If you advertise a complementary wash and vacuum as part of your service you should follow thru

got my car serviced today for the 4th time. It was bought brand new at this Toowong dealership, And was very very satisfied with the 3 previous services there!
After pickup I drove away, than I noticed the car was not cleaned
as in previous times,Not vacuumed at all, dash was filthy.
Drove back to the dealership And notify the service manager Ben.
instead of trying to apologise rectify he immediately attacked me
And said "this is not detailing job - just a basic clean" when I said it
was done real well every other time, he gave me a dirty look that made
me feel like if i'm some annoying insignificant dirt, And said ok we will vacuum it again. (was obvious it wasn't done)
I waited and went and spoke to the dealership manager who did not seem to care either and only made me feel more aggravated
even after getting it back I noticed black grease hand marks on the bottom panel - did not even try to tell him, just drove away,,,
not a good experience - left a bitter taste in my mouth after a great service previously
sorry one star
