is super, (especially jungle dome because I love nature and want to become an adventurer) also slept there (in the jungle dome) a bird called sjako sat on my head, collected feathers, barbecued, cup made of bamboo , made an amulet, I'll be back for sure!

Neat and tidy, better than before parks I have been to. Yet it is a pity that the houses are somewhat run-down, there were also things missing to be able to cook, but they were still delivered within 10 minutes.

We have been a customer of Center Parcs for over 25 years. Goods in different Parcs, also in England. Very often in Het Heijderbos. The last time a few years ago. In October we rented a 6-bungalow (913). The condition was very disappointing. Water damage in the ceiling area in the bathroom and living room. Everything looked very worn. Also prices in the supermarket far too expensive. General condition of the facility, roads and parking not so good. Swimming pool very good. Jungle too. Right now price / performance is not right ...
Staff everywhere very friendly!

Amazing centerparcs, with plenty of opportunities for great fun, check out the pool, go bowling or decide on some of the other fun activities. I recommend doing the escape room, I'm still talking about 4 weeks later! There are also plenty of things to do close to to the park. My only fault with the park is it's size. We had a dog and the houses that accommodates dogs, are on the edge of the park, we ended up hiring a golf cart, simply because our elderly folk couldn't walk the distance. All in all great park !

very nice the only thing that is not so good is the cleanliness of the toilets and the trash can never be gelert

The CenterParc Het Heijderbos is one of the most beautiful in the Netherlands. It is constantly being improved. The range of games available for small, tall and very tall children is enormous. Many drive for only one day to enjoy there. We love CenterParc

Good and nice plaza. Nice pool where you can have fun with the kids. Fun outdoor activities. Only think that the houses could use a thorough renovation !!

I went to the Heijderbos swimming pool for a day. Unfortunately it was difficult to reach by public transport. I also had a great day with fun slides, white water rafting and swimming fun

The buildings are very old, but the leisure facilities are great and the prices are in the frame.

After being here for many years, it's still beautiful.
You can only visit the Aqua Mundo for a day, which we will certainly repeat.

Dirty apartment, cobwebs everywhere and dead animals in the corners and on the walls. Partially living spiders. Shower dirty (brown traces). I could not sleep after 2 nights and had to cancel the holiday after 3 days.

The cottages are very dated and not clean everything except clean the park for children especially the pool is nice

Nice holiday park if you like center parks! A bit slower service than elsewhere in the region / at other center parks. Also a bit annoying with ID check, 3 times at the same table asked for ID, 2 of which for the same beer

In June we went here for a long weekend, the park is very beautiful, the swimming pool is very nice, the houses are great. Downside was the wifi, it did, but not very stable. The staff were friendly and problems were solved quickly. Worth repeating!

I think instead of building new parks you should first renovate the existing parks! It requires so much money for everything here because you could invest quietly leaves is foliage of at least 2 to 3 years the terrase of the bungalow is broken private nothing of the neighbors The bungalow overheated you could because fans purely in place. Wires is so much useful area because you could really make a lot out of it, for example, a toboggan run carousels like stop in Duinrell that is a great park! Staff is great because you can not complain always friendly and helpful. But all overpriced prices echoed in the old Rome and you should dogs at home I can recommend it to anyone

Houses are very dated, parking far away after unloading is manageable. Certainly had a nice time with family, but something more than a lick of paint and a cloth over it can happen to the park.

Heavily outdated houses. Comfort has nothing to do with comfort. It meets the basic necessities of life. No more. The mattresses are really completely saggy. For everything, but really everything you still have to pay coarse. The food was not tasty in the restaurant and there was also not enough. The swimming pool is outdated. You pay for a park with 5 birds (stars) but that price-quality ratio is now more than lost. It is our last vacation at centerparcs.

as a young adult I do not feel very welcome here, outdated houses + a bath whose end does not go well, everything is closed unusually early, otherwise we were not served at 10:40 pm while the grand cafe should be open until 11:00 pm. there is little to say about the pool outside that after a day of swimming you are tired for the rest of the week and the whitewater course is pretty heavy.

Spacious park also plenty to do for the children. Cottages are well cared for.

A day of swimming with children and grandchildren of 1 and 2 years. No more for us. It is all nicely dressed. Maybe for older children. The welcome at the gate and reception was good. The swimming pool is not recommended for small children. In the toddlers' pool there is a bucket at the top of a tree that is always filled with water and then tilts, For small children life-threatening. a lot of water with a lot of violence. Children are afraid of it. Difficult to get in and out. Too dark slide tunnels for the little ones. When my son was in the whitewater course with his son, they shouted: "Hey, get out of the water with that child. Not without a life jacket!" "Excuse me, he has wings on? Doesn't it have anything to do with it?" Life jackets are life threatening. children are hung in it and are just like floats. My 1-year-old grandson fell over and did not rise again. My son pulled his leg open on an excellent lamp in the whitewater course. When we asked afterwards in the snack bar if she wanted to warm up the bottle for the baby, it was said that we first had to buy something. For what, hear what, the manager had said! this is really the pinnacle. Sorry baby, not a bottle, mom needs to order something first! Well, it seems that we have already spent enough on Heijderbos. So never again for us. Next time to Landal Greenparcs. They have microwaves everywhere and are very child-friendly.

The park is good only the cottages (where we were) were a bit outdated the bath was very good there was something to do for everyone in the park. I would like to come back sometime.

In itself a nice stay. What we clearly lacked in comparison to the other parks was a central Baluba (children's paradise). The Jungle Dome is quickly over. Big disadvantage, missing correspondence about the (bad) opening times of the localities, and also of the SUPERMARKET. But the OBERHAMMER, and already cheeky, are the prices of the gastronomy: 10 EUR for a simple burger, 14 EUR for nachos, 10 EUR for a pancake, you have to be really strong ... The waiting time, on the other hand, is harmless ...

The accommodations around upper segment are OK. The grounds of each accommodation could be better maintained. The park is not very inviting. Due to the high amount of trees much is vermoost. The swimming pool is OK. It's a bit dated, but a great pastime for kids. The Jungle Cathedral is TOP, very well laid out and very interesting. Here is worth a visit. The entire area is tailored to children, but not quite cheap. There are certainly cheaper systems with better equipment. Therefore only 3 stars !!

No clue where the swimming pool was. When we had found it it turned out you should've bought tickets at the entrance of the park.. The swimming pool was very nice

I thought it was great we had 2 small children with us and they were sick and had cost. But they immediately brought new sheets

The bungalows are old. Not having a toilet and sink in the same room is less good, but the fact that our main bathroom was only superficially cleaned spoiled the impression for good, after the smell of cold cigarette smoke was noticed upon arrival.

The staff are all very friendly. We liked the restaurants (except for the one in the swimming pool, where we only liked the chips on the spit), especially the Fuego. The petting zoo and the kids club were great. The Aqua Mundo needs the announced renovation, but it's great. The jungle was great for our kids.

We found the many (!) Vehicles really annoying, some of which drove really very quickly. If there is a child or a dog standing in an awkward corner, I can hardly imagine the consequences. This does not work this way. (The park employees drive so fast, not the guests.)

After the announced renovation, I can basically imagine another vacation because our children had a lot of fun. Before that, I would never spend so much money on this kind of vacation again. (We didn't cook ourselves. I try to avoid that when I'm on vacation.)

Last but not least, urgent recommendation: The bitterballen are awesome! I have never eaten anything fried that tasted so good!
(I cannot recommend breakfast at Evergreens, however.)

Unfortunately, this park is already very old, our bungalow (Premium) was for 2E + 2K big enough and well located, but the furniture was worn and dirty, also in the kitchen broken fridge, grubby bathroom and terrible carpet in both bedrooms. The cleaning was done very superficially - everywhere cobwebs and dust. The whole park made a neglected impression (especially ponds and green areas around houses). The entertainment and sports offer is very good (AquaMundo has our children especially) and the whole staff very friendly and helpful. So, best after complete renovation 2020 book

The park may be renewed here and there but remains fun for the children

When we got there and wanted to move into our house in 898, we were struck by a heavy smell in the house. Not only the smell but also the cleanliness is not very important there. I haven't seen anything like it before, even urine stains were still visible on the toilet.
There were still stains from the previous guests on the tables. You didn't want to live there devinitely, especially not with children who are still playing on the floor.
We then got another house that had a more pleasant smell, but just like the other house, this was not properly cleaned.
The swimming pool is really great and so is the jungle cathedral.
The park in general is not well maintained, dirt is flying around everywhere and really nobody is interested in clearing it up. I mean the park is one of the oldest, but you can still take better care of it. When so many people meet, cleanliness has to be a top priority. I only give this park one star

Only the plaza went well and the jungle but everything about food and drinks incredibly expensive and the quality of the food leaves much to be desired and the house was very dirty everywhere sand and dirt and we also had mice so all in all extremely bad .

Great time with. My girlfriend had here, well I could write a very long review and I am already thinking about it for a while but will do it this way:

Different places to eat within a park everywhere very tasty.

Food (price): 3/5 stars
Fat unhealthy bite you lose (lunch or dinner) 10 euros p.p.
But to dine at evergreens, for example, we were 30 euros per person. We were a bit too expensive as students.

Cottage (clean): 4/5 stars
Like to hum windows (cottage 117) otherwise it was neat. Teras under the goose poop but, inevitably, the goose visit was always nice

Cottage (kitchen): 1/5 stars
Kitchenware dirty and worn out. Dirty pans. And the stove is half broken. Had 1 pit that only worked. So cooking was difficult and not entirely pleasant, frying pan also gave off.

Park: 5/5 Stetten
Nice park, nice for walking and good accommodation. For the dog poop bags and kaatveldveld. For the children playgrounds and for the somewhat older children also had to do

Pool: 5/5
Nice swimming pool with play facilities such as the whitewater course. Occasionally I would have preferred the lifeguards to be stricter because they allowed small children to "pause" in the middle of the wild water course, had 3x collisions that still show their blue spots.

Holiday cottage was old, swimming pool we were allowed 35 minutes in three quarters was closed yah idk corona but they could also report that everything was closed in the pool, then I would not have booked

Centerparcs Het Heijderbos Hotel Premium, 19-10-2018.

Visited this Centerparcs for the first time and compared to the many other Centerparcs we have visited at home and abroad, this one is certainly not wrong.
We cannot judge the cottages, we only go to the various parks if they have hotel accommodation.

Stayed here in the apartment hotel room number 3 on the ground floor. Everything is a bit outdated but clean and tidy. The seat is fine and the beds are also very spacious and the mattress is very supportive. Sink block with two electric burners and various kitchen appliances available and clean. Coffee and tea cups available and replenished.
The bathroom is a bit on the small side with few options to put things away, (bath) towels and shampoo available including a hair dryer.

The marketdome is well equipped with shopping and restaurant options, sports and games for everyone, but it is (very) expensive. Great pool but not too many different pools so reasonably limited in that regard. Whitewater course and another slide end up in the same pool and that sometimes causes collisions.

Friendly service even though it was very busy (autumn holidays) they still took plenty of time if you wanted to know something. As always at Centerparcs, breakfast is well taken care of and there is a wide range, so a lot of diversity.

Nice park with a great swimming pool.
Unfortunately there is no washbasin in the toilet room and the houses could be cleaned better on the shelves in the bedroom there was a lot of dust and the corners of the living room were unfortunately not clean.

We are Center Parc fans, have visited some parks. Here you can feel, however, that price / performance no longer fit together. We had a lot of trouble. Paid extras in the house were not there, the tickets for the expensive breakfast and Buffett booked were wrongly displayed, welcome gift was highly praised lacking, long lines at the meal, when we complained friendly I did not feel well, you first looked for the mistakes with us , Some of the facilities are in poor structural condition. Water in the bungalow in heavy rain. We did not feel comfortable here as customers this time. And that for a tight four-figure sum for 10 days of family vacation. My wife has booked for the next vacation a holiday hotel "all in" for the family. About one third cheaper. Stay awake!

Delicious enjoyed a week at this park! Enough to do. In fact, you always have too little time. Houses are in need of a makeover.

Top park to do well despite the Covid restrictions. Electric car? Note 1 double charging station and 3 in formation.

Nice pool and jungle dome, definitely go there more often.

This park is showing it's age but it's not too bad. Everything is in order just not "new" and modern. WiFi would have been a nice addition though in this day and age. During the holidays they have a Winter Wonderland theme which is nice!

Faded glory. VIP cottage 457 is old. Appears clean on first impression. But appearances can deceive kitchen cupboards very dusty. Fabric wires to the ceilings. Service employees very good. House cleaned again on request. Replace defective frying pan and juicer soon. Restaurants expensive and service super bad. Black pizza replaced after complaint. So the four of us eat in stages. The waiting times on 27/4 are particularly long. After 35 minutes, a drink was only recorded at our request. After another 30 minutes again at our request our order was taken. After another 30 minutes we got our food. We got no attention. It was said to be very busy. But the service is amateurish. Lots of walking back and forth empty-handed. The 2nd round of drinking again got way too late. Shame we have such a bad experience on our last night.

Real what we paid for the cottage and the food and service is not in balance.

Think before you book.

We went to Heijderbos for a weekend. Everything went fine the first day, the first night was almost unable to sleep because it was so stuffy.
The 2nd day we had a drink inside the park itself and ordered an ice cream with fresh fruit. The ice cream did not contain fresh fruit but ice and sauce. I walked over to the waiter and asked if I would like to have fresh fruit in it which I received as an answer yes what is not good then? You just ordered this ice cream. I thought to myself if there is on the menu card that there is fresh fruit that must be there, right? After some effort I still got the fruit. The last day we went to eat in the park, we had to wait 45 minutes for 2 tomato soups and 30 minutes for a carpaccio sandwich, I think it would take a long time .. we found this very unfortunate. Also our room was not cleaned once Saturday morning which we think is a pity.

The house in the Center Parc was unfortunately not very clean and is in need of renovation. For more than 1600 euros a week for a 6-person house, I expect more than that. The range of activities is great but everything has to be paid extra. But you know that at Center Parcs. We had fun enough. But we found much better in other Center Parcs in Holland and Belgium, where we've been already. The Aquamundo is not as nice as the others. The houses were mostly renovated and clean when you travel. Everything was dusty, it smelled at first strictly because not enough aired and the terrace was not swept and the terrace furniture was partly in the dirt. Highlight was the garbage bag with empty beer cans in the tree directly in front of the window. The cleaning service has also overlooked. For the house 2 stars. A total of 3 out of 5.

Nice park but badly in need of an upgrade of the cottages. These are seriously tired .. also the cleaning was done very minimalist.

A very nice park is certainly the Eden VIP houses. Is only a shame with these hot days it is 35 degrees in the house.

Swimming pool just great. For kids tip. Every 30 minutes Waves. Is there anything better about swimming outside at 36 degrees Celsius while it's snowing? !!! Flume. Everything with you.

CenterParcs het Heijderbos is a nice park with many facilities and activities for young and old. The swimming pool is fine, but you are bored faster than, for example, the Eemhof. Service is perfect, all questions and problems are solved as quickly as possible and as well as possible. The houses themselves are unfortunately somewhat dated at various points but are well equipped.

Been swimming day, very nice tropical swimming paradise.
On the pricey side but it was worth it because we got a look behind the scenes of the coral bath.
Explanation for baby sharks and other fish.

Park in the countryside where everything is done to spend family holidays or couples in the best conditions. Many attractions including the famous Aqua Mundo and the tropical bubble.

Had a nice midweek. Nice swim, nice walk and really unwind.

Too expensive for old apartments! The color scheme still corresponds to that from the construction time of the plant. In addition, you have to pay for every little activity separately (bicycles, archery, laser tag, mini golf or the activities in the kids club). The site is generously laid out, but this means that there is little or no contact with others. Does that children can not find a playing partner with which one can play several times together. The pond in the area is very natural, so you can see animals like squirrels, ducks and lots of birds.
The swimming pool is nicely done, but since there is little else to do there is very overcrowded and with a very high chlorine content. This is more of an activity for half a day.

All in all: never again Center Parcs! You can find nicer systems for less money!

Houses and park seems to be falling into disrepair. Food is restaurants is downright bad. But the children had a great time.

Many problems with food allergies stayed 3 nights and not once correct.
For the rest good park but a bit outdated.

Come here at least once a year. Are always satisfied. Perfect place for a few days rest. Have never regretted it and the next stay will definitely not be long in coming. Prices in the supermarket in the park itself are ok, but could be cheaper. Best to bring everything from home or out of the park and shop there iwo.

Great entertainment thanks to the nice swimming pool, but the houses are hopelessly outdated and no longer meet the standards of this time.

Cozy and well-furnished cottages a bit on the old side

Nice area, but not the cottage. Electronic devices and crockery are dirty and contain mold. The iron curtain of the fireplace is broken, just like dr coffee table. The first evening we wanted to eat a nice fries, but that was just junk and we didn't eat it. It was very dry, the cheeseburgers without cheese stank of fish and the sandwich was soggy. We also paid 30 euros for this.
